The acquisition of pedagogical skills by young teachers, as well as teachers with several years of work experience in an educational institution, develops due to the observance of a number of conditions for their professional improvement. They can be further developed based on the following tools: 1. Independent reading and learning (new literature, Internet materials, portal systems, information published on the pages of the press, as well as advanced technologies, generalizing the ideas put forward in them, and preparing independent projects based on conclusions). 2. Studying the activities of experienced teachers (organized without leaving the educational institution, it is considered effective in terms of time and economy. Possession of pedagogical skills is not only a guarantee of ensuring the effectiveness of education, but also increases the authority of teachers in the community and social environment, and creates respect for them among students. Organizing practical actions to improve professional skills creates the opportunity to be free from mistakes made or being made in pedagogical activities, to achieve success in relations with students, colleagues and parents. Currently, intensive work is being carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan to systematically improve the professional skills, knowledge and skills of young teachers. In particular, within the framework of the “Education Sector Development Program” project, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan and the Asian Development Bank, “educational resource” centers for distance learning have been established in the regions of the Republic. As a result of this activity, young teachers have the opportunity to improve their professional skills in foreign countries. The "Republican Association of Young Teachers" began its activities in 2009 in order to attract young teachers to schools, provide them with comprehensive practical assistance, and promote the introduction of advanced and modern technologies into the educational process. After gaining independence, on the initiative of our President I.A. Karimov, October 1 - Teachers' and Mentors' Day - is widely celebrated as a national holiday. In our country, the Republican competition "Best Pedagogue of the Year" has been traditionally held. Identifying and encouraging progressive and enterprising teachers among the teaching staff working in secondary schools instills respect and admiration for their profession in young teachers. Since 2006, the "Best Science Teacher of the Year" competition has been held. The "School of the Year" - Republican competition creates conditions for teachers to promote the achievements achieved in an educational institution on a team basis. Also, during the years of independence, 3,425 teachers and mentors in the republic's public education system were awarded various state awards and titles for their outstanding achievements in pedagogical activities and selfless work. For their tireless efforts in educating and training the young generation, six teachers were awarded the title of "Hero of Uzbekistan", 302 were awarded the honorary titles of "People's Teacher of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and 319 were awarded the honorary titles of "Distinguished Public Education Worker of Uzbekistan", 101 were awarded the Order of "Earth-Honor", 21 were awarded the Order of "For Selfless Service", and 1,229 were awarded the Medal of "Glory". The national model, which is especially emphasized in the "National Program for Personnel Training", is a model that fully reflects the image of a cadre (specialist) trained taking into account the national and territorial characteristics of the Republic of Uzbekistan and based on the achievements of advanced science, technology and engineering. The role of teaching staff in the implementation of the ideas of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the "National Program for Personnel Training" is invaluable. Only a highly experienced 21st century teacher can fulfill the task of educating and raising a child of the 21st century, raising them to the level of a well-rounded person and a mature qualified specialist. 302 AMERICAN Journal of Language, Literacy and Learning in STEM Education www. grnjournal.us This goal is achieved through the regular fulfillment of the following tasks by future teachers: 1.
