62 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies Volume 02, Issue 03, 2024 ISSN (E):2993-2157 Economic Thinking is an Important Factor of Economic Development Mukhammedov Murad Mukhammedovich, Pardaev Mamayunus Karshibaevich Professor of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service, Doctor of Economic Sciences Abstract: in the article, some comments on the concepts of economic consciousness, economic thinking, economic activity, two main directions of raising economic consciousness and economic thinking to the level of modern requirements, economic literacy is based on the fact that we are all consumers of delicacies - we all need it like water. Also, it has been proven that the cooperation of the state and the general public in accelerating the pace of economic development, the role of education in the development of economic consciousness and economic thinking, the possibilities of developing economic thinking are limitless, only its effective use is an acute necessity. Keywords: man, human thinking, economic consciousness, economic development, economic activity, economic thinking, economic growth, education. Relevance of the topic. The large-scale economic reforms implemented in the country are aimed at realizing the long-awaited hopes of our people, creating a national economy that will allow them to live a prosperous life and meet their basic interests and needs. The selected strategy creates real opportunities for New Uzbekistan to take a worthy place on the ladder of economic development in our rich history, to turn Uzbekistan into one of the most economically developed countries in the world, and to make the working people happy to live in abundance. Such an opportunity is a unique economic reality that is very rare in history, only we have to make the most of it. Research methodology. Methods such as objectivity, unity of logic and historicity, space and time, comparative analysis, quantity and quality, induction and deduction were used in researching the important factors of economic development through economic thinking. Analysis and results. It is a fact that does not require proof that economic thinking is an important factor of economic development. But interpretation of this theoretical issue from today's point of view and bringing it to public attention have also become urgent issues. Because of this, we found it appropriate to interpret the article in several separate directions. First, We would like to draw your attention to some considerations regarding the concepts of economic consciousness, economic thinking, and economic activity. Economic awareness and economic thinking are interrelated categories, they actively participate in the development of the economy together. Economic thinking arises at the core of economic consciousness, it receives nourishment from it. In turn, economic thinking is an important tool for developing economic consciousness, improving it, raising knowledge in the field of economy to new levels. A person can apply to life only the economic idea reflected in his mind, formed as a behavior. That is, when a person conducts economic activity, he acts only on the basis of the economic knowledge formed in his mind, reflected in it, conducts economic activity, and applies it to everyday life. Therefore, it is economic consciousness, economic thinking that is the only condition for 63 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us increasing the productivity of a person's economic activity, making the right decisions that allow him to get high results from this activity, getting the appropriate result from his work and living richly. If a person does not have economic consciousness, economic thinking does not exist, and economic consciousness does not develop without economic thinking. It should also be noted that the economic consciousness makes a great contribution to the improvement of economic thinking, it is the main factor for its achievement. The higher the economic consciousness of a person, the stronger his cognitive thinking, the ability to observe on economic topics. Therefore, economic awareness is the main condition for raising economic thinking and leading the country to the smooth path of economic development. Human mind, as a unique property of highly structured matter, allows to know, understand, perceive and practice the economic relations taking place in society and in the personal life of a person. Economic consciousness is a reflection of economic realities, economic processes, and theoretical and practical knowledge of the economy. It is an integral part of social consciousness, in which economic knowledge, combined with rich experience of economic life , the worldview and behavior of evaluating personal and social needs of a person, socio-economic reality are reflected. Economic thinking is the highest product of the human mind, and it is a process that enables the further development of the human economic mind, raising it to higher levels, improving the economic knowledge already formed in the human mind, filling it with new ideas and theories, and enriching it. In the process of economic thinking, a person searches for innovative solutions to economic problems necessary for his daily life and future. In other words, economic thinking is a powerful tool, a locomotive for enriching economic science and taking it to new levels. It is a creative activity aimed at taking various information about the economy, analyzing it with the help of the mind and making effective decisions about the economy based on it. Therefore, the role of economic thinking is incomparable in achieving economic development, in solving the