This article highlights the importance of foreign experience for educational and educational processes and the main aspects of their effective use. The education system of the new Uzbekistan is undergoing complex processes such as wide- ranging development, restructuring, efficiency improvement, development, and adaptation to international standard requirements. The aim of this is to democratize educational activity, to improve its humanistic principles, based on this, to update and improve the content, directions and methods of educational and educational work in a proportionate and general manner. Updated education means a new outlook, new development and new goals. Nowadays, due to the focus on education, its value and prestige, it is necessary to have business acumen, initiative and, of course, self-sacrifice in the executors of the processes. In education, as in any field, excellence and success come from those who take action. It is known from the beginning that knowledge and learned people were valued and respected by the people. For this reason, it is our highest human duty to acquire knowledge, research in science, mobilize acquired knowledge and skills for the development of the country, and be able to contribute on this basis. One of the current requirements for the implementation of these important tasks is to study the experiences of foreign countries that have achieved high results in the education system and apply them in the education system of Uzbekistan, even when applied, directly it is necessary to pay attention not only to transferring effective methods, but also to the extent to which it fits our educational system, to our nationality, to our education and training processes. Through in-depth study and analysis of foreign experiences, we will get rid of the methods that are frozen in the educational processes and are losing their importance and relevance, and are somewhat disproportionate to our national and regional characteristics. take it to a new level and get a great source of experience. The President said that there is a problem of qualified personnel in our country, and we need modern specialists who are suitable for the pace of reforms in all directions. For this purpose, deep reforms are being carried out in the education system. At this point, it should be said that the development of the pre-school education system is a solid foundation for school education. The development strategy of Uzbekistan, the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy, the decision "On the fundamental improvement of the preschool education system" special attention is paid to providing, creating modern methodologies in education, increasing the quality of preschool education, as well as implementing and improving measures for its development. Pre-school education is considered the initial and main link of the continuous education system . It is known from long-term research and studies that almost 70% of the information that a person can receive (learn) during his life is absorbed by the age of 5 years (literature). Therefore, for the child to grow up healthy, acquire knowledge and skills well, in a word, to become a mature person, the period of school age and the education and training provided during this period are of special importance. earns. For this reason, a number of regulatory and legal frameworks have been developed in connection with the reform of the preschool education system in our country. In our country, the indicators of the coverage of preschool children in educational institutions are increasing year by year. Our resident Sh.M. Mirziyoyev ―"At the same time, we need to educate a new generation of personnel who will be reformers, who think strategically, and who will be educated and qualified. That is why we are consistently reforming all aspects of kindergarten education"(3, p. 23). In his speech at the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 26th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the head of state said: "Our goal is to fully enroll children of kindergarten age in our country in preschool educational institutions in the next 3-4 years, and we will certainly achieve this." had emphasized. At the meeting held on August 16, 2017 by the head of our state, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, important tasks were given to structurally reform the preschool education system, to fully cover children in these institutions. As a result of the analyzes in this regard, our president signed 1 Decree and 2 Decisions in a short period of time. Also, in order to further consolidate the legal foundations of separate preschool education and upbringing, the law "On preschool education and upbringing" was adopted. Also, preschool education as the first type of continuous education was reflected in the Law on Education. These adopted normative legal documents are not limited to the legal justification or protection of activities in the field of preschool education and upbringing. This the foundations also serve to ensure the reform and development of the most basic link of continuous education. From this point of view, it is the demand of the time to study foreign experiences, compare their best experiences with national education and training, and adapt their achievements to the field in the reforms being carried out in the field of education. Fundamental improvement of the pre-school education system as the main, initial part of the general education system, expansion of the network of pre-school education organizations, as well as further improvement of the material and technical base, enrichment of the organization with qualified personnel, children in all aspects intellectual, intellectual , many researches and practical works are being carried out in order to apply spiritual, physical and developmental advanced foreign experiences to the educational process, to increase their appropriate preparation for school education. Priority tasks were defined in the President's decision PQ-3955 of September 30, 2018 "On measures to improve the management of the preschool education system".
