In the era of globalization, the introduction of the concept of distance education among the traditional concepts into the educational process is becoming a force that determines the improvement of the educational system, that is, the main goals and tasks of the technological age. What is distance learning? What are its pros and cons? Is there a need to use it in the educational system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, to improve the qualifications of teachers of mother tongue and literature? What is needed to organize distance education? In fact, how it can be used in the continuing education system, what forms and models it has, naturally interests experts in the field. First of all, a sharp change in the technical support of educational institutions, the opening of a wide path to secular information resources created the need to use new forms and methods of teaching. The introduction of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process has led to the emergence of a new form of education - distance education, in addition to traditional teaching methods. Distance learning enables all learners to continuously improve their skills. Therefore, distance education is a communication between the teacher and the listener based on the Internet technology or other interactive methods at a certain distance and all the components of the educational process - the goal, content, method, organizational forms and teaching methods. relationship between Today, distance education is well-established in the United States, dating back to the late 1970s. At first, educational institutions operated independently in the field of distance education. With the development of satellite television in the 1980s, several educational institutions collaborated on these courses. The rapid development of global computer networks has had a great impact on all areas of human activity, including education. Due to this, distance education at the moment is based on the wide use of modern information communications, including the Internet. Distance education system is an education system organized on the basis of distance education conditions. Distance learning system, like all educational systems, has its structural purpose, content, methods, tools and organizational forms. 158 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Pedagogical technologies of distance education - a set of teaching methods and techniques that provide the educational process of distance education based on the selected teaching concept. As you know, distance learning has several advantages. One of its conveniences is that the learner can study at his convenience and even without leaving work. It is because of these conveniences that this method is widespread in the world. It should be acknowledged that the details of the distance education method, its many advantages, such as creativity in education, the possibility of independent learning, freedom in allocating time for learning, are reflected in the pedagogical researches of major scientists of our country, and are widely covered in their pamphlets. Begimkulov distance learning is a form of education based on information and telecommunication technologies, including part-time and full-time education, including the best traditional and innovative methods, teaching tools and forms. It notes that it is a system that requires more independent activities from the student, providing learning conditions and communication with the teacher based on certain standards and educational laws. In this case, the learning process does not depend on the time and place of the learner. Muslimov describes distance education as a new educational process structure based on the principle of independent learning of students and a set of information technologies that provide the delivery of the main learning materials to the learner.1 define distance education as one of the forms of education, which is the use of the best traditional and innovative methods, tools and forms of education based on computers and telecommunication technologies in the educational process .2 D. Faber analyzed the results of 248 scientific studies in this direction, devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the educational form, and found that these studies do not answer the question of changing competence and, consequently, distance teaching and the educational process from the classroom to the screen cannot justify the positive use of new interactive technologies in connection with the need to transfer 3, - concluded. D. Carnevel also summarized the results of the "Teleeducation-99" conference dedicated to the problems of distance education and said that combining the elements of traditional and online methods of education allows to increase the quality of education of students, that is, purely emphasizes that "blended" education is more effective than traditional or purely online education 4. In order to provide education based on distance education, it is not necessary to gather a certain part of the population who wants to study in the land where the educational institution is located. Second, there will be no need for excessive expenditure on the part of the listener or reader. Thirdly, it is possible to exclude the age restrictions of those involved in this type of education. The main goal of distance education, used in professional development and retraining of pedagogues: to improve the quality of education by using the potential of professors and teachers in voluntary educational institutions around the world, regardless of the place of residence of students, to provide continuous education to students. and bringing different forms of education closer to each other. The existence of a number of advanced directions of distance education, compared to traditional education, is more emphasized by experts in the field of exact sciences. 1Muslimov N. B .60. 159 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us In distance learning, as in interactive methods, the learner is at the center of the learning process. In this process, the students interact indirectly with the teachers or tutors. However, the lack of direct communication between the teacher and the listener in distance education of teachers of mother tongue and literature subjects also causes some problems. Despite its positive aspects, it is very difficult to compare it "equally" with the traditional form of education. According to E. Laird, the human professional problem in distance education is the feeling of loneliness, the feeling of oneself as a captive or prisoner of the cybernetic environment. 5In particular, in the process of improving the qualifications of native language and literature teachers who are "thirsty" for words and communication, familiar with the sense of aesthetic pleasure, the methodical support "affects the soul" the need to use "receiver means" is felt. For example, there are certain difficulties in organizing a problem-based teaching process. Communication can be carried out via teleconference in the organization of problem-based training in training the listener as a mature specialist. However, this does not solve the problem completely. To solve this problem, it will be necessary to develop additional educational materials. Among these, it is appropriate to have problem tasks of different levels, instructions that create a problem situation. The content and design of educational materials is one of the main factors of the quality of distance education. Distance learning means independent work. Independent work develops the abilities of independent thinking, situation assessment, conclusions and predictions of each person. It should also be noted that in the course of distance education, the student must have sufficient skills to work on the Internet. It is not easy for every listener with high computer and Internet skills to fully understand the information written or displayed there. Therefore, it is desirable that the material created on the Internet should be popular, that is, it should be equally understandable to everyone. It is known that the science of mother tongue and literature includes processes that require logical thinking, its development, analysis and comparison. It must be admitted that nowadays the interest of young people in reading books is decreasing and they are more attracted to the computer and the issues related to it. For this reason, a science teacher should be able to use modern technical tools and technologies, as well as resources posted on the Internet. Science-related resources, electronic textbooks, electronic educational complexes, manuals, demonstrative experiments placed on the Internet, drawing attention to the content and essence of the science of mother tongue and literature, to look at a large amount of information and get more practical it has the convenience of carrying out exercises and provides an opportunity for self-examination. It acts as an experienced teacher, providing unlimited explanations, countless repetitions, and reminders. The organization of training with the help of these tools ensures the effective achievement of educational goals by developing qualities such as intellectual potential, creative skills and working with various information sources. It can also be usefully and effectively used for distance learning. Considering that the tutor cannot be in "live communication" with the listener during the training of teachers through distance education, it is more important for the teacher to use such electronic resources. helps to have information.
