Key words: methodology, literature, experience, independent work, teacher, student, goal, expression. The development of social society, in particular, the deeper roots of the ideas of national independence in our lives, enriches the content of reforms in the education system. In the process of education, the forms and methods of teaching that have been tested in the experience are being enriched and, if necessary, updated and put into practice. The state policy in this regard also envisages the formation of a well-rounded person who is spiritually and morally educated through continuous education. How well it is implemented depends to a large extent on the effectiveness of the primary education system. Primary education is the most important part of continuous education. "Uzbekistan general secondary education in the Republic: "Primary education reading, writing, counting, the basic skills and abilities of educational activities, creative thinking, self-control learning, speech and behavioral culture, personal hygiene and encouraged to ensure the acquisition of the basics of a healthy lifestyle. Extracurricular study in primary grades is considered an integral part of preparing young students for thorough mastery of their mother tongue, as an important means of their moral and aesthetic upbringing in the educational process. The purpose of reading outside the classroom is to introduce children's literature and various examples of folklore to young students, to restore reading culture in them. to the content of the out-of- class study program, two main sections are divided into two main sections at each stage of education: at the 1st stage, the scope of study, that is, the books to be studied and the order in which they are introduced to the study. students are instructed. In the 2nd stage, knowledge, skills and competencies are formed on the basis of these educational materials. Children's motherland, independence, national values based on the skills and competences formed in literacy classes in the 1st grade in extracurricular study activities according to the state standards and curriculum of general secondary education. ideas and concepts are expanded and enriched. Extracurricular reading and recitation lessons are introduced to children's fiction in 20 minutes of lessons once a week in the 1st grade. The goal is to instill a love of books in young children, to develop independent reading. Basically, students of this class are taught how to deal with books, the rules of reading books, save the book knowledge, skills and abilities are formed by observing the behavior of the heroes of the work, studying their positive aspects, retelling them in a figurative way. For the students of this class, mostly picture books are taken. By reading books that develop 495 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us children's emotions, the teacher introduces our independent country, its beautiful cities, villages, national traditions, values, past, and people's dreams. They have a passion for knowledge. In the 2nd grade, students read small works independently based on the teacher 's help and assignments. In this class, an extracurricular reading lesson is held once every 2 weeks. The teacher finds works about motherland and courage of ancestors, plants, birds and animals and recommends them to the students. Independent studies of students in extracurricular study sessions in 3rd and 4th grades for people's lives, artistic and scientific popular works that are vividly depicted and reflect their spiritual and moral lifestyle are recommended. In grades 3-4, extracurricular reading lessons are held once every two weeks. In these classes, the teacher collects books suitable for the age of the students in the classroom library. The study corner outside the classroom can be decorated in different ways. In this, the teacher and the student work together. Artistic and scientific-popular works serve to expand and shape students' outlook only if they are read independently and consistently. Extracurricular studies in the hearts of the young generation love for goodness, for evil, retelling the content of the text, narrating a story based on a certain plan by shortening or changing the person, identifying the means of artistic representation, evaluating the character and behavior of the heroes of the work, their connected speech Cultivation, in short, has great potential in improving reading culture. In-class and out -of - class learning is directly related to the sections of all subject programs taught in elementary grades. In turn, the knowledge and skills acquired in the study of grammar and correct writing, natural science, visual arts, and music are used in reading lessons. Searching for art books based on the topics covered in the reading classes, writing the names of the heroes of the work, describing them, creating a creative picture, memorizing suitable proverbs to complete the thought encourages the student to be creative. In each class, an event can be staged in accordance with all the forces of the ages outside the class. It helps to develop the child's speech and increase vocabulary. Also, the attention of the student who watched the dramatized play increases, and the ability to store it in memory increases. Even staging guides the student in all directions, that is, develops acting skills, happiness, begins to teach the first ideas for professions such as directing. During the performance of the work, the teacher will be in charge. Pupils ' expressive, figurative, as well as characters' movements correctly, their reading arouses pleasure in pupils and arouses desire for books and works of art, a desire to read and learn. In extracurricular lessons, the teacher should introduce children 's writers and poets to the students. The works of writers and poets such as Q. Muhammadi, P. Momin, Z. Diyor, A. Obidjon arouse great interest among readers. Therefore, every school and educational institution must organize meetings with poets and writers who are creative people on various topics among students. Such meetings call students to praise the motherland and honor it. Respect for the book, how the work was created, teaches to preserve it. Thus, fiction and children's literature embody the aesthetic taste and moral qualities in children by truthfully reflecting reality and creating bright images. It teaches them to perceive the beauty of life. The art of words finds its expression in a work of art. Since ancient times, attention has been paid to the power and appeal of folk art in the education of the young generation. The artistic word immortalized all the cultural wealth of the nation. For this, the reader must read folk oral works closely. As it is said that fairy tales are guides to goodness, the reader tries to become brave, brave, patriotic, and kind while reading fairy tales, and to become intelligent, knowledgeable, and intelligent while reading riddles. https://fayllar.org/kishilarning-tarixan-qaror-topgan-hamkorlik-faoliyatlari-majmu.html https://fayllar.org/kishilarning-tarixan-qaror-topgan-hamkorlik-faoliyatlari-majmu.html https://fayllar.org/mavzu-talim-vositalari--talim-texnalogiyasining-takibi.html https://fayllar.org/mavzu-talim-vositalari--talim-texnalogiyasining-takibi.html 496 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us The justification and interpretation of the theoretical and practical ideas of the implementation of educational work outside the classroom in the education of a perfect person, and the identification of effective forms, methods and tools that serve to increase professional skills in the organization of classroom and extracurricular activities, as well as the development of the technology of the implementation of educational work in the education of the perfect person the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", official documents related to the field of public education, the President's scientific theoretical teachings on the "Perfect Generation". Out-of-class and extracurricular educational activities fill the educational process in their spare time based on the interests, desires, wishes and needs of students. It creates an opportunity to increase students' creative abilities and initiative. The uniqueness of extracurricular activities is that the diversity of club and club programs, the innovations in their content create new opportunities for adolescent boys and girls to develop as individuals[ 5] Students' mutual respect and moral qualities are formed in the school and in the process of extracurricular activities. In this, the culture of students' behavior towards each other is formed. A student can influence the behavior of the education he learned by imitating the teacher or among his friends. In order to form a culture of behavior among students, the teacher should first of all study the behavior and attention of the student towards himself. Activities organized outside the classroom and school complement educational activities in the life of students. They help to form their worldview and moral maturity. Creates a foundation for connecting theoretical knowledge with practical production. In all of the above, students' reading skills are formed, they learn to understand the read work, increase their vocabulary and enrich their vocabulary. Studying outside the classroom, in turn, is an interesting, engaging activity that generally enriches the scope of children's knowledge and provides material for comparison. Also, some difficult words are explained in extracurricular reading lessons, and students are focused on clear, easy-to-remember phrases. References 1. Mahmudova Nigora Hikmatovna. (2023).
