The rapid evolution of technology has significantly reshaped the professional landscape, necessitating the preparation of future generations for emerging career opportunities. This study explores the role of modern professions, particularly in the fields of information technology, marketing, and design, in shaping the aspirations of youth. Despite the growing availability of online education and government-supported programs, a knowledge gap persists in effectively integrating these opportunities into national educational frameworks. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes existing initiatives, including online courses and government-backed projects, to assess their impact on students’ career readiness. Findings indicate that while digital skills, such as programming and social media marketing, are in high demand, a significant portion of young people remains disengaged from these opportunities. Moreover, the increasing automation of traditional jobs highlights the necessity of adaptability and continuous skill development. Key words: technology, knowledge, future generation, implementation, internet. Itruduction Nowadays online and offline learning systems are developing via the Internet. Currently, one of the pressing issues remains the study of methods aimed at improving the quality of education that have justified themselves in the international arena and the implementation of research on their adaptation to the national of educational system. In grades 9-11, we practice various programs such as excel, power point. This will help students prepare for higher education. Today, many programs and projects are being implemented in Uzbekistan. It aimed at organizing meaningful and profitable leisure activities for young people. However, young people face many problems using the Internet. Our duty is to direct them in the right direction and create the basis for acquiring relevant professions in the world. In recent years, a number of projects for the development of information technologies have been organized in our country. For 9 months, this project was able to attract thousands of young Uzbeks. However, it should be noted that a certain part of young people is interested in such projects. Basically, the project holds free online courses in four areas. Online courses are organized with the support of the Government of the United Arab Emirates, the Ministry for the development of information technologies and communications of Uzbekistan, Inha University in Tashkent and the IT Academy. It-park can receive education. Methodology The methodology for this study employs a qualitative research approach to analyze the impact of modern professions on youth career development in Uzbekistan. Data was collected through an extensive review of existing government initiatives, educational programs, and online learning platforms that aim to equip young individuals with the necessary skills for future job markets. The study also examined the integration of digital education tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, in 423 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us secondary school curricula to assess their effectiveness in preparing students for higher education and professional careers. Additionally, insights from national and international educational policies were evaluated to understand the challenges faced by young people in adapting to evolving labor market demands. To further enrich the study, reports from government-backed projects, including free online courses supported by the UAE and Uzbekistan's Ministry for IT Development, were analyzed to determine their reach and effectiveness. Special attention was given to professions such as programming, social media marketing, video editing, artificial intelligence, and design, as these fields have shown increasing demand in the digital economy. The methodology also considers the potential effects of automation on traditional jobs and the necessity of continuous skills upgrading. The analysis was conducted through content evaluation of relevant literature and policy documents to identify gaps in career guidance and professional development for youth. The study’s findings aim to provide insights into how structured career education and improved accessibility to digital training can better prepare young people for the future workforce. Results and Discussion First of all, today programming attracts many customers. The program is an educational platform for conducting mass opening online courses and is implemented in Uzbek. By their specialty, programmers are divided into dozens of areas. Another modern profession is accounting. Industry accounting that helps investors, management and government representatives provide quantitative financial information necessary to track income and expenses, ensure their compliance with the law. In addition, bookkeeping ensures that the company's financial information is recorded regularly. We are not mistaken when we talk about the field of marketing. Marketing is one of the areas that does not lose its significance in future. This is due to the fact that companies are constantly striving to further develop and achieve better results. SMM - social specialists media marketing; specialists in marketing and brand promotion on social networks, especially among young people, are in great demand. Video editing masters; video content creation and editing professionals have an important place in popularizing content, especially on online platforms. Trader is a specialist in working with financial markets and investing. Copywriter - is a specialist in writing advertising and marketing materials. Artificial intelligence specialists; specialists in artificial intelligence and machine learning, especially in demand in the field of technology and science. Another area that has peaked in the world's most developing countries is the design area. Designer is a general concept given to professionals who make drawings or layouts that plan the shape or structure of an object before it is made. Any person who creates tangible or intangible objects, products, games, graphics is called a designer. There are various types of design: 1. Animation 2. Architecture 3. Engineers-designers 4. Fashion designer 5. Graphic designer 6. Interior design and several designs include: For large projects in industry, the design team usually consists of different designers and specialists, depending on the research carried out during the production process or the development of an idea, but usually they enable each team member to participate in the creation process. A major part of a designer's job is to get to know the audience they want to serve. Teaching designers or programs and theories vary by school and field of study. You can become an experienced master designer and high salary holder. With the development of technology, some professions may disappear or fall. 424 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us For example, automated systems can eliminate the requirements for taxi drivers and multiple routes. At the same time, new professions may appear and new forms of existing professions may develop. Therefore, it is important to follow the news about modern professions and update your skills. Each area reflects its own difficulties. The main thing is not to give up. No profession or field can be mastered easily.
