Introduction The development and stability of any society are closely linked to its national values and spiritual foundations. National values encompass traditions, customs, moral principles, and cultural heritage passed down from generation to generation, playing a crucial role in strengthening the moral foundation of society. Spirituality, on the other hand, enriches an individual’s inner world, regulates social interactions, and shapes ethical norms within the community. In today’s era of globalization, the preservation of national values and their integration into modern life has become an urgent issue. Looking at the example of Uzbekistan, significant attention has been given to restoring and strengthening national values during the years of independence. Through state policy and the education system, efforts are being made to instill spirituality and national values in the younger generation and adapt them to new socio-cultural realities. However, technological advancements, the expansion of the information space, and the influence of globalization have led to the weakening of certain values. This highlights the need to develop a strategy for sustaining national identity while 233 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us ensuring progressive development. The Impact Of National Values On Social Development In the diagram, the impact of national values across various sectors is clearly illustrated. The highest result is noted in moral education, indicating the crucial role that national values play in shaping individual character. Their role in the education system is also significant, underscoring the strategic importance of educational institutions in transmitting these values to the younger generation. Statistical analysis shows that, although there is a possibility of national values weakening in the face of globalization, the need to preserve and develop them within society remains high. This further confirms the necessity of promoting national values through state policy and the education system. Discussion The findings of this study align with previous research on the role of national values and spirituality in social development. Earlier studies have highlighted the significance of national values in personal upbringing and strengthening social cohesion. For instance, several studies have emphasized the importance of integrating national values into the education system to instill them in younger generations, and this research confirms the relevance of such processes. Additionally, previous research on the impact of globalization has suggested that certain aspects of national values may conflict with modern trends. This study also confirms such influences and stresses the necessity of developing strategies to preserve and adapt national values to contemporary society. Regarding the significance of the results, this study validates that national values not only contribute to social stability but also play a direct role in shaping individual identity. It has been proven that national values play a leading role in moral education and fostering national consciousness. Furthermore, the research has highlighted the role of the education system in preserving and promoting national values. Therefore, the findings indicate the need to enhance national education strategies, support national values through state policies, and implement practical measures to protect cultural heritage. At the same time, this study has certain limitations. It is primarily based on theoretical analyses, with empirical data not being extensively examined. Due to the limited participation of respondents, the results have been generalized across various social groups. Future research should incorporate broader sociological surveys, interviews, and experimental methods to gain a deeper understanding of the real-life impact of national values. In particular, it is crucial to analyze how different age groups perceive national values, how they integrate with modern life, and how younger generations view these values. Overall, this study has provided an in-depth analysis of the contribution of national values to social development, demonstrating the necessity of a comprehensive approach at the levels of education, culture, and state policy to ensure their preservation and growth. Moving forward, further research in this direction is essential to solidify the place of national values in contemporary society and to develop scientifically grounded recommendations for their effective utilization. 235 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Conclusion This study aims to determine the role of national values and spirituality in social development. Its findings highlight the importance of preserving national heritage, promoting values in the education system, and ensuring their stability in the context of globalization. The research has proven that national values are among the key factors in shaping moral upbringing, strengthening social cohesion, and fostering national identity. Moreover, the role of national values in the education system is significant, as their transmission to younger generations positively impacts social stability. Although globalization may lead to the weakening of certain values, the study reveals that they can be preserved by integrating them into modern society. From a practical perspective, the research results underscore the crucial role of education, culture, and state policy in promoting national values. To instill national values in the younger generation, it is necessary to expand special programs in the education system, enhance awareness efforts related to national heritage, and utilize modern technologies to disseminate values to a wider audience. Furthermore, the state should develop legislative measures to protect cultural heritage and ensure the preservation of national values in alignment with contemporary trends. From a theoretical standpoint, the study analyzes the impact of national values on social progress through philosophical and sociological approaches, offering key strategies for their preservation and development. Several important directions are recommended for future research. First, a deeper study should be conducted on the impact of national values on different age groups and how well they align with the worldview of modern youth through empirical research. Second, it is essential to examine how national values are evolving amid globalization and technological advancements and to develop strategies for their integration into modern society. Third, additional sociological and statistical studies should be carried out to assess the influence of state policy and the education system in preserving and promoting national values across different regions. In general, national values are among the fundamental pillars of social progress, and their preservation and development are of strategic importance to any country. The research findings indicate that national values are essential tools for building a stable society, preserving cultural heritage, and passing spiritual wealth on to future generations. Therefore, supporting them through education, state policy, and culture will contribute to strengthening the moral and ethical upbringing of future generations. Reference 1. K.
