Keywords: globalization, pedagogical technology, innovation, interactive method, worldview, businessmen's game, It is important to further strengthen the reforms in educational processes for the development of young people as well-rounded people. In the concept of education, great attention is paid to the creation of the internal need of a person for learning and teaching him to read, his internal experience, feelings, thinking. The first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, I. Karimov, emphasized the importance of work in this regard as follows: "We have declared the education of a perfect person as a priority area of state policy. When we say a perfect person, we understand, first of all, educated, enlightened people who have a high mind, who can think independently, and whose behavior is an example to others." [1-48]. A new approach to the problem of modern requirements for education and their quality improvement consists in developing innovative methods of its systematic improvement and their widespread introduction into the educational process. Ensuring this demand requires pedagogical scientific research to be conducted based on the requirements of the times. In this regard, many countries in the world are trying to find a solution to this problem. They are: "Educational model for the 21st century, education and social development, research" adopted in Japan in 1984; "Future Education" adopted in France in 1985; "Education in 2000" in Germany; Programs such as "Science for All Americans" adopted in 1985 in the USA and "21st Century Education for Americans" adopted in 1984 paved the way for reforms in the world education system. This emphasizes the need to conduct wider scientific research in this field. In this regard, a number of measures are being implemented in our Republic. In particular, the Law "On Education" (29.08.1997), the "National Program of Personnel Training" (29.08.1997) and the "State Education Standards" corresponding to the requirements of world education standards are in tune with the times, that is, the "Intellectual Age". It is planned to train active participants. In particular, in the national personnel training program, special attention was 142 Journal of Language , Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us paid to expanding the scope of scientific research aimed at creating new pedagogical technologies in educational institutions. Therefore, the effective use of pedagogical technologies to introduce innovations into the educational system is one of the important tasks of today's education. consists of achievements. While this situation is progressing towards the informatization of the society, it is possible to create optimal ways to improve the computer literacy of elementary school students and to use them regularly in practical activities. Knowing the factors and conditions that have a positive effect on the development of children of different ages and genders, their worldview, moral and physical maturity, and their effective use serves as an important basis for personal development. In order to eliminate ignorance and illiteracy in the education system and production, it is a requirement of our time to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge from the spirituality of children to the spirituality of the elderly. It is known that the period when a person is born, from simple perception to rational thinking, is very long and difficult for a mother. From the first moments, a newborn baby begins to reflect the environment with the help of sensory organs. His thinking is formed for several months or even years, the first development is carried out through speech and thinking. The development of speech accelerates the development of the child's personality. Raises interpersonal relations to a higher level. Every minute of a child's life, every month is an important period in physical and mental formation It should be noted that the process of thinking is one of the most complex types of human cognitive activity, which greatly accelerates individual mental development and knowledge acquisition. In the process of education, the teacher is not limited to imparting knowledge, but in this process affects the students of junior school age. This will further activate their learning. As a result, students of junior school age become active participants in the educational process. Achievements in education, first of all, depend on the teacher. [2.65,] Today, the use of innovative technologies in the educational process is gaining momentum, and it is evident that this has an impact on the higher quality organization of the educational process. Therefore, the use of interactive methods in the educational process, the constant search for increasing the effectiveness of education, has become today's priority, it increases the motivation of students to study. Therefore, introducing innovations into the educational system, effective use of modern pedagogical technologies is one of the important tasks of today's education. Innovation is the creation of new things, innovation. Therefore, using a work form aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the educational process based on innovations, not based on homogeneous templates as in traditional education, means innovation. Basing on pedagogical technologies in education and striving for innovation, using various interactive methods aimed at forming the thinking characteristics of students helps to effectively implement the goal of education [3.84,] Interactive methods increase the productivity of the educational process, form the process of independent thinking of children of primary school age, increase enthusiasm and interest in knowledge in children of primary school age, solid mastery of knowledge, free use of it in practice forms skills and competencies. 143 Journal of Language , Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Appropriate, purposeful, effective use of interactive methods by teachers (pedagogues) in the process of education and training improves the ability to communicate, team work, logical thinking, synthesis of existing ideas, analysis, between different views in students of junior school age (pupils, students). provides a wide opportunity to train the ability to find logical connections. Innovation, in turn, is associated with: - Accepting a new topic; - Introduction of new processes; -New content of the development area; - New organizational forms of joint movement; -New management; -Like a new product. For this reason, now pedagogical innovation is considered as a whole complex process, and its interactive qualities, educational parts, functional description and coherence are being consistently researched. In this regard, if we use innovative educational technologies in the teaching of psychological sciences, it will make it possible to develop the thinking of elementary school students at the level of the specified requirements. So, the sensitive development of children of primary school age is given to reading activities, therefore, it means to develop their thinking - science, technique-technology, spirituality, education, art, etc., and raise their current state to a new level of quality. To do this, it is appropriate to use effective methods that allow students to actively participate in the educational process and work with their interest in order to master the fundamentals of science perfectly. The use of a business game gives high results in the formation of students' thinking characteristics. The main process of pedagogical technology is carried out in the form of educational training, that is, pedagogical communication between the teacher and the student.[4.29,] The use of innovative technologies in the educational process is aimed at the comprehensive formation of students of junior school age, the educational goals are achieved through the method, it provides the exchange, activation of the activity of the object to the subject's attitude, and the determination of the result in advance. The "Cluster" graphic organizer is carefully thought is a strategy that can be used with students individually and in groups. Clusters make it possible to generalize the presented ideas, to find connections between them. [5.36,] This method accelerates the thinking activity of elementary school students before studying a topic in depth, and encourages students to express their ideas on this topic in a drawing. The remarkable thing about this method is that it has a positive effect on shaping the thinking activity of school-age students. So, summarizing the above points, it is worth noting that the formation of an all-round mature person is one of the main goal tasks of today. Of course, the use of interactive method networks, applied to school-aged students of any education, based on the basics of science, is a creative 144 Journal of Language , Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us organizational-pedagogical activity, and its it is possible to create a promising and effective methodology of the educational process and to achieve the training of competitive modern personnel specified in the "National Personnel Training Program".
