It is known that the essence of modular training is explained by the fact that, according to it, the learner prepares independently based on the individual curriculum presented to him. To implement this educational program, it is necessary to have an action plan, a set of information, and clear methodical recommendations for achieving the learning results. The main requirements of modular training include: — to set the goal of mastering all the material in the content of each module; — the module is aimed at ensuring the achievement of one or more didactic goals; — the content of the modules should be focused on independent thinking, logical thinking and practical activities; - in order to develop professional and creative thinking, it is one of them to achieve the content of the educational material of the module in a problematic way. In modular education, it is necessary to strictly assess the knowledge, skills, and abilities of students in the rating system of supervision. The educational materials prepared for each module include a modular program that fully covers the study period, theoretical materials (lectures) for each module, educational and methodological handouts, each includes individual assignments for one module, a list of academic literature, assignments for independent work for each module, and control assignments for each module The most important problem of modern education is the development of professional competence of pedagogues in preschool educational organizations and further improvement of the quality of education. We have studied what are the obstacles in improving the skills of pedagogues and what are the shortcomings and problems among educators through the survey method and foreign experience. From the above results, we can see that pedagogical skill is an integrated process. In preschool educational organizations, modern pedagogical technologies are aimed at the implementation of state standards of preschool education. A fundamentally important aspect of pedagogical technology is the role of the child in the process of upbringing and education and the attitude of adults towards the child. An adult, when communicating with children: "Not next to him, not on him, but together!" He should follow the position. Its purpose is to contribute to the development of the child as a person. In order to achieve good results, the pedagogue should constantly study his strengths and weaknesses, gradually form an inner core that will form not only internal, but also personal development. 335 Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us The profession of a teacher has its own characteristics: he works with a child, which means that he is a powerful tool.
