Because today, controversial education is one of the most important forms of educational activity, and it helps to increase students' initiative and develop critical thinking. In today's developing and increasingly advanced age, abandoning the same lessons, which are boring for teachers and students, instead using technologists, conducting class activities using electronic tools increases students' interest in science. This not only forms a scientific worldview in students, but also develops such qualities as activity, thirst for knowledge, quick thinking, and responsiveness in students. At a time when our country is rapidly developing on the path of innovative development, comprehensive support for the creative ideas and creativity of young people who are the successors of our future, the formation of their knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as advanced foreign experiences, an international standard and improving the assessment system based on requirements, studying international experiences, comprehensive comparative analysis of the existing system, close cooperation with relevant international and foreign organizations and scientific research institutions is important. For any educational process to be effective, it should match the interests and needs of the learner. This is typical for learners of all ages, and it is especially important for children of primary school age. For this reason, it is a difficult task to prepare elementary school students for various life situations based on creative approaches. It is worth noting that "the improvement of the content of textbooks is carried out on the basis of determining the content, flow and volume of information involved in the setting and solution of the problem in science". Currently, in order to correct existing errors and deficiencies in textbooks for general secondary schools, the Republican Education CenterTelegram bot channel "Invitation to textbooks - 2020" has been established, and more than 8 thousand offers have been received. About 1,600 suggestions have been identified by experts as appropriate and these suggestions are taken into account in the process of preparing the textbooks for publication on a periodic basis. Of course, as a result of such works, the quality and content of textbooks will be improved. The main document that regulates the teacher's work from a methodological point of view is undoubtedly the National Curriculum, which will have a new version starting from 2022. In the national curriculum, the development of students' ability to think independently, solve problems and creative tasks is declared as an important educational outcome, which is impossible without developing creativity and forming critical thinking. These competencies are high-level skills and encourage the strengthening of the country's analytical capacity. However, they have not been officially evaluated. In public school practice, there are no such redagogical 199 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us technologies and evaluation tools that allow for the formation and evaluation of these concepts within the framework of a traditional lesson and in relation to the content of a certain subject. In the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" adopted on September 23, 2020, primary education is aimed at forming the foundations of literacy, knowledge and skills necessary for general secondary education. Currently, on the basis of advanced foreign experiences, elementary school textbooks have been newly prepared on the basis of the "4K" model and implemented in the educational system. So what is the "4K" model? The "4K" model is a modern approach to education, and with this new experience, students' critical thinking and the ability to freely express their opinions are more important. This methodology is aimed at the comprehensive development of students and includes the following four main competencies:  Collaboration - developing the ability to work in a team. Based on this skill, students learn to collaborate, communicate effectively, and support each other.  social interaction, that is, discussing common goals, conducting negotiations, coordinating one's actions with the actions of other people;  develop leadership skills and the ability to form one's own team to implement one's own plans and ideas;  Communicativeness - this skill is aimed at developing students' ability to communicate with others. Pupils learn to express their thoughts clearly and clearly, to listen and understand, to effectively use language tools in providing information.  the ability to be calm in communication and to organize communication, to ask questions and to be ready to answer them.  the ability to adapt to the purpose and content of communication, as well as to the interlocutor;  the ability to use verbal and non-verbal means to achieve communicative goals;  understanding of various situations in the communication process and increasing the level of trust;  Creative thinking - through creative thinking, students develop the ability to innovate. They learn to use new approaches to achieve their goals, find innovative solutions, and gain creative problem-solving skills.  curiosity - the ability to be interested in the surrounding world and to learn more about it, to determine cause-and-effect relationships between world objects, to search for information independently and to find answers to one's questions;  imagination - the ability to develop many original and non-standard ideas;  optimization - the ability to compare several methods to achieve the goal quickly and efficiently; Critical thinking includes the development of students' skills to critically evaluate information, form their own opinions and judgments. Students learn to approach problems critically. In general, these competencies serve to create a more effective, modern and person-oriented educational environment, and create a basis for the development of personal qualities of students, providing them with deep knowledge and skills, and developing their creative abilities: 200 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us  analysis - the ability to divide the task into separate sub-tasks, create systematic algorithms for solving problems with a certain sequence;  assessment - ability to receive qualitative information;  explanation - to prove one's point of view, to express a logically coherent opinion;  setting goals - the ability to correctly formulate a goal aimed at achieving it, determine the available information and its sufficiency, and draw independent conclusions based on this;  self-control - self-examination, correction based on conclusions and reasoning (reflection);  modeling - the ability to qualitatively analyze the practical situation and replace the situation with a concrete model in order to solve tasks;  the practice of looking at the studied subject from different points of view;  the practice of planning and implementing measurements based on observation;  development of problem solving skills;  the ability to distinguish evidence, form and evaluate it;  includes tasks of strategic thinking. Consideration. As you look through the newly created elementary school textbooks, you will witness a radical upgrade in quality, design and content. Here, we would like to dwell on the specific features of the "4K" model on the example of the newly created 2nd grade "Mother Tongue" textbook. In elementary school native language textbooks, knowledge that is the basis for acquiring graphic and orthographic skills is selected for conscious mastering of language rules. In this textbook, examples of folk art such as: Tales - guides to goodness, Legends and narratives, One, two, and sixteen are given in the section of folk art. Through such resources, students develop teamwork, communication, creative thinking and critical thinking. For example, I would like to explain the legend of Tomaris as an example. Tomaris It seems that in ancient times, a tribe of Massagets lived in our country. When this tribe was ruled by a queen named To'maris, the people lived a very rich and peaceful life. As the Massagets were a fearless, brave people... We can develop students' 4k model skills through this text. First of all, it is explained how Tomaris led the Massaget tribe, she was a brave and courageous woman who, due to her ability to listen to the pain of the people and her agility, was able to ensure that the people could live in peace and harmony. . Secondly, it can be done by asking students about the topic. 1. Which tribe lived in the territory of Uzbekistan in ancient times? 2. Who is Tomaris and what kind of woman was she? 3. Who walked on massages? By asking such questions to students, it is determined to what extent they have understood the text, and through this, their communication skills are formed. Thirdly, in the 2nd grade textbook, after the legend of Tomaris, a picture of Qaqbila was drawn in order to depict it in the eyes of the students so that it will remain in their memory for the rest of their lives. we can develop skills.Fourthly, we can do it through cross-line work to teach students to think critically. For example, we can say that students in line 1 write positive characters in the text, and students in line 2 write negative characters and express their opinions about these characters. With this, we can form students' critical skills. 201 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us Positive characters Negative characters To‟maris Hukmdor Cyrus Massaget tribe Persians Well, readers, what kind of country do we live in? Who is our tribal chief (president)? What tribe do you think our country looks like? Which character do you want to be like? By asking the following questions, we can determine their level of mastery and creativity. And we will give them the right recommendations. Conclusions and recommendations. In short, the tasks given in the textbooks created on the basis of the "4 K" model teach students logical creative thinking, research and analysis, critical thinking, efficient use of information, communication, initiative and systematic thinking. At the same time, we can form students' thinking skills and creative abilities through various tasks and questions and answers, brainstorming. For this, qualities such as patience, skill, ability, communicativeness, creativity, demandingness are required from the teacher. References: 1.
