Moreover, detailed information will be given about the education and upbringing of the child in the family circle, together with the measures taken in the formation of the spirituality of our youth together with the neighborhood and teachers. Educating young people with loyalty to the motherland, with the spirit of love for the nation and its people, and in raising them to be spiritually mature people, is first and foremost, the role of the family and educational institutions, as well as the neighborhood, is incomparable. We reflect on the opportunities and conditions created for our youth nowadays. Introduction Since the years of independence in our country, the responsibility of consistently continuing the task of raising young generation who is physically healthy, spiritually mature, perfect and intellectual in all aspects, independent-thinking, has intellectual potential, deep knowledge and modern outlook, capable of taking responsibility for the tomorrow and future of our country is primarily on the shoulders of the family. It is important to look at the birth of a mentally and spiritually healthy child as the result of the work of a healthy and harmonious family, it is the duty of each of us to create an environment of mutual respect and love, high moral and spiritual values in the family. National and universal values play a very important role in fulfilling this task. At the video selector meeting held on January 19, 2021 under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the issues of fundamental improvement of the system of spiritual and educational work, strengthening the cooperation of state and public organizations in this regard: "If the body of society's life economy, its body and soul is spirituality. As we decided to build a new Uzbekistan, we rely on two strong pillars. The first is a strong economy based on market principles. The second is a strong spirituality based on the rich heritage of our ancestors and national values” – he states. According to the decree of the President, the establishment of the scientific research institute "Makhalla and family" was of great importance. One of the multifaceted tasks assigned to the research institute "Makhalla and family" is, of course, issues related to the life of the young generation. From this point of view, we can say that the neighborhood and the family play an important role in preparing young people for social life. In this regard, the main emphasis in neighborhood and family programs is to positively influence the outlook of young people based on social relations, new values, new requirements and a complex of norms. One of the important issues faced by the neighborhood and family in the consistent preparation of young people for social life is to work in cooperation with educational institutions and develop the human relations and views of young people. The work to be done in this regard consists of consistently studying, analyzing, comparing the lives of young people, taking into account their problems, interests, and demands. Teaching young people to appreciate the heritage of their ancestors is considered one of the main moral qualities in the spiritual and moral education of young people. Understanding our national traditions, national values and universal human values will help our young people to become spiritually excellent people. On the basis of such good qualities, raising the spirit of patriotism in young people, teaching them to appreciate national values is one of the main priorities for the development of the spiritual maturity of this young generation. In cooperation with the educational institutions of the neighborhood and the family, the ways of studying and eliminating the problems that hinder the preparation of young people for social life have been comprehensively considered. research is being carried out to eliminate the main problems that arise among young people in recent years. It will be aimed at eliminating illiteracy among young people and forming spiritual awareness, as well as spiritual immunity to fight against various religious-extremist currents. Measures are being implemented in the neighborhoods to eliminate cultural and legal ignorance among young people. I believe that it is appropriate to strengthen the cooperation of the neighborhood and the family with educational institutions in the education of young people based on new educational programs. In this case, neighborhood activists such as youth leaders and youth affairs agencies should work in cooperation with parents. The main goal of the neighborhood is to solve the problems of young people and show them the right way by strengthening the cooperation between the employees of educational institutions and parents. Conducting regular psychological examinations with young people helps to develop the spirituality of young people. The successful solution of education and upbringing of the young generation depends on the teacher, his ideological beliefs, professional skills, talent and culture. While talking about the aspects of the neighborhood related to the people's spirituality, passing them through our eyes and analyzing them in detail, without hesitation, we must say that if we want to understand the spiritual climate and situation in each house, the whole country, we will have the opportunity to see the vivid expression of the real scene in this regard first of all in the life of the neighborhood as clearly as a mirror. Therefore, as we strive to preserve our spiritual life, our national consciousness and values, our faith and thinking, our customs and traditions, and to elevate our spiritual world, we can see that all this is directly related to giving more opportunities to the neighborhood office and expanding its legal and practical powers. In this way, we will undoubtedly take a huge step towards our noble goal of building a free civil society. Another important vital factor that directly affects the formation of spirituality is closely related to the education system. In carrying out this very complex and responsible task, the teacher should know how to teach from a theoretical and practical point of view. It is no secret that the teacher's pedagogical skill is mainly seen in the lesson. Here it is worth noting that the teacher's personal qualities: moral integrity, that is, kindness, demandingness, spiritual purity, honesty, loyalty, purity, intelligence, patience, as well as his professional qualities: it is important that he is a thorough expert in his field and can be an example to the people around him according to his speech culture. Based