Introduction The way our country has traveled in recent years proves that our people are capable of great creative works. In fact, it can be said with full confidence that today the reform of the education system requires the introduction of innovative technologies in the field. How urgent this issue is is confirmed by the following comments of the President Sh.M. Mirziyoev: "We consider it our first priority task to improve the activities of all links of the education and training system based on the requirements of today's time." The role of innovative technologies in providing modern knowledge to young people in the educational system is incomparable. The use of advanced pedagogical technologies and modern methods in the course of the lesson increases the quality and efficiency of education and serves to train competitive personnel. Each lesson, educational subject has its own technology. As long as the goal of the teacher and the student is to achieve a positive result, it is up to them what technology to use in the lesson. Depending on the teacher's skills, working with a computer, film, handouts, posters, information technology, various literature, well-designed interactive methods can be used. The goal is to obtain the highest possible result from the spent money and effort in the application of innovations in the educational system or educational activities. The following are the main manifestations of innovation: - new ideas; - specific goals aimed at changing the system or direction of activity; - unconventional approaches; - unusual initiatives; - advanced working methods. Basic part: Educational innovations are forms, methods and technologies used in the field of education or in the educational process to solve existing problems based on a new approach and guarantee a more effective result than before. Educational innovations are divided into several types. 23 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us They are: 1. According to the field of activity: innovations used in the pedagogical process or in the management of the educational system. 2. According to the description of introduced changes: radical, modified and combined innovations. 3. According to the scale of changes: network (local), module and system innovations. 4. According to the source of origin: innovations directly created or mastered by the team. Innovation differs from any innovation in that it must have a changeable mechanism that allows for management and control. Educational innovations lead to the following changes: - a fundamental change of the pedagogical system; - change of the educational process; - change of pedagogical theory; - change of the teacher's activity; - update of student activity; - change of pedagogical technology; - update of educational content; - change of teaching forms, methods and tools; - change of educational system management; - changes in educational goals and outcomes. Innovative activity is an activity aimed at solving complex problems that arise as a result of new social requirements not conforming to traditional norms or new ideas that are forming as a result of negation of existing ideas. Innovative activity consists of creating a new technological process or a new improved product based on scientific research, creating developments, conducting experimental work, using scientific and technical achievements. Today, it is important for pedagogues to have innovative skills and qualifications. In order for pedagogues to master the skills and competencies of innovative activity, it is necessary for them to have an innovative approach. By its essence, innovative activity by pedagogues takes place on the basis of the acquisition of skills and competences, based on their decision to adopt an innovative approach. The adoption of an innovative approach by pedagogues is also a complex process that takes place in several stages: 1st stage: ready methodological recommendations (existing innovations) are used. Stage 2: introduces new ideas, methods into the existing system. Step 3: systematizes the content, form and methods of implementing a new idea. Stage 4: the pedagogue creates his own concept or methodology of teaching and training. Today, new approaches to the management of the teaching process are clearly visible in the adoption and application of organizational innovations: - division of labor of teachers (separation of course content developers, specialists in teaching methodology, specialists monitoring the progress of the educational process according to their work and tasks); - grouping of teachers, information technology specialists and organizers of the educational process, creating a group of people who will develop and present distance learning courses. Conclusion It can be seen from the above that as a result of the use of innovations in the educational process, as a result of the use of modern information and telecommunication technologies, significant changes will occur in the activity of the teacher, the role and role of the teacher, and the main tasks. These changes are characteristic of modern education. The development of education on the basis of modern information technologies, the widespread use of educational technologies in practice does not lead to a decrease in the work of teachers, on the contrary, it increases their responsibility. They have an impact on the nature of the teacher's activity and thus on the development of the entire pedagogical system. Innovation, an important link in large-scale reforms, is showing its advantages in the education system today, as in every field.
