INTRODUCTION

Terminology issues have always been one of the

pressing issues of linguistics. Because the definition of

the role and function of terms in the lexical layers of

fields allows to correctly understand the meaning and

essence of the concept. The intense globalisation

process taking place all over the world has not been

bypassing the field of terminology. At the present time,

it is necessary to recognize the fact that the study of

terminological problems is being paid attention and

that terminology develops as an independent direction

and serves the coverage of research on national

terminology and terminology. During the period of

reforms and changes taking place in our country, the

regulation of industrial terms during the information

exchange is one of the topical issues of today's science.

THE MAIN OF THE RESULTS

Although in Uzbek linguistics a number of studies and

scientific researches have been carried out related to

the problems of terminology, terminology,

terminology, general and private terminology, the

process of regulation of terms, the lexicographic

interpretation of philosophical terms in Uzbek

explanatory dictionaries is one of the problems waiting

for its solution. Currently, terminology serves as a

means of developing scientific and technical

processes. Therefore, without knowing, studying,

determining the ways of formation and development

of terminological systems, it will be difficult to

correctly understand and distinguish the laws of

development of the language. Despite several

scientific studies conducted in the field of terminology

in World linguistics, the definition and description of

terminology remains one of the most important

pressing problems.

He knows that the connection of language with society

manifests itself in his lexicon. Scientific and technical

progress, which takes place in the life of society, is

expressed in the lexicon and terminology of the

language.Terms are words or combinations of words,

which include a scientific and technical process and

knowledge of certain fields of science. No science field

can exist without Terms. Naming and describing

scientific concepts is of particular importance in

various fields of science. Each field of science has its

own terminological system and acts on their basis.

Terminology schools, which work in the world

linguistics, in particular, Vienna terminology school in

Austria, Russian terminology school, Czechoslovakia's

Prague terminology school, etc., occupy an important

place in the life of society, in every field of Science[1].

In Uzbek linguistics, important features and theoretical

issues of terminology, terminology began to be studied

at the beginning of the XX century. In the development

of the terminology of the Uzbek language S.Ibrahimov

and U.Tursunov's services are large[2]. The study of

modern terminology systems of the Uzbek language

significantly increased after the Second World War.

Also many the publication of candidate dissertations,

monographs, brochures, articles put the agenda of

how relevant the issues of terminology are[3]. It is

known that any change in society is reflected in the

language. Radical deviations in the society directly

create the ground for language updates, through

which science fiction, technical progress and

achievement cross-reference the research of terms to

the front of linguistics important issues. Therefore, the

definition and clarification of the term remains one of

the most important problems of the world and Uzbek

linguists in the center of attention. The concept of

terminology is interpreted differently by scientists of

different linguists.

Terminology is formed on the basis of the lexicon of a

particular language and serves for the enrichment of

this language. The lexicon of terms as an integral part

of the universal language develops along with it,

experiencing all the processes in the development of

society and language. The richness of terminology is

associated with the development of society and

language, mainly on the account of making internal

vocabulary and obtaining Vocabulary from other

languages. Terminology is a special branch of

linguistics that studies terms. Any changes that occur

in society over the years, evolutions, innovations in the

field of discovery, development and science are

expressed in certain terms, as a result of which the

terminological base of the language becomes richer

and more developed. In other words, the entry and

stagnation of all phenomena into a special expressive

form in linguistic consciousness leads to the

emergence of terminology in the language[4].

In linguistics, the term is interpreted differently.

O.Akhmanova notes that terminology arises only when

a certain science has reached a higher level of its

development, that is, the term is recognized after a

certain concept acquires a certain scientific expression.

An important tool for distinguishing the term from a

notermin is the impossibility of describing it on a

scientific basis. So the main factor that determines the

stability of the terminological system of this or that

sphere is its regularity and regularity. Linguist scientist

G.O.Vinokur describes the term as follows: quot; the

term is not some kind of separate words, but words

with a special function. The terminological function of

such words is a phrase from Atash quot; [5]. N.A.

Baskakov said that “the term is a combination of words

or phrases that correspond exactly to the concept

provided, have a stable meaning and interact with

other terms within the framework of terminology and

are characterized by a harmonized application in the

same terminology”[6].

B.Golovin notes that “the term is a combination of a

separately derived word or noun with management,

representing a professional concept and satisfying the

needs of sectoral communication within a certain

profession (Science, Technology, Production,

Management)”[7].

“The term is a word or combination used in the

process of knowledge and mastering from the point of

view of a certain profession of certain subjects and

their relations, which express and formulate a

professional understanding,” noted Sh. Kucimov[8]. In

this regard, it should be noted that the terminological

system of the language is characterized by its sectoral

originality. According to T.Q. Valiyev, terminology is a

scientific and technical process, specialized units

reflecting knowledge in various fields of science[4].

According to S. Usmonov, one meaningful word and

combination, denoting the exact name of concepts

related to science, technology, agriculture and art, is

called terminology[9].

X. Pricodjayeva shows the following features specific

to the term:

1) The term is a linguistic unit, word or combination

belonging to the language of production, science

and technology, which is a special type of task of

the universal language;

2) Terminology-the exact thing-the predicate, the

predicate, mavhum is a specialized name of

concepts;

3) Terminology – for a specific definition (definition)

it is necessary, with its help to more accurately

represent the content of the relevant concept, it is

possible to clearly indicate distinctive signs,

allowing to distinguish one concept from another,

placing a certain concept on a specific classification

line in the same neighborhood[10]. It should be

noted that the terminological system of the

language is characterized by its sectoral originality.

From the above points of view, it is understood

that the terms are a word or a combination of

stagnant, which means special scientific concepts,

in some there are opinions about the expression of

a single concept. Hence, those who insist on

different positions and interpret the concept and

characteristics of terminology and terminology.

The globalisation process that is going on all over the

world is not going to affect the language itself. This in

turn manifests itself in the same language lexical. The

globalisation period is necessary to regulate the Uzbek

terminology. In the terminological system of the world,

philosophical terms occupy a special place. In

explanatory dictionaries, we can observe a lot of

confusion about the issuance of philosophical terms. In

the assignment of philosophical terms, a strict and

clear order is placed.

For example, some [yun.basis-basis] 1iqt.Basis, basis.q.

base 1,2.

2. fls.ikt. The sum of the production relations that arise

at a certain historical stage of the development of

society. The basis is the economic system at a certain

stage of the development of society. "From Gazeta".

3. geod.estr. The main line, which is very accurately

measured from a certain place on the Earth's surface.

The cross section of a straight line connecting the two

points to which the body is observed is called the

base." Astronomy" [11].

CONCLUSION

In conclude, from this it can be seen that the term

bazis is given together with economic and

philosophical syllables, and the interpretation of the

meaning of the philosophical terminology has not been

opened. In linguistics, the question of the creation,

regulation, linguistic and lexicographic interpretation

of a system of philosophical terms has become the

focus of terminologists. Determining the position of

terms in the lexical system of language is one of the

pressing problems.