problem of effective and appropriate use of valuable resources, in achieving economic advantage in the world market, in becoming one of the most powerful countries in the world, and in being fortunate enough to live a rich life in abundance. In the structure of human activity, economic activity occupies a central, leading place. Because it is through this activity that a person actively influences nature, relying on the knowledge formed under the influence of scientific-theoretical ideas and practical experience, based on his behavior. Ultimately, he produces various material and spiritual blessings that are as necessary for his daily needs as water. Luxurious buildings that provide us with comfortable conditions for living and working, parks, fast cars that bring us closer, recreation centers that soothe our souls when we are tired, educational institutions, sweet and delicious food, books that we love to read... all this. - all are the fruits of human economic activity. In the world of all living beings in society, we would be telling the truth if we say that this rare quality, unique to man, is the main factor in man's domination over nature. People's (individual's) living richly in prosperity and abundance is primarily a product of economic consciousness and economic thinking, a gift of the economy, a reward given to a person for being able to efficiently use the economic resources used in order to satisfy his vital needs. In other words, a prosperous life is the practical result of making good use of the unlimited possibilities of human economic consciousness and thinking. Just as spring water waters the roots of trees and plants in gardens and gives them life, the human mind and thinking also water the roots of the tree of development with the rays of intelligence and knowledge, and it is a powerful tool for bringing people from darkness to light, from poverty to abundance, from poverty to knowledge. If there were no economic consciousness and economic thinking, there would be no economic life or development on earth. As a result, man, like all other living creatures, would have turned into a herd of living beings, completely submissive to nature, unable to withstand its cruel trials. In fact, the stronger the economic thinking of a person, the 64 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us more developed his economic consciousness, the faster the pace of economic development processes, the more prosperity and prosperity will be created in the country. Unfortunately, the essence of economic consciousness and economic thinking, their special importance in the acceleration of socio-economic development, the problems of their formation and development are being overlooked by our researchers. In the conditions of the planned economy, where commodity-money relations were completely destroyed, the role of economic consciousness and thinking in the development of society was significantly weakened. However, the situation has changed radically in the conditions of the modern market economy, which has paved the way for commodity-money relations, and the role of this factor in the socio-economic development of the country has increased dramatically. Therefore, the problems of increasing the role of economic consciousness and thinking in the social development of the society have become actual, and in this regard, it has become an urgent necessity to carry out systematic research, to find non-traditional methods and mechanisms of raising human economic consciousness and thinking to the level of modern requirements, and most importantly, to put them into practice. Secondly , it is about the two main directions of raising economic awareness and economic thinking to the level of modern requirements. In the course of research, we have come to the conclusion that the implementation of measures aimed at realizing the unlimited potential of economic consciousness and economic thinking in New Uzbekistan, raising them to the levels of modern requirements and turning them into a leading factor in increasing the economic power of the country in two directions will have a great practical effect. The first is to expand the scope of the economic consciousness of the members of the society, to arm it with new modern knowledge in the field of economy, to form a perfect economic consciousness capable of fully reflecting the socio-economic existence among the broad strata of the population, to educate the masses of the people, all strata of the population in the spirit of the requirements of the times, their consciousness enrichment with new, market economy-specific, modern economic knowledge. We think that these activities should cover all sections of the population: workers, unemployed, minors, pensioners, disabled people, in short, all of the population. Improving the economic literacy of all levels of the country's population is a comprehensive event, which requires the involvement of a large amount of financial resources. In this respect, this event is very valuable to society. In the conditions of shortage of financial resources, a natural question arises whether it is reasonable from the point of view of economic efficiency to spend a large amount of financial resources on arming the economic consciousness with new modern knowledge by increasing the economic literacy of all strata of the population? Of course, reasonable. This is the definitive and only correct answer. Because the financial resources spent on arming the economic consciousness of the population with new modern knowledge have a multiplying effect on increasing the country's economic potential and, as a result, become a reliable factor in the