Modern forms and methods of teaching aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of talented young professional artists, ensuring the high level of educational process with the wide use of effective pedagogical technologies, electronic information resources, to ensure the high quality of fine art works, to develop the potential of fine art creators, to develop and train advanced methods of teaching while preserving the traditions of "teacher-student" and art education to implement the activities of creative workshops in the educational process, to select talented artists working in the fields of visual arts (table, graphic, majestic, miniature, sculpture), to improve their aesthetic level and skills, to create national and universal human values in works of art It is not an exaggeration to say that a number of decisions and proposals of our head of state to achieve a high level of expression of traditions and to further develop the fields of fine arts arouse a deep sense of responsibility in the owners of the fields like us. In determining the status of an artist's culture in works of fine art, solving the issue of the nature of connections between his worldview and thinking is of fundamental importance. The artist perceives the world with the help of his senses and creates a system of his ideas about the world based on this. He observes and understands the processes of nature and society and realizes their results and tries to convey them to other representatives of society through his works. So, the artist's thinking stands between the world view and existence. Images in works of fine art serve to indirectly describe people based on their various signs. Symbols in the work represent human qualities. The artist tries to express his works in various symbols. Symbols rise to the level of metaphor. As a result, the level of euphemism of the age of fine arts also increases. One of the main tasks of a fine art teacher is to convey to young people the customs, traditions, and values that have been collected and preserved for centuries through the medium of fine arts. It is clear from this that the formation of students' worldview, development of knowledge and creative abilities largely depends on the knowledge of the teacher, the method he chooses and the direction of education. It is known that works of art have been surprising people for their high artistry and processing techniques since ancient times. The programs prepared for general secondary schools have sections on the basics of art science, painting and drawing, drawing according to nature, perception of existence, and are divided between professional art and general art education systems. Conscious mastering of the technique of creating works of fine art is related to having some knowledge of perspective, color science, optics and the laws of light and shadow, as well as some knowledge of anatomy. Painting is the oldest form of visual art, the main task of which is to convey visual images by applying paint to some kind of base. To make the picture more vivid and realistic, artists use linear and aerial perspective, knowledge of proportions and anatomy. In painting, drawing, color, and texture of the technical movement of the brush are used to show dynamics or statics. Thousands of years ago, people used paints to reflect the reality around them. The choice of base for images is wide - the walls of architectural buildings, wood, metal, paper, cardboard, regardless of the type of surface for drawing, creators used the same artistic means of drawing. Color; The most important artistic tool of visual arts is color. With its help, the artist reflects the space, volume, texture, gives the meaning and mood of the picture. The right choice of colors and the skill of using them are the most important conditions for being able to draw well. In addition to choosing the right paints, an artist must choose the right characteristics of fine art such as saturation, hue, darkness, intensity, brightness, shadow-light or dullness in the process of creating fine art. These three characteristics determine the color of the work. Red, yellow and blue are the primary colors and cannot be obtained by mixing other colors. Primary colors are not found in nature in pure form, all shades are balanced. The artist's task is to use color to change reality, make it joyful or dramatic, depending on the author's purpose. The combination of colors allows to create a mood that the viewer feels. Relationship of colors and shades in works of fine art. This is the most important component of the artistic image, the relationship of color elements, the color structure of the picture. The artist's goal is to achieve richness and harmonious solidity of colors. Color helps convey an idea, a design, a mood. It can show calmness, joy, sadness, anxiety and other emotions. In the process of the artist working on works of visual art, the technical movement of a brush with paint on a fabric, hard surface or paper leaves a trace of color. The technique of applying paint is varied and often depends on the individual style of the artist. In an individual technical movement used in a certain sequence, the artist creates a complete work. In the process of creating works, artists need to master the technique of painting with a brush, without which it is impossible to create a work, to convey the appearance, idea and meaning of the object. In art classes, a beginner artist should learn to change the shape, place it along the contour of the object, convey space and show depth. The main element of any image is a line. Its tasks are to convey the shape of the object, create a contour and divide the silhouette into small details. It is actively used in creating line sketches, drawings, posters and easel graphics. This is an artistic tool of painting, with the help of which the artist can convey the most delicate feelings. Smooth, zigzag, smooth, intermittent, wavy, thin lines reflect the artist's delicate personality. A drawing created using lines of the same thickness will look rough and hard. Any work requires the ability to show the artist's thoughts through colorful lines, the ability to use linear elements, taking into account the psychological impact on the viewer. A straight line next to a curved line looks solid, reminiscent of a creative image rather than a drawing. Contrast of color and light: To enhance the character of the fabric, artists use the contrast method by placing separate parts of the image against each other. Contrast can be based on an object's size, color, texture, static, character, and other characteristics. Contrast affects the perception of the viewer. Darkness after light appears more complete, brightness after dimming appears brighter. Artists use contrast to reveal ideas. This allows them to represent good and evil, pure and evil, earthly and heavenly. The concept of form allows the artist to show the differences between objects and their visual properties. Shape is an important feature of an object that must be considered regardless of the artist's painting tradition. He should describe the difference between whole and three- dimensional objects, distinguish individual parts of complex shapes and create original objects. The composition is necessary to convey the ideological goal of the creative artist, who arranges individual objects in the picture in such a way as to separate the primary and secondary objects. When creating a work, the artist takes into account the integrity of the composition, contrasts, the effect of the elements of the work on the viewer. The texture of the work helps the viewer to get the right impression about the work. A flat surface enhances the effect, it can be smooth or rough, flat or voluminous. Thick or liquid paint, through the artist's technique, various directions reflect light, create brightness and enliven the artistic image. The works of well-known artists convey the plane visually and sensitively, using different techniques and materials, shades and fillings. In conclusion, it can be noted that thorough and competent training of personnel studying in the field of fine arts is becoming a need of the times. At this point, it is no exaggeration to say that the attention given to visual arts is reasonable, and it is a responsibility to master and apply the secrets of visual art.
