In Uzbekistan, on the basis of the "Every family is an entrepreneur" program, microloans are allocated by commercial banks to small business and private entrepreneurship and family entrepreneurship in order to develop household and other types of work among women who are not competitive in regional labor markets. Such microloans are mainly allocated to women in difficult life situations, members of low-income families, and other socially needy groups of the population in an amount not exceeding 100 times the minimum wage without collateral. Also, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan ensures the allocation of grants from the Employment Assistance Fund to vocational training institutions to finance the costs of retraining unemployed women living in low-income families registered in employment assistance centers. "Business woman" association was established by businesswomen of Uzbekistan.
