The importance of sources of motivation and learning motivation in the formation of professional motivation is scientifically based. The importance of taking into account the individual characteristics of students in the formation of professional motivation is also discussed. The process of pedagogical education is based on the analysis of students' activities, assessment of their learning and information, and identification of new methods for improving their learning. This process is important in helping students to express their thoughts, organize learning, develop their professions and solve their life problems. It contains general information about the educational process, the educational system created to ensure people's self-development, learning of knowledge and skills, ideation, social and spiritual development. takes It involves teaching and learning processes between learners (students) and teachers (principals, teachers). The following organizations are used to deliver pedagogical education to students during the educational process: 1. Training objectives: What knowledge, skills and competences teachers need to learn and develop for learners. These goals can help each lesson relate to other lessons and monitor learner progress at all stages of learning. 2. Learning methods: learning methods used in the process of pedagogical education (for example, articles at the beginning of the lesson, educational tools, practicums, technologies, interactive lessons) learn the skills and knowledge of learners important for learning. 3. Learning materials and resources: Well-designed learning materials and resources (curriculum, books, articles, videos and audio materials) make learning easy and useful for learners. 4.
