Introduction: Today, the prestige of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the international arena is increasing. This is the result of deep reforms in all spheres in our country. In particular, in order to ensure the stability of the economic and financial situation of our country, as well as to achieve the trend of sustainable economic growth, great attention is paid to the development of small business and entrepreneurship. The reason is that one of the main goals is to ensure the employment of the unemployed part of the population through the development of small business and entrepreneurship by creating vacancies in our republic. One of the important and urgent issues facing our country is the issue of employment for the unemployed population. This, in turn, requires finding many untapped opportunities in various sectors and industries and using them wisely. In recent years, in our republic, by researching the activities of the agricultural products processing industry, the activities of small business and entrepreneurship, as well as enterprises that have a strong position in the conditions of the market economy, are being further developed. The reason is that the demand for such products in the world market is increasing year by year. Of course, exporting products to the world market is quite difficult. Each manufactured product must undergo various inspections and at the same time be produced at the level of international standards. Discussions. Today, when carrying out any activity, the government develops measures for the development and support of these directions, including the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 8, 2019 No. PF-5614 “On additional measures to further develop the economy and increase the effectiveness of economic policy” The decision is significant as this decision is aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, which is one of the main links of the country's economy. The main goal of business entities to organize production is to make a profit. It should also be noted that starting production may not be a guarantee of future activity, because monitoring its 157 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us activity should be one of the main tasks. Therefore, on July 28, 2015, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 207 “On the introduction of criteria for assessing the efficiency of the activities of joint-stock companies and other economic entities with a state share”, The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 07.02.2017 No. PF-4947 “On the Strategy of Actions for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017- 2021” was adopted. These Decisions and Decrees are significant in that they include issues of legal and financial support of the business sector. Results. Today, agricultural products grown in our country have and are finding buyers in foreign countries. In particular, the processes related to the cultivation and sale of raw cotton grown in our country are being improved today with the involvement of modern innovative technologies. Systematic work is being carried out in the development of the cotton textile sector, with extensive study of foreign experience. Cotton fiber grown in Uzbekistan is exported to foreign countries, especially Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, China and other countries. As a result of the reforms carried out in the cotton-textile sector in recent years, efforts are being made to bring cotton fiber to the state of a ready-made product by processing it in our republic. One of the main reasons for this is that the cotton raw materials grown and exported in Uzbekistan are processed by enterprises in foreign countries and sold to the world market at high prices. In turn, these products are imported into our country at great expense. In this case, as a result of the importation of the products, the funds available in our country will go abroad. One of the main factors of increasing the flow of foreign currency into our country is the organization of processing of raw cotton in our republic. The above-mentioned ideas have found their expression in practice. In the address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev to the Oliy Majlis in 2022, it was specially emphasized that 100% processing of cotton raw materials grown in our country has been started in our country, besides, the import of cotton raw materials that are not available for processing enterprises from abroad has been started. Of course, this is a great result. Cash flow is achieved by selling cotton raw material after all the processing stages. Quality of manufactured products is one of the main factors of stable income. For this, one of the important tasks is to improve all infrastructures in production activities. Of course, such factors affect the quality of products, especially when exporting agricultural products to the foreign market, modern production equipment is of urgent importance and the effect on efficiency is even greater. Today, many international level exhibition events are held to sell the products produced in Uzbekistan. In turn, this creates opportunities to expand mutually profitable relations with business representatives of foreign countries. Today, the products produced in our country are exported to many countries of the world. As one of the important factors for increasing the export of textile industry products, entering the European market is considered a promising direction. Conclusion. To increase the level of production in agricultural enterprises, it is necessary to perform the following tasks:  increase production efficiency by widely involving innovative projects in the field;  to find and provide financial resources for the implementation of prospective plans of agricultural enterprises, that is, plans aimed at increasing the volume of production and sales;  creation of necessary reserves for sustainable development of agricultural enterprises;  to pay attention to the need to further increase the independence of the activities of agricultural enterprises, to ensure the responsibility of managers and specialists, farm 158 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us members, workers for increasing the production of products, improving their quality, and ensuring their interest in the final results of work;  expansion of marketing service, study of supply and demand, restructuring of production structure;  study of alternative directions of agricultural development, development of various projects related to the organization of industries and their organizational and economic justification. Studying and analyzing the experiences of economically developed countries and using foreign experience, taking into account the specific characteristics of agriculture in our region, is one of the priority directions of the reforms implemented in the republic. For this reason, in order to develop the agricultural infrastructure of the republic, efforts are being made to attract financial funds from foreign financial institutions, and this is of great importance. Agricultural infrastructure services are highly developed in foreign countries. In these countries, the service sector is mainly carried out by the private sector. In our country, clusters have been established in the field of textiles, and stages and processes from the cultivation of raw materials to processing and appearance of the finished product have been implemented through the cluster. Conducting all processes through clusters has begun to give positive results in practice, a significant increase in productivity and income from production has been achieved. References 1.
