Many educational institutions are being built and specialized schools are being established in our country. The desire for knowledge has increased in our society. Parents who want to educate their children well, and young people who are interested in studying have increased. Any country cannot imagine its development without science.Also, in our country, the development of science is deep the issue of training thinking personnel has risen to the level of state policy. One of the biggest problems of world pedagogues is the teaching process simplifying, raising the level of students' knowledge, deepening their knowledge of science many educational forms and methods are being developed for mastering. Relevance of the study. The end of the 20th century happened in the beginning of the 21st century complex socio- political, cultural and worldview changes in the educational system is putting new problems in front of it. The implementation of the plan provides for the active participation of teachers, parents of students of a general education institution, employers, employees of the employment center and other interested parties in conducting career guidance activities aimed at training professional personnel in demand in the region. The structure of the teacher's professional competence through his pedagogical skills can be determined. The model of teacher's professional competence is theoretical and practical acts as a unit of preparation. They lead, advocate and collaborate to promote equity and access for all students by connecting their school counseling program to the school’s academic mission and school improvement plan. They uphold the ethical and professional standards of ASCA and promote the development of the school counseling program based on the following areas of the ASCA National Model: define, deliver, manage and assess. School counselors deliver developmentally appropriate activities and services directly to students or indirectly for students as a result of the school counselor’s interaction with others. These activities and services help students develop the ASCA Student Standards: Mindsets & Behaviors for Student Success and improve their achievement, attendance and discipline. Most problem solving on the job is reactive because decisions need to be made and little time is available for research or consultation with peers. Special knowledge and skills were once passed on from one professional to others through apprenticeships, were experiential, and came from nonacademic sources. This method became inadequate for preparing competent professionals. Schools were established with the purpose of supplying financial resources and human resources beneficial to society and training the next generation of people. The curriculum attempts to develop discipline and self-awareness in the professional. These schools are charged with planning and delivering a full range of educational services that allow knowledge-based learning through the integration of instruction, research, and technology. Career guidance occupies an important place in the activities of the school, as it links the education system with the economic system, the needs of students with their future. For the well- being of society, it is necessary that each graduate of the school find the fullest possible application of his interests, inclinations, do not waste time and energy in search of his place in the system of social production, where he could bring the greatest benefit and receive deep satisfaction from his work. Vocational guidance in the personal sense is a long and fairly irreversible social process of mastering a particular profession by a person.Thus, vocational guidance is carried out, as it were, at 2 levels - public and personal.