development of the country's economy. As a solution to the problem, we think that it is necessary to develop mechanisms to save the costs of financing the improvement of the economic literacy of the broad strata of the population. For example, to approach the financing of expenditures based on the principle of stratification of the total population of the country into certain groups depending on their role in the development of the national economy. The first group includes people who do not directly participate in the formation of the country's GDP, that is, those who are not employed in the economy. A certain part of society members (young children, unemployed, disabled, etc.) is not involved in the creation of GDP in the country, the formation of economic policy and its direct implementation. Although the part of the population belonging to this category does not have the opportunity to directly influence the economic development, but it has an indirect influence on the pace of economic development. It 65 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us is advisable to follow the policy of minimizing the costs of financing the improvement of economic literacy of the population belonging to this category. It is appropriate to include those employed in the national economy in the second group. Population belonging to this category is employed in the economy and directly participates in the production of social goods. So, people belonging to this group are engaged in economic activities, creating new delicacies with consumer value. In the production process, they use valuable economic resources, tools and equipment, buildings and structures, gas, electricity and water resources. Economical use of these precious resources, avoidance of excessive wastage, creation of more wealth per unit of resource largely depends on them, their attitude towards precious resources, that is, their economic knowledge, economic thinking, ability to efficiently use precious and rare resources. The policy of implementing economic literacy of the population belonging to this category in accordance with the cost of financing, at a reasonable level, will be effective. The third group should include young people studying in pre-school education, general secondary education, secondary professional and higher education institutions, doctoral studies. Consistent measures should be taken to raise the economic consciousness of this category of the population to the level of the current demand based on arming it with modern knowledge. In the process of forming their economic consciousness and arming them with new modern knowledge, the main focus of education is to strengthen their cognitive economic thinking in the future. it is necessary to apply valid methods and methodologies. Such methods include dialectics, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, comparison and mathematical modeling, systematization. There is a great prospect of applying the policy of maximizing the cost of financing the economic literacy of young people belonging to this category. As a result of the low level of consumer culture, in the country, in the use of rare and priceless economic resources, in the consumption of ready-made products and services, the principles of saving are grossly violated. Especially in the processes of harvesting, transporting, storing and delivering agricultural products created by the hard work of farmers, the economic literacy is not up to the level of the requirements of the time, and due to the lack of economic intuition, a large part of the delicacies produced is perishing, it is wasted like squandered wealth. Social production aims to increase the well-being of the population of the country, to achieve the abundance of material and spiritual blessings, it is defined as the main goal, and it creates gross goods and gross services. If we take into account this golden rule of economic development, if we understand the necessity of consistent compliance with it, the faster we eliminate such losses caused by our ignorance, lack of economic literacy, and our ignorance, the more prosperous our life will be. The main goal of social production is not just the production of goods, but ultimately their consumption and prosperity. This is an irrefutable axiom. The second is to develop the ability to think economically in the country, especially among our youth, to develop cognitive thinking skills in the population, and most importantly, to develop effective mechanisms to turn it into a leading factor of socio-economic development. We believe that it is necessary to pay serious attention to raising the cognitive economic thinking of officials who have the opportunity to directly participate in the formation of the country's economic foundation by accelerating the rate of economic growth and improving its quality. Employees of state bodies, leaders, businessmen, professors, researchers, economists, OA V employees can be included in this category. The thinking, economic thinking ability of persons belonging to this category is of decisive importance in ensuring the social and economic development of the country. They collect, process, generalize, and analyze data reflecting economic reality, determine the impact of various factors, draw theoretical and practical conclusions based on them, promote the results of economic development among the people, reveal the nature and causes of mistakes and shortcomings made in this regard, most importantly, as experts in the field, they directly participate in eliminating them, defining the directions of 66 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us economic development in the