The article explores the importance of these phrases, their thematic significance and their impact on readers. Through careful analysis, we emphasize how Joseph's poetry transcends language and emotion, leaving an indelible mark on the literary landscape. Muhammad Yusuf, the famous poet of his time, charmed the readers with his skillful use of language and deep insight into the human condition. One of the distinctive features of his poetry is his skillful introduction of phrases that add depth, emotion and imagery to his poems. This article aims to examine various aspects of the use of idioms in Muhammad Yusuf's poems, including the significance of these idioms, their thematic significance and impact on the reader. We used a qualitative research approach to analyze the use of idioms in Muhammad Yusuf's poems. We have selected a corpus of his poems from various collections and publications. The poems were carefully studied, paying attention to the phrases he used, their frequency, and their placement within the verses. In addition, we focused on the context surrounding these expressions and their potential symbolic or metaphorical meanings. There is little to say about the works and poems of Muhammad Yusuf, the favorite poet of the Uzbek people. Muhammad Yusuf's brilliant talent for developing our national literature and culture, raising the spirituality and consciousness of our people, realizing self-awareness in the hearts of the young generation, perfecting the feelings of national pride and pride, noble qualities, unique artistic works, He is a unique creator who made a great contribution with his social activities and arouses wonder and excitement in the hearts of students through his works. Muhammad Yusuf, as a mature word artist, successfully used phraseologisms to achieve the tasks of realistic representation of reality and aesthetic impact on the reader. We will dwell on some of them. Different aspects of the transfer of meaning can be found in the expressions used in the poet's work. For example, this pain is enough for you until you die, what if you can't bear it like a mountain? It's hard to live happily, sister Khursanoy, until you come back to the truth. In his verse, the phrase "bardoshi is like a mountain" is used in the sense of endurance, perseverance, and expresses the similarity of the form. It can be seen that such expressions are used in many places in the work of the poet Muhammad Yusuf's poems are full of elaborate expressions that serve to enhance the overall aesthetic and emotional impact of his work. Often poignant and thought-provoking, these phrases are strategically placed throughout his verses to create a vivid and moving experience for the reader. We identified several recurring themes in his poetry, such as love, loss, nature, spirituality, and social issues, and found that specific expressions played an important role in conveying these themes. In the poem "Letter to my sister", the poet used the phrase "stone heart" to express the state of the lyrical hero: I don't know when I wrote to you, I'm busy with rhyme today, my heart is stone. Being your only brother I will not walk next to you... forgive me sister Forgive me, sister. In this verse, the poet used the phrase "stone heart" to express the inner experiences of the lyrical hero, as we mentioned above. • Aesthetic appeal: Muhammad Yusuf's use of expressions enhances the aesthetic appeal of his poetry. The richness of language and imagery allows students to immerse themselves in the verses, deepening their emotional connection with the topics studied. • Emotional Resonance: The phrases in Yusuf's poems evoke strong emotions and resonate deeply with readers. Whether expressing joy, sadness, longing or despair, his choice of phrases creates an emotional bridge between the poet and the audience. • Symbolism and Metaphor: Many expressions in Joseph's poetry exhibit symbolic and metaphorical meanings. Through clever wordplay and figurative language, he subtly conveys deep ideas and concepts, encouraging readers to think about the many layers of meaning. • Thematic Relevance: Every phrase in Joseph's poems contributes to the main themes he explores. Whether it's the transcendence of nature, the complexity of human relationships, or a spiritual journey, expressions reinforce the thematic coherence of his work. Conclusions: Muhammad Yusuf's skillful use of phrases in his poems is evidence of his language and poetic expression skills. Combining these phrases enriches the reader's experience, leaving a deep and lasting impact.