on the characteristics of the object of our research, the process of increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work in the social-pedagogical cooperation of the family, neighborhood and educational institutions and the extent to which the content, form and methods of this process are reflected in scientific research are important. Therefore, in order to substantiate the researched problem and find its scientific solution, we analyzed the pedagogical features and aspects of spiritual and educational work in the social cooperation of family, neighborhood and educational institutions in the educational process. First of all, we studied the analysis based on the scientific research carried out in this direction, their execution and implementation. The main goal of inculcating the national idea in the minds of young people is to educate them about their duty to the motherland, responsibility for their own destiny, responsibility for the life of the neighborhood, work team, family and loved ones. The family is a place of education and upbringing, and instilling the national idea and spirituality into the minds and hearts of young people starts from the family. Education cannot be separated from education, and education cannot be separated from education, and this process requires high spirituality. Independence has also made new demands on the maturity of young people. More than ever, the importance of combining inner and outer beauty with morality has increased. Universal moral values such as the fact that the appearance of young people does not lead to good aesthetic culture, but also that their spiritual world should be rich, generous, religious, and have a high culture of behavior began to be demanded. From the first days of independence, the need to carry out reforms in the spiritual sphere was considered. “For us, - said the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan I.A. Karimov, “…spiritual, historical and cultural values, moral and moral condition of the population, education of the young generation should be the main priority”. Therefore, the education of a healthy generation should include not only physically trained and matured youth, but also a person educated on the basis of oriental morals and universal moral values. After all, as the great scholar Abdulla Awlani said: "Education is a matter of or life, or death, or salvation, or happiness or disaster for us.". Aesthetic pleasure and grandeur are formed and developed in the life and activities of a person who has a conscious attitude to life, is proud of the ideas and goals of independence. This has been confirmed in the development process of the thousand-year history of the Uzbek state, and therefore, from the first years of national independence, the issue of spiritual values, their preservation, restoration and transmission to the next generation has become the most urgent issue. For this purpose, it is appropriate to analyze the dictionary meanings of the concepts of "spirituality" and "enlightenment" in order to fully illuminate the basis of the spiritual and educational activities carried out in the social cooperation of the family, neighborhood and educational institutions. we considered that. Nowadays, various events and sports competitions are being held in the neighborhood in order to make the most of the free time of the youth, together with the Youth Affairs Agency and neighborhood activists. For example, it can be said that reading competitions, sports competitions among the youth of the neighborhood, trips, museums, and theaters are being taken for the spiritual recreation of our youth. The main purpose of these events and contests is to form the spiritual thinking of young people and increase their worldview. 2024 was announced as the "Year of Youth and Business Support" in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Many opportunities and conditions have been created for young people in our country. Of these, additional quotas were allocated for the inclusion of young people in higher education institutions. Interest-free loans are provided for young people to engage in entrepreneurship. Neighborhood activists and youth leaders are allocating land to young people for farming. All opportunities have been created in our country to educate young people in the spirit of national and cultural values, to make them perfect people in the future, and to provide quality education to young people. I am happy with these opportunities. Our national traditions, national values, and great history are of great importance in the education and spiritual growth of young people. First of all, we should not forget our history. Whose descendants are we? Who were our ancestors?, our youth should be able to answer such questions. We should proudly reply that we are the descendants of the great brave general Amir Temur, the king and poet Zakhriddin Mukhammad Bobur, the great thinker, the sultan of words Alisher Navoi. Of course, preserving the invaluable cultural and educational heritage created by our great ancestors over the centuries, leaving it to future generations, re-introducing the great contribution of our people to the treasure of universal human values to the world, widely promoting, instilling feelings of national pride and love for the Motherland in the minds of citizens, especially young people, the role and influence of the neighborhood is more significant. We have a lot of such young people. Young people's interests are definitely taken into account when choosing a profession. Local activists and youth leaders have implemented a number of measures to ensure the employment of unemployed youth. Such noble works, support of young people, families, measures to improve the health of the spiritual environment are an expression of the age-old traditions of our people. Conclusion In conclusion, we can say that in our country, as the main essence of forming the spirituality and education of young people in the activities of the neighborhood, it is appropriate for the family, neighborhood and educational institutions to implement measures in constant cooperation. The role of the family and the neighborhood is very important in the spiritual growth of young people and their development into educated and well-educated people. The implementation of state policy projects related to youth will create opportunities for the creation of many opportunities for these young people. As such great opportunities are created for young people with the initiatives of our President, young people should use these opportunities properly.