future and making appropriate decisions on their implementation, and finally, in monitoring the results of implementation. In other words, the strata of the population belonging to this category are, on the one hand, responsible for the state of the national economy, its position in the globalized world economy, the rate and quality of economic growth. On the other hand, when the situation requires, they have the opportunity to directly influence the rate of socio-economic growth of the country, or rather, to accelerate it. Therefore, it is necessary to increase their material and moral responsibility for mistakes and shortcomings made at the macro and micro level, and at the same time, to create effective mechanisms of material and moral stimulation of their services in reaching high levels of development. Thirdly , economic literacy is as necessary for all of us as water. Because we are all consumers of treats. In society, all material and spiritual goods produced as a result of human economic activity, i.e. labor, ultimately aim to provide human consumption and satisfy his needs. A person works tirelessly and conducts economic activities in order to satisfy his vital needs. All of the human race, from the mother's unborn baby bird to the funeral of the corpse that has left the light world, is a consumer of certain material or immaterial delicacies. Unfortunately, for many years, economics has focused on researching the nature of the production process, factors of its expansion, and ways to achieve it. He considered the expansion of social production as the main factor of economic development. As a result, there was a situation of backwardness and slow development of consumption theory in society, a gap in science appeared in this direction, in this regard, strong, innovative scientific ideas recognized by many people were not created. In our view, economic development is inextricably linked not only with the production of goods, but also with their consumption. Because consumption is the main goal, and production is a means of achieving it. By means of high economic consciousness and thinking, the luxury saved in the process of consumption, in its essence, represents the amount of additional product created in the process of production. Our people have a well-meaning proverb that comes from many years of practical experience: "Until you find the world, find an account". The creative people expressed the idea that we are trying to substantiate scientifically in a short, concise and impressive way in their language. Many centuries ago, the words "Eat, drink, but do not waste" were written in Avesta. So, our nation has not been indifferent to the extravagances allowed in the consumption process since time immemorial, and strongly condemned it. The simple formulation of our opinion on waste is as follows: it is better not to produce than to produce and destroy. Because the spoilage of goods produced for consumption as a result of mistakes and defects made during the consumption process is very expensive for the society. First, the economic resources, including labor resources, spent on the production of a delicacy that does not bring profit, are wasted. Secondly, delicacies that have not become a source of consumption have a negative impact on the environment and the environment. We would like to draw your attention to another important aspect of the matter. Even if this is the case, it is necessary to educate and bring up young people whose economic outlook has just begun to form, in the spirit of economic efficiency and economic economy culture, to have a strong influence on their minds, and to equip them with modern economic knowledge. The economic worldview of such young people expands and deepens over time, when they become adults and become active participants of social production, it gives its multiplier effect to the society. Only those people who are able to see far with a great mind, who seriously care about the future of their children and their country, do not miss such an opportunity, they form the economic worldview of young people from childhood. Wastes in the consumption of human-made delicacies that are as essential to our daily lives as water, especially the inefficiencies in the use of food resources in luxury restaurants, in 67 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us production (production consumption) and in households (personal consumption) The role of the consumer, his economic worldview, is very important in solving problems such as the low efficiency of using precious resources such as gas, electricity, and water. In this way, we would like to emphasize once again that today's consumer culture in our country does not meet the requirements of the times, and the main cause of this problem is the narrow, weak scope of economic thinking in our people, the low level of economic literacy, and the lack of economic knowledge . We believe that the main way to solve the above-mentioned problem is to develop consumer culture among all strata of the population. In the conditions of the increasingly globalized and integrated world economy, the competitiveness of the national economy, its position in the international distribution of labor, is primarily determined by the level of development of the economic consciousness and thinking of the country's population, and the results obtained from them in practice, not on paper. Fourthly , regarding the mutual cooperation of the state and the general public in accelerating the pace of economic development. As part of large - scale economic reforms aimed at the fundamental improvement of the population's well-being based on the acceleration