Technology refers to a process that results in a qualitative change in the subject as a result of the impact on the object by the subject. The technology is always intended to use the necessary tools and conditions to perform specific target actions directed at the object in a specific sequence. Moving the above concepts into the educational process, as a result of the systematic influence of the teacher (educator)on students using teaching tools on students under certain conditions, it can be described as a social phenomenon that dynamically forms the necessary and predetermined social qualities for society in them, or, in other words, an influence on students using teaching tools by the Professor N. According to saidahmedov, "technology is a pedagogical activity that embodies the laws of the education, upbringing and development of the individual and ensures the final result." The concept of technology has the power of regulatory (regulatory) influence, encouraging free creation:  finding the basics of productive educational-cognitive activity;  build it on an extensive (intensive), as much scientific basis as possible, rather than an extensive (ineffective, which leads to loss of strength, time, resources) basis;  the use of Science and experimental achievements that guarantee the required results;  loss of the probability of Corrections during training, relying on the design method;  high level of informatization of the educational process and algorithmization of necessary actions;  creation of technical means, mastering the methodology of their use, etc. Technology as a complex process consists of a series of training stages, in turn, each of these stages will consist of its own actions. The action is the sum of the teacher's work on explaining the educational elements of the subject in the classroom, forming the part of the teaching process that is completed at this stage. Pedagogical technology is a project of a certain pedagogical system that can be introduced into practice. Pedagogical technology: covers the concepts of educational technology, new pedagogical experience, new pedagogical technology, pedagogical technology , information technology, new experience and educational methods. Therefore, pedagogical technology is considered an effective implementation of didactic tasks, a way to achieve the goal in this area. Today in our country there are enough opportunities to combine the scientific potential of specialists. It is impossible to look at pedagogical technology as a separate branch of pedagogical science, or as a system aimed only at optimizing educational practice. First of all, what does pedagogical technologist mean? 1. Pedagogical technologist is designed for the educational process and focuses on solving the established goal. Each society clearly determines the purpose of personality formation, and, accordingly, there will be a certain pedagogical system. This system is continuously influenced by social order and defines the educational goal in general. The goal, on the other hand, entails the need to update the rest of the elements of the pedagogical system in turn. 2. Today, with the development of Science and technology, human activity is incredibly expanding and new technologies are entering. Qualitative changes are evidenced by the fact that now there are also new technical, informational, audiovisual, audial tools that require new methodologies and are becoming an integral part of the educational process, introducing certain features into it, which have made pedagogical Technologies a clear reality. Pedagogical technologist ranks with other technologies in terms of Essence and attention, since they, among others, have their own private sphere, methods and tools. However, pedagogical technology is distinguished from production and Informational Technologies by the fact that it represents a complex and not all-comprehensible pedagogical process as an area of knowledge related to human consciousness. Its peculiarity is that it embodies the components of upbringing. Pedagogical technologist is continuously enriched with technological processes in other areas and takes up new opportunities to influence the traditional educational process, its effectiveness. The technologization of the educational process is a historical reality and process. Informatization is a revolutionary turn in the process and its important stage. In the educational system, in simple language, information technology is communication between a "student or student – computer". Informational technology is a component of pedagogical technology, which began to be used as a sophisticated type of technical means in the educational process. Information technology has also existed at various stages of human development. A distinctive feature of the now informed society is that " for the first time in the history of civilization, the effort spent on the achievement and production of knowledge has exceeded the expenditure on energy, raw materials, materials and material consumer items, which means that information technology occupies a leading place among all existing technologies, in particular, new ones. The application of pedagogical technologists in the educational process first of all requires the development and democratization of pedagogical relations, since any pedagogical technology applied without their implementation does not give the expected effect. Pedagogical technology on the basis of the development and democratization of pedagogical relations is in contrast to authoritarian technology, creating a favorable social and psychological environment for the education, creativity and self-development of the individual by cooperation, care, respect and respect for the personality of the educated in the pedagogical process. In this process, the student is considered the subject of his educational activities and, in cooperation with the educator, solves the tasks of the subject of the unified educational process - Education.
