This study studies how issues of preschool education and upbringing are discussed in the press of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the study is to identify the existing problems and ways of development of the preschool education system through articles and materials in the press. The study used press materials, analyzed statistics and expert opinions. The results showed that there is a shortage of pedagogical personnel in the preschool education system, problems of improving the quality of education and the need to introduce modern methods. This study includes recommendations for improving the preschool education system. Preschool education forms an important part of the educational system of Uzbekistan and plays an important role in the intellectual and social development of children. However, in recent years, the press has put forward many problems and proposals to improve the development and quality of the preschool system. This study studies the issues of preschool education and the problems associated with them in the press of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the study is to identify problems being discussed in the press and assess their impact on the educational system. The study uses press material analysis and expert surveys as methodologies. Main part. The Uzbek Press has published a number of articles and studies in recent years on issues of preschool education and upbringing. The most discussed issues and challenges in this area include: 1. Development of the preschool education system: the press of Uzbekistan conducts extensive discussions on the modernization of the preschool education system, improving its quality and coordination. Within this framework, issues of new pedagogical approaches, educational programs and training of teachers are raised. 2. Problems such as improving the quality of education: improving the quality of education in preschool institutions, giving children modern knowledge and skills, ensuring their intellectual and social development are covered in many articles. 3. The problem of pedagogical personnel: such issues as the qualifications of teachers and educators, providing them with adequate wages and conditions are discussed in the press. Issues in this area are addressed from many professional and public perspectives. 4. New methods and technologies: modern pedagogical methods, the introduction of new technologies and teaching methods and their current effectiveness, the processes of exchange of experiences are highlighted. 5. The results of the analysis carried out in the Uzbek Press on the thematic and problematics of the issue of preschool education are as follows: Results  Current issues covered in the media: the press of Uzbekistan published many articles on preschool education. These articles cover a wide range of topics, mainly children's education, activities of preschool institutions, personnel training issues, as well as the participation of parents in the education of their children.  Broad coverage of the topic: The Press has published a number of articles and analyzes on various aspects of preschool education. In particular, issues such as the intellectual development of children, social adaptation and psychological preparation are often raised. Regular attention is also given to articles on public programs, private sector participation and the use of modern technology.  Coverage of social problems: problems in preschool education are also widely discussed in the press of Uzbekistan. Among these problems, the issues of lack of personnel, low quality of education, poor material and technical base, as well as the effectiveness of the information communication system are the most relevant. Discussions The importance of the press: regular press coverage of preschool education issues indicates that this area is in the public and public eye. The creation of a platform for the press to discuss questions about the upbringing of children in society and their preschool education allows for a wider range of discussion of these issues. Dynamics of the discussion process: Press discussions on preschool education emphasize the need to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors. The articles frequently raised the issues of focusing especially on educational institutions in rural areas, improving the quality of education and training personnel, and included various proposals for their solution. Analyzes and proposals: proposals presented in the media for the further development of the preschool education system in Uzbekistan include such pressing issues as improving state programs, retraining of educators, and the introduction of modern educational methods. Recommendations to increase social awareness regarding the education and education of children are also being discussed in the community. The press ' interest and extensive coverage of these issues will be instrumental in further improving the preschool system in the future. In this regard, a number of recommendations have been introduced to increase the state's activity, promote new initiatives and reform the current system. Conclusion. In conclusion, it can be said that the results of the study showed in the press of Uzbekistan that the problems associated with the preschool education system are expanding and negatively affect the quality and effectiveness of their education. The main problems were the lack of pedagogical personnel, the obsolescence of educational methods and the lack of introduction of new methods in practice. The results of the study provide the following recommendations for improving and improving the quality of the preschool education system: improving the skills of pedagogical personnel, introducing modern educational methods and improving educational institutions in rural areas. Future research should focus on further exploring these issues and developing practical measures. References 1.