of economic development, the state is implementing a well-thought-out, commendable macroeconomic policy and consistent measures. In our opinion, this factor alone is not enough to achieve leadership in the world economy in the economic development of the country. No matter how powerful the state's macroeconomic policy is, how flawless and effective it is, it should not be surprising that its practical results are not at the expected levels. On one side of the scale of justice of economic development is always the macroeconomic policy of the state, and on the other side lies the economic consciousness and economic thinking of the people. Any perfect macroeconomic policy of the state, which does not rely on the high economic consciousness and economic thinking of the people, ultimately cannot ensure the miracle of economic development in the country. Without sufficient attention to the second part of the scales, the state will be weak and weak, like a commander on the battlefield. Only if the strong macroeconomic policy of the state is complemented by the perfect economic consciousness and cognitive economic thinking of the general public, a synergistic effect of the scale of mutual cooperation will be created, and a real miracle of economic development will occur. We would like to try to explain in simple examples the importance and necessity of raising the economic consciousness of the general public, all strata of the population, to the level of modern requirements. A person with perfect economic consciousness, a well-developed mind, approaches economic problems in his daily life from the point of view of thrift. This is very important for the economic development of the society. For example, a person with a little knowledge of economic laws, a person with a high economic consciousness will never worry about running tap water, or, let's say, the damage coming from an electric light bulb burning in vain, the bread crumbs that fall under the feet due to the imprudence of some individuals , the cozy streets and sidewalks that have been cleaned with great effort. He will never be indifferent to littering and pollution. He strictly adheres to the golden rules of economy in his daily work, and achieves efficiency in the workplace. "It will be a lake," says our wise people. In the same way, it is inevitable that the water that is a lake will disappear. If we sum up the economic opportunities that are being wasted in our country due to the weakness of the economic consciousness and are being wasted, there is no doubt that a powerful wave will emerge from the effects of economic knowledge. If this powerful wave is coordinated with the well-thought-out macroeconomic policy of the state and moves in the same direction, the miracle of economic development that our nation dreams of will happen. 68 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us The urgency of the problem that we would like to draw your attention to is that, regardless of age, gender, profession, employees, unemployed, minors, pensioners, disabled people, in short, in all segments of the population, the economic consciousness cannot be raised to the level of the current requirements. as long as we do not form it strictly following the principles of thrift, until we instill in everyone the ideas of effective and appropriate use of rare and unique economic resources, to take a place in the ranks of developed countries in economic development, to make Uzbekistan one of the most economically powerful countries in the world our noble goals will turn into an unrealized dream, a crude fantasy. Therefore, increasing the economic literacy of all layers of the country's population, raising its economic consciousness and ability to think economically to the levels of modern requirements should become one of the central links of the state's macroeconomic policy. Fifth , the role of education in the development of economic consciousness and economic thinking is incomparable. The economic consciousness of a person is formed under the strong influence of many factors. These include the external economic environment, the economic situation, the individual's cognitive ability, the processes of transition from the traditional market economy to the modern market economy, the sudden changes that are occurring and expected to occur in the economy, and others. In the modern information space, the role of education in shaping economic consciousness and its development is incomparable. It is education that is an invaluable factor in the formation of economic consciousness, and therefore in achieving a prosperous life. Denying this fact, not following it in daily practice, not paying enough attention to increasing economic literacy, is tantamount to condemning ourselves to backwardness, helpless life, becoming a country crawling at the last links of the caravan of economic development. The higher the level of education, knowledge, and economic literacy of a person involved in solving economic problems, the greater his contribution to the economic development of the country . But today, insufficient attention is paid to solving the problems of raising the economic consciousness of the population to the level of modern requirements. In this direction, we would like to draw your attention to some unpleasant situations that have a negative impact on the development of the economic consciousness of our youth in the field of education. In the following years, mastery of the English language was established as the main condition for admission to the master's degree program: young people applying for the master's degree must have a perfect command of the English language, that