The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. ARIPOV Tashkent, December 31.2019 1059-son MAIN PART: In modern conditions, through television, radio, print and the Internet, our young people regularly receive a variety of information, including information that poses a serious threat to their spirituality and morality. And it can’t be banned. At the same time, the global information space is constantly expanding. In such a situation, we cannot be indifferent to what is happening around us, we must form a specific immunity in the minds of people, especially young people, to propaganda, religious and extremist views, different ideologies that are alien to us. We can see that the purpose of much of the information available on the Internet today is to undermine our moral foundations, to destabilize the situation in the country, to discredit the ongoing political and economic reforms. The life position of modern youth serves as an important area for understanding and defining their role and purpose in life. Public opinion polls convincingly show that a distinctive feature of the socio-political portrait of modern youth in Uzbekistan is its attitude to independence as the highest value, support for the reform process. The results of surveys conducted among young people during the years of independence allow us to emphasize that their level of knowledge is high. The main life vision of Uzbek youth is education and gaining a profession, self-development. Both respondents believe it is important to have a decent place in life. The social importance of higher education remains a priority for the country's youth, and the study confirms this trend once again: 70.1% of respondents indicated the importance of higher education. The most attractive professions for young people today are teachers, economists, doctors, as well as engineers, lawyers and others. The youth of the country has a well-developed sense of love and devotion to the Motherland. Young people associate patriotism with love for the Motherland, selfless service to the Motherland and readiness to defend it. At the same time, young people in general clearly express their position as true patriots. The results of the study showed that our boys and girls are distinguished by a balanced assessment of their level of legal literacy. Overall, respondents rated their legal literacy as good and average. The analysis of the obtained data confirms that the youth of the country has a high enough knowledge of the Constitution and the basic laws of the Uzbek youth. According to many young people, education and work contribute to the growth of young people’s interest in raising their legal culture. The study found that the majority of young people surveyed were primarily interested in creating comprehensive educational opportunities, implementing state support for young people, improving their living standards and well-being, strengthening the health of the younger generation and promoting sports. appreciate the President's care for the youth, which is reflected in the development. The youth of Uzbekistan fully supports the state youth policy aimed at expanding its opportunities for the implementation of future plans. Taking into account the processes taking place in the world, various threats and dangers to our security and peace, spiritual and moral values, one of the important factors in strengthening the leadership of Uzbekistan, taking into account the independence and security of our country - believes in further strengthening moral values. Even in the context of globalization, it is important to comprehensively restore the national aspects of our people, our culture, our traditions, to study our millennial history http://www/ 26 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us in depth. It is important to keep in mind that spirituality is not an abstract phenomenon, but a general concept that describes the inner state of a society. It also has its own unique manifestations in the real actions of specific people, in their attitude to the world around them. Spirituality is, first of all, love for one's homeland, family, relatives and friends, patriotism, respect for people, kindness, compassion, mercy, violence and lies, our native traditions, means indifference to our traditions and previous generations. Spirituality is one of the factors determining the formation and development of a nation and an individual. High spirituality does not arise spontaneously, it develops in the process of education based on the experience of generations, enlightenment. Thus, these and many other spiritual and moral activities are primarily aimed at the comprehensive task of educating the younger generation, who understand the responsibility of the main task - to master modern scientific knowledge, high technology, the art of production management. It is clear that well-rounded individuals will definitely contribute to the future of the country, its development and intellectual progress. Today, large-scale reforms in all areas of the country have reached a new stage. Every intelligent person consciously sees, sees and understands that the interests of the people are at the heart of what is being done. Today's reform process encourages every Uzbek to live a life of self- sacrifice, at least in his own sense of responsibility. It is no exaggeration to say that the announcement of 2017 by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev as the Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests is a clear proof of the above. However, the 21st century is not only characterized by its rapidity and development, but also by presenting a number of global problems to humanity, began to happen. In this regard, it is no exaggeration to say that spiritual and moral education is one of the most important. Whether we like it today or not, we cannot keep all the events and processes in the world out of anyone’s attention. The information that is entered and received through the Internet is particularly worrying. Social networks on the Internet are now becoming a convenient tool for evil forces who want to disturb the peace of others and gain statehood. And our young people, who do not have life experience yet, will inevitably fall for it all the time. Therefore, this is everyone who considers himself responsible for the spirituality of our people We believe that it is necessary to think hard about this issue and to protect the next generation from various ideological attacks and various categories of immorality. In this regard, the President said: "Given the growing threat of religious extremism, terrorism, drugs, human trafficking, illegal migration," mass culture "around us today." lsak, the deeper meaning and significance of these words becomes even clearer. Indeed, today the upbringing of young people remains an issue for us that will never lose its relevance and importance. Today's rapidly changing world is opening up new, great opportunities for humanity and young people. At the same time, it also exposes them to various evil dangers that have never been seen before. Malicious forces are killing simple, cave children against their parents, against their country, and taking their lives. In such a tense and dangerous environment, we, parents, teachers, the public, the community, need to be more vigilant and vigilant in this matter. We have to raise our children ourselves, not leave them in the hands of others. ” Indeed, if we do not care about the minds of our children, there is no doubt that strangers will take over their hearts. So what should we focus on first? In my opinion, the first issue is to improve the family environment. Because a society with strong families is also developing steadily. With regard to family upbringing, the focus on labor education has recently waned. In the past, parents took care of their school-age children from the age of 9-10 by giving them to a master or craftsman so that they could have both a profession and an upbringing. In this way, the child gained the value of life, the money earned by the skin of the forehead. And now, unfortunately, my child is fluffy we see cases where some parents give their children extra money to grow up, and they become accustomed to money and indulge in various lifestyles. A child who grows up refusing to work is not only a concern for his parents, but also harmful to society and even to his http://www/ 27 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us own future. Admittedly, many of our young people today are finding a way to study, work and serve their families and their country. But we should not ignore the fact that there are also the above concerns. This is the truth behind the calls of our President - We will make everyone an entrepreneur. It is known from the history of our religion that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also taught a young man who came to ask for alms to make an ax and use it to make firewood. This means that everyone has to work for himself and his family’s pension. Labor, on the other hand, is learned from childhood. That is why it is one of our first tasks in our families for parents to bring up their children to work. Another important aspect of spiritual and moral education is reading books CONCLUSION: The situation of young people is mainly influenced by economic factors. In many cases, young people are not well-off, do not have their own homes, and are forced to rely on financial support from their parents. The desire to learn delays the start of employment until more mature age, and lack of experience and knowledge prevents them from holding high-paying positions. Young people’s wages are much lower than average, very small, and student scholarships. If in the period of social stability these problems can be solved or mitigated in general, in times of crisis they become much more complicated. In the context of the economic downturn, the number of unemployed among young people is rising sharply and it is becoming increasingly difficult for young people to achieve economic independence. Spiritual factors are equally important. Today, the process of disappearance of moral and ethical norms, the destruction of traditional norms and values is intensifying. The youth transition period and the unstable social group are the most vulnerable to today’s negative trends. Thus, the values of labor, freedom, democracy, interethnic tolerance will be gradually leveled, and these "outdated" values will be replaced by a consumerist attitude to the world, intolerance and alienation from strangers. Accusations of youth-specific protests in times of crisis take on brutal and aggressive forms and are broken. At the same time, avalanches are criminalizing young people, and the number of young people exposed to social deviations such as alcoholism, drug addiction and prostitution is increasing.
