On the basis of modern axiological approaches, the technology of developing moral attitudes in students plays a significant role in accelerating the development of our national culture and society, in morally and morally educating and perfecting a person. The spiritual growth, moral, ideological and political maturity of a person in our society is inextricably linked with the processes of national awakening that are being carried out in our country. The spiritual and moral perfection of a person is extremely wide, multifaceted, deep in terms of content and essence, and includes many areas. Among them, the central place is occupied by the issue of worldview. The analysis of scientific works on the topic showed that in these works, the design of educational tasks aimed at the effective organization of spiritual and educational activities, the development of a system of social projects that allow the application of spiritual and moral knowledge in various educational situations, the lack of special research on the development of students' moral attitude based on axiological approaches determined the need to conduct scientific research in this direction. The high culture and scientific discoveries created by our great ancestors are the highest value of our society - they are of great importance in the formation and development of a person's worldview. It is known that worldview is a set of scientific, philosophical, political, legal, ethical, aesthetic, religious, etc. views and imaginations of people about the world and its changes and development. So, a worldview is a unified, generalized set of knowledge about the world. The more information and knowledge people have about the things and events around them, the more perfect and detailed their worldview will be. Scientific-philosophical outlook plays a major role in human activity. Its unique feature is that it provides people with comprehensive information about nature, society, and the general laws of development of human thinking. At the same time, he emphasizes that it is possible to know the material world that surrounds a person, that matter is constantly moving and developing. On the basis of the philosophical outlook, people deeply understand that all things and events, processes in the objective world have an internal, necessary and important relationship with other things, influence and counter-influence. Literature analysis and Methodology The scientific-philosophical heritage created by the thinkers of Central Asia is an inexhaustible 139 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us treasure of wealth in forming people's worldview, creating ideas about nature, society, human origin and development. Its efficient and effective use is an urgent task facing our independent society at the moment. Along with the holistic reflection of things and events in the human mind, the philosophical worldview forms the culture of thinking, the inner spiritual world of people, and helps them to reach spiritual perfection. Philosophical worldview embodies noble qualities, moral norms and values, such as honesty, purity, humanity, patriotism, characteristic of people. Based on the philosophical worldview, people are convinced of the organic unity of society with nature, the common fate of man and mankind, the diversity and unity of cultures of different peoples. Due to the revival of our national heritage, values, and growing awareness of national identity, important positive changes are taking place in people's minds and thinking. Since the 80s of the 20th century, pedagogical axiology has become a field of research as a philosophy of education. However, some problems in the life of the society today show that there is insufficient research on the formation of moral relations and upbringing of young people based on the harmonization of national and universal values. Spiritual upbringing of students on the basis of universal and national values is one of the urgent issues facing educational institutions today. In this sense, O. Musurmonova's research is very noteworthy. “In our opinion, the inner spiritual world of a person consists of a system of basic signs such as spiritual need, spiritual interest, spiritual activity and spiritual value,” says O.Musurmonova. Education and development of personal spirituality, formation and development of moral relations, first of all, begins with the family and is continued at school. The changes in the spiritual and educational processes are absorbed into the hearts and minds of our people, and they are cultivating in them confidence in the future, their own strength, their own potential, love for the Motherland, and freedom. Only independence allowed our people to feel free in their homeland, to think freely, to think independently, which is the main force in the development of reforms in a wide range of political, social, spiritual and educational spheres. is serving. Consequently, our people received relevant moral lessons in economic, political, ideological, socially oriented market economy and other areas during the reforms. In fact, only a spiritually free and free people can achieve great achievements in every field due to deep and perfect thinking. Certain successes achieved in the process of reforms are due to freedom of thought and spirituality, celebration of freedom.
