Introduction: The primary criterion of New Uzbekistan’s development is the value of the individual, the protection of their interests and freedoms, and especially the consistent implementation of state policies aimed at increasing women's social engagement. Ensuring gender equality is not only a measure of social justice but has also become a critical factor for the sustainable development of a democratic society. Today, women's participation in social, political, and economic life is more active than ever, and their ability to consciously determine their life strategies is expanding. This trend marks a new stage in the socio-economic development of New Uzbekistan. Methodology: This article aims to scientifically analyze the process of forming women's life strategies and ensuring gender equality. The main methods include: Comparative analysis- to identify parallels between Uzbekistan's policies and those of other countries; Systematic approach-to study legal, social, economic, and cultural factors in an interrelated manner; Content analysis- to analyze strategic documents, legislative acts, and mass media materials; Gender statistics-to interpret data from the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan and international organizations. The article is based on four main sources: national strategies, scientific publications, international documents, and statistical data. Results: Research shows that women's life strategies in New Uzbekistan are being formed through several key directions: Strengthening the legal framework: Considerable efforts are being made to support women comprehensively and achieve gender equality. The issue of gender equality has been elevated to the level of state policy, with 25 relevant legislative acts adopted. A Commission on Gender Equality Issues and a Committee on Women and Gender Equality under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan were established. For the first time in Uzbekistan’s history, the number of women in parliament reached levels recommended by the UN—approximately 32%, placing the country 37th among 190 parliaments worldwide. 212 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Women now constitute 27% of management positions, 44% in political parties, 40% in higher education, and 35% in entrepreneurship. To support women socio-economically and work with them on a targeted basis, the “Women's Register” system was introduced. Annually, 300 billion soums are allocated from the state budget for this purpose[1,p.76]. Opportunities in education: The number of female students studying in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields increases annually. This, in turn, enables greater involvement of women in scientific and innovative activities. [2, p.1] Digital economy and technological inclusion: Digital transformation is opening new labor markets for women. Through online work, distance education, and use of e-services, women are expanding their areas of activity. Shifts in socio-cultural consciousness: Traditional stereotypes regarding women are gradually changing, and there is a growing tendency to reassess women’s leadership qualities and social roles. Active participation of women: The proportion of women among members of parliament is increasing. Their participation in science, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and social projects is also becoming more prominent. In the field of science and scientific activity: Freedom of scientific creativity and access to information; Efficiency and creative competition; Encouragement and motivation; Objectivity of scientific expertise. Key directions in the field of science and scientific activity include: Enhancing national economic competitiveness and efficiency through the development of science and research; Defining priority areas for the development of science and technology and directing resources accordingly; Developing national scientific programs and supporting well-founded initiatives and projects; Supporting public-private partnerships in science; Creating an attractive environment for science, engaging youth in research, and preparing young talents; Protecting intellectual property rights; Rationally increasing funding for science and research; Ensuring the integration of science, education, and industry and increasing interest in these areas; Promoting integration of science with the information space; Expanding international cooperation in science and research. Attracting talented women and girls to science and research is emphasized through the following strategies: Developing relevant state programs; Identifying, selecting, and nurturing talents in educational institutions; Establishing specialized schools, boarding schools, special classes, centers, and training courses; Focusing on the practical application of acquired knowledge in daily and professional life; Organizing competitions among students and providing incentives; 213 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us Supporting study at master’s and doctoral levels, professional development, and internships, including in leading foreign scientific institutions and educational establishments. [4, p.117] Discussion Based on the analysis, the following strategic directions are proposed: Mainstreaming gender budgeting: This ensures that state resources are distributed equitably for the benefit of both women and men. Developing leadership potential: Organizing special training programs and mentoring systems to strengthen women’s participation in strategic decision-making. Promoting entry into technological fields: Encouraging girls to study STEM subjects from school, and supporting them through scholarships and preferential programs. Comprehensive support for rural women: Expanding access to credit, vocational training, and employment opportunities for mothers with many children. [3] Strengthening psychological and social support systems: Providing systemic assistance to women affected by violence, inequality, or social pressure. Launching social innovations for women: Women should not only be protected members of society but also initiators of innovative solutions and ideas. Conclusion New Uzbekistan is becoming a land of unprecedented opportunities for shaping women's life strategies. Gender equality has now become not only an issue of social justice but also a strategic factor in national development. Women's participation in sustainable development processes, their role in the digital economy, and their proactive promotion of social innovations demonstrate that they are becoming strategic actors. With the consistency of state policy and the transformation of societal consciousness, women’s life strategies will continue to develop and improve. References: 1. Karimova, N. (2021).
