This article talks about the methodology of foreign language teaching, the history of its development as a science, the types of modern methods used in the methodology of foreign language teaching and their use. In addition, the training of specialists who can perfectly learn foreign languages and can speak fluently in the foreign language they are learning, the training of personnel who meet the requirements of entering into the culture of the peoples of the world by learning foreign languages is the goal of the educational reform in our country and one of the tasks. Key words: methodology, innovation, foreign language, communication, skills, competence, didactics, intercultural communication. Introduction Praise be to Allah who commanded justice and charity and forbade prostitution and tyranny, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the Messengers, our master Muhammad, and on all his family and companions. And yet, The Qaruniya phenomenon is one of the social and economic phenomena that have been associated with financial tyranny and superiority over wealth without taking into account moral and human values. This term is derived from the story of Qarun, the historical figure mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, who embodies the model of man who was enriched by his money and thought that he was the source of his strength and happiness, ignoring the rights of others and transgressing the limits of justice and fairness. Relevance of the topic: The story of Qarun is of great importance because of its lessons and lessons related to the reality of wealth and power, their impact on man, and the consequences of ingratitude and tyranny. Research Objective This research aims to clarify the concept of the Qarounian phenomenon in terms of language and terminology, and link it to the Qur'anic story of Qarun. The phenomenon is the protruding eye1", and the apparent "the one who appears to you".2 And he appeared: "Zaa, distraction and backwards are one true origin that indicates strength and prominence. From that the thing appears, it appears, it is apparent, if it is exposed and emerges."3 So we can define the phenomenon of language: as the clarity and statement of something. Second: Definition of the phenomenon idiomatically When we say that a thing appeared, that is, it appeared after concealment, and it appeared on it, and it appeared on the wall, and it was said that the lamb appeared when it was found that it existed4. The term phenomenon is a fact or event that can be seen or perceived, as the phenomenon refers to a rare event or an amazing fact, and is said to denote an unusual and abnormal person, thing or incident5. So a phenomenon refers to an event that settles in special circumstances so that it can be studied, analyzed and explained. The link between the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of the phenomenon The link between the meaning of the phenomenon in language and terminology is that the phenomenon is something that was non-existent or not apparent and has appeared for some reason, and became apparent to everyone or to those who see it. Definition of Qaronia linguistically and idiomatically First: Definition of Qaronia Language:- Qaruniyah is taken from the name (Qarun): The name Qarun is not from the material (Qarn) as mentioned by some;6 Therefore, (Qarun): "The name of an Arabized origin in Hebrew (7) (sores) by including the saturated qaf and opening the raa, occurred in his Arabization change his letters to mitigate, and his weight was conducted on the customary Arabic weights such as Talut, Goliath, his letters are not derived from the material of a century" (8). Second: Definition of Qaronia idiomatically I did not find a clear definition of it in the term; it may be because it is a newly emerging term, so through my study, research and gathering ideas on the subject can be defined: It is a name given to every person who has been characterized by one or more of the characteristics of Qarun and is said to be Qaruni or infected with Qarun, in relation to Qarun, whose story is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. The link between the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of Qaruniyah The meaning is close and the two have been deduced from the name Qarun. Linguistically, the term is attributed to Qarun as a historical figure known for his extreme wealth and arrogance, while it refers to the phenomenon of wealth and tyranny without taking into account moral and social values. It is clear from this research that Qaronia is not just a historical concept, but a continuous phenomenon embodied in different eras, where money becomes a means of superiority and tyranny, rather than a blessing used for good. Therefore, confronting this phenomenon requires raising awareness of its dangers and promoting values that call for humility and justice in dealing with money and wealth.