is, to have a special IELTS or an equivalent certificate. Did this event have a positive impact on the development of the education sector, on its quality, and on the strengthening of the thinking of our youth? It is very difficult to give a positive answer to this question without in-depth feedback. Elucidating this problem with a specific example will help to shed light on the issue. Let's assume that it was planned to enroll 155 graduate students in a certain higher educational institution in the current academic year, but in practice only 40 young men and women were admitted. The main reason for this situation is that applicants are required to provide a special document confirming that they have excellent knowledge of the English language. This means that if you do not know English, you are not qualified to be an economist. Is it really so? We believe that it is not necessary to have a perfect knowledge of English to be a strong economist. Modern technologies, in addition, experts in the field who know the English language perfectly, make it possible for a strong economist to effectively carry out external communication and professional communication in English. At the moment, it is very difficult to guarantee that an applicant who is admitted to a master's degree in economics, regardless of professional training, will develop into a strong, talented economist in the future. However, it is possible that a talented candidate with a high future potential may have failed to pass the selection procedure. From the society's point of view, the exclusion of a future strong specialist with higher education is, firstly, unfair, and secondly, a great loss for the economy. If we really want a future highly educated economist to have a perfect knowledge of the English language, it is possible to define 69 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us the knowledge of the English language as the main condition for him not to enter the master's degree, but to graduate, that is, to receive a diploma. In it, the applicant's master's studies take place in parallel with his study of the English language. Let's try to evaluate objectively, from the point of view of justice, the extent to which the result of the used measure is reasonable from the point of view of society. First, 105 students were denied the opportunity to study at the master's level because they did not have perfect or insufficient knowledge of English. Second, 115 seats at the institute were left vacant, depriving the team of a large amount of net income that could have been paid for them. If we take into account that the institute has switched to self-financing, we are convinced that this event is harmful in terms of strengthening the economic position of the institute, and has a significant negative impact on its financial situation. Thirdly, 115 of our young men and women were deprived of the opportunity to be employed in a very useful job for the country's development and to benefit the society as highly educated specialists with high economic consciousness. Even if they enter the labor market and find another job, the problem will not find its rational solution. Fourthly, the hastily implemented event without thinking ahead has a great negative impact on the rational policy aimed at improving the skills and literacy of our youth in the chosen specialty through teaching at the master's level in our country. Without denying that English is of great importance for young people who have completed a master's degree in the field of economics, we would like to emphasize that, first of all, when choosing a candidate for a master's degree in this field, their economic literacy and ability to think should be the main criteria. Sixth , the possibilities of developing economic thinking are endless, and we need to use it effectively. Economic consciousness is the foundation and pillar of economic development, and economic thinking is the key to enriching human economic consciousness with new knowledge, new ideas, and new theories, thus raising economic consciousness to new levels. If the economic consciousness is a characteristic of all people, and people differ from each other only by the level of its development, then economic thinking, on the contrary, is a unique and rare quality that the Creator has given only to some talented people. Scientific literature recognizes the existence of several types and forms of thinking: legal thinking, social thinking, and others. We would like to focus our attention on economic thinking, which is very necessary and of primary importance for human existence and living, without getting into the details of their meaning and importance. A simple formula for turning economic thinking into a key factor in economic growth is as follows: to achieve socio-economic progress in order to live a prosperous life, we must work differently and better than we do today. For this, we need to think differently than before, to think in a new way, to fully understand the essence of economic processes, to widely introduce innovations, and to raise our economic consciousness to higher levels. When we carefully look at the ancient history of the economic life of human society, we are convinced of how complex and, at the same time, to what extent it has followed the path of progressive development. In the early stages of the development of society, man lived on the basis of the free gifts that nature gave him: hunting wild animals, gathering wild fruits and plants, finding shelter in caves and hills... But only human economic consciousness and economic thinking saved him from poverty and economic difficulties and led him to a peaceful life, abundance and prosperity. As a result, he separated from all the helpless, obedient living beings in nature and became its ruler, the real and complete controller of natural processes. If a person did not have the ability of economic awareness and the power of thinking that motivates its development, it would be inevitable that he, like all natural creatures, would turn into a herd of weak, helpless living creatures before the whims and cataclysms of nature. Today, man has had the privilege of subduing nature, directly influencing it, and producing a large amount of various delicacies necessary for his life needs. As a result, both the water in the earth's crust and the bird flying in the sky became its prey and means of living. 