For training teachers to the national concept publicity by pedagogical aspects. Innovative approach are one of the pivotal means, thus it is essential to develop national concepts publicity means and change it into modern demands by deriving from state educational measure. Because the Republic of Uzbekistan has already put an emphasis on the topic that was included in five basic trends of movement strategy . By this mean, it is a problem, which is still waiting to be solved , to train teachers to national concept publicity by approaching innovative sides to its real means in a higher education process. That is considered as a controversial issue stated here: - while students are being trained to strengthen its teaching means by integrating data which suit to them -to strengthen social subject scopes by coming from up-to-date demands -to organize works referred to national concepts deliberately -to modify students social skills the same as modern demands In modern burgeoning stage of the world teaching future teachers by approaching pedagogically are one of the major problems of innovative approaches .Because this approach gives an opportunity to declare news for educational process at once . In this field “fake misconception and irrational approaches “to these problems should not be done . Innovation means that revive something and put into practice them using inventions efficiently . Pedagogical scientist consider that they have difference innovative approach, but here are the most important among them: 1) innovation process 2) innovative education 3) innovative components 4) the model of innovative developing The developed countries have experience about using innovative means. They are the USA, and UK .According to that, innovative technology are utilized for a short period and the experimented technology existence will be much more used . The surveys and investigates show that using the innovative means in education must be based on pedagogical discipline and we envisage the discipline like this: - innovation means should enrich the teacher’s critical thinking - innovative means should be embraced as the only for efficiency of education - innovative means should make teachers be brisk at their social maturity - innovative means should publicize the reasonable methods . This process has intrinsic things which is being carried out in republic education systems for the sake of preparing future teachers for national concept publicit In this issue it is an acceptable that we should use the world’s experience and eventually it will give its fruit. According to the world’s education system, to put into practice elite approaches for teaching teachers for the national concept publicity is the main indicator of to investigate innovation approches. In this passage we must claim that its role in society is irrevocable , if we put it clearly innovation is the scientific research and invention , and also we can proceed research work . The initial meaning of the innovation is the increasing process of the new technology, and its results is to lead the invention to the project , and to route the project to the technology .
