Participating in meaningful and substantial conversations in a professional setting is crucial for improving language skills and developing effective communication abilities. This study examines the advantages of engaging in discussions, such as enhancing vocabulary, improving language fluency and expression, developing discourse and communication abilities, fostering cultural and contextual awareness, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills, facilitating professional networking and collaboration, and fostering confidence and professional identity. The findings emphasize the crucial significance of engaging in discussions on relevant subjects in order to improve language skills and facilitate successful communication among professionals in their respective domains.
