The teacher reflected on how to develop pedagogic abilities and how to deal with students. The great alloma, the opinions of psychologists were analyzed. Keywords: pedagogical ability, communicative, empathic, constructive, didactic, perceptive. INTRODUCTION. Abu Ali Ibn Sina, the engineer of the human psyche of the great alloma, States in his work “ the laws of Tib”: “ all the actions of the teacher should consist of goodness”[1]. Goodness begins, first of all, by finding a way into the heart of the child. It is necessary to keep up with him in care, respect the owner of an Immaculate Heart, not to be indifferent to his desires, in a word, to be a child. The teacher is a person who educates young people. The teacher should have the skills and abilities inherent in the teaching profession. First of all, it is difficult for him to love children, be creative, businesslike, be spiritually competent, have a perfect mastery of worldly knowledge. Pedagogical abilities are of great importance in the professional activity of the teacher. For successful work, it is necessary that each teacher has pedagogical skills. Ability is present in all humans, not being uniform, and consists of one upper, one middle, and one lower level. Only in mentally retarded people we cannot meet the ability. The activities of the school teacher are aimed at restoring a person's personality. Ability appears and develops in the process of activity. . Abilities are individual psychic characteristics that represent the ability of an individual on a particular activity and the subjective conditions in the successful performance of his work.[2] some psychic processes of the teacher form in it such a complex of personality-specific qualities that this can be called pedagogical ability. Qualities of pedagogical abilities: - love for his profession; - being able to love students; - excellent knowledge of specialist science, interest in it; - have pedagogical etiquette,; - can be absorbed into the children's community; - creative approach to his own labor; - feeling responsible;, - consists in the acquisition of educational knowledge.[3] In the activities of the teacher, there are specific systems of pedagogical abilities. Pedagogical abilities are not only the result of effective pedagogical activity and without expressing the conditions, but also the result of successful work in many ways. In pedagogical abilities, the main role is played by the characteristics of the teacher associated with mutual exchange of ideas. The following main features of pedagogical ability are constantly formed as a result of the high pedagogical-psychological knowledge of the teacher: Communicative ability. Pure volunteerism in the teacher's interaction with the pedagogical community and parents, the people of the neighborhood, to understand and empathize with their mental states, to enter into communication. The teacher should have psychological knowledge in this, regularly form a culture of treatment in himself. Perceptual ability. An important role is played by the perception, perception, that is, observation of the external world and the external environment. Develops, improves as a result of the teacher's enthusiasm. The teacher perceives the psychology of the student, his psychic state, instilling in himself a reasonable assessment of the pedagogical situation of the state of the class community. Empathic ability. It is the characteristics of feeling, understanding, perception, pity for students from the soul, psychological states that arise from love for children. The ability to alternate the educational process. It is the ability of the teacher to convey his knowledge to the mind and thinking of the student at the cost of little effort, to achieve the goal in the prescribed period in education and upbringing. Didactic ability. In communicating with students, it is the ability to teach effectively, deeply mastering the educational and educational laws and methods of pedagogy. The lesson should meet world templates, current requirements based on pedagogical technologies. Organizational ability. Is a component of pedagogical ability. It is manifested in the fact that students of the class are able to be attracted by the teacher to various public affairs, circles, ensuring the active situation of the class community to each student. Constructive ability. The teacher's ability to foresee the stages of the professional pedagogical situation that arise on the basis of a thorough planning of educational educational activities. The ability to know. The teacher's deep knowledge, mastery, and practice of his subject and other subjects. Ability to perceive (understand). The brilliance and resourcefulness of the teacher, his deep perception of events and phenomena and his fair treatment of them.You need the ability to master the secrets of any profession. Above, the teacher, who has formed the main features of pedagogical abilities in himself, achieves the challenge. This requires a lot of effort from the teacher. Currently, a huge amount of responsibility is required from the teacher. The teacher should be able to master not only pedagogical knowledge, but also other disciplines well. In the process of his activities, he will have to educate a competent person as educated, well-mannered. N., who analyzed the pedagogical abilities of the teacher.V.Kuzmin writes that”many of the shortcomings that occur in education are the result of the fact that the teacher does not know well the practical directions of his pedagogical abilities, the absence of talent in the teacher."[4] in the process of teacher activity, with pedagogical abilities, it is necessary to set an example for colleagues and clearly explain educational technologies to students. The mind is important in the development of abilities. The mind is one of the conditions for the development of abilities. A person can have an excellent mentality towards a particular activity, and if there are no conditions, then abilities on the basis of this mentality may not develop. The condition for the development of the mind is a deep creative activity, which is performed, first of all, by the pedagogical educator, and then becomes more and more consolidated. The development of the child's abilities in the school is carried out directly under the guidance of a teacher – educator. The early manifestation of abilities indicates that the child has an extraordinary mind. CONCLUSION. Each teacher conducting his pedagogical activity in our independent Uzbekistan needs to work tirelessly on himself, be in constant search, constantly familiarize himself with the advanced experiences of his predecessors and, in these ways, expand the systems of his skills. Raising the younger generation is a complex and responsible job. To carry out this task in a timely manner ,the most important thing is that the teacher must be the shaydo of his work, love children, realize their responsibilities, duties, behavior. The teacher forms and develops his abilities in the process of his activities. Their abilities help the teacher to achieve high marks. To become a capable, skilled teacher, one must have a deep mastery of the knowledge of one's field.