70 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us What is the powerful force that caused these realities to happen in the course of the economic development of human society, freed man from the vortex of poverty and weakness in front of nature, and brought him to economic abundance and a prosperous life? In our opinion, this is a powerful force - the ability of consciousness, perception, analysis, thinking, which was generously given to man by the Creator. Economic awareness and thinking is an opportunity for a prosperous life, a salvation to get rid of the sufferings of helplessness and deprivation, a factor of development for the future. On the one hand, the creator himself gave man countless underground and above-ground natural resources, that is, he created an opportunity, and on the other hand, he gifted him with a powerful weapon, namely economic consciousness and economic thinking, to use this opportunity wisely and efficiently. During the past historical period, man made good use of the conditions and opportunities given to him by the Creator, with the help of his ability to think economically , he summarized practical experiences in the field of economics and raised it to high theoretical levels. As a result, the science of economics rose from the use of the simple term "Economics" ("Oikonomia"), invented by the Greek philosopher Xenophon in the 4th-3rd centuries BC, to the level of modern models of economic growth and satisfaction of human needs by Keynes, neo- Keynesians, and neo-classicists. With the help of high economic thinking, man has gained the ability to show and observe the realities of the planet from one side of the planet to the other poles, if possible, to fly to other planets in spaceships, to create robots similar to him. However, we have stated the above not only to reveal the important role of economic thinking in bringing human life to today's heights of development, but also to emphasize the existence of its unlimited possibilities that have not yet been realized in ensuring the bright future of human society. Science is a limitless factor of social and economic development of human society. Today, the economic thinking achieved by a person, the material and spiritual wealth obtained in exchange for it, is not the end point of the economic development of the individual society. Human economic thinking also strives for infinity, like the infinite universe. This factor will continue to have a strong influence on economic development as long as there are people and their vital needs on earth. In the future, even our rich fantasy cannot fully imagine the levels of economic development and peaceful and prosperous life it can bring to a person in the future. But today, one thing can be said without a doubt that it is a continuous process that never stops, because a person, in any difficult situation, is looking for effective solutions to the most complex and extraordinary economic problem that life has put before him. His high economic thinking is a reliable support for this. In conclusion, at the current stage of the development of the human society, the achievements of the Western countries, which are leading the world economy, are absorbing countless wealth at the expense of economically less developed and economically backward countries, in exchange for the effective use of rare economic resources, are determined by their effective use of the unlimited possibilities of their economic thinking. Therefore, turning New Uzbekistan into one of the most economically developed powerful countries of the world, conquering the highest peaks of economic development, is primarily related to gaining an advantage in the race of economic thinking to effectively use the unlimited possibilities of economic thinking that is currently taking place between countries. And it depends on ourselves, only on ourselves, on expanding economic knowledge and skills in our minds, on our ability to turn the huge potential of economic thinking into a leading factor of economic development, and our ability to fully mobilize . The role of economic thinking in human life can be explained by the example of an individual. For example, being left alone on an island by fate, meeting his basic needs in difficult economic conditions with his intelligence and saving his life is a practical result of the strong economic thinking embodied in Robinson Crusoe. It was his strong economic thinking that saved him from the clutches of death that threatened him, thereby showing that he was a man of superior 71 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us economic thinking. In the period before the shipwreck, Crusoe relied on the economic knowledge and skills formed in his mind, developed it creatively, and found a way to meet his needs and get out of the disastrous economic situation. On a deserted island, he fought for his life with the help of cognitive economic thinking, he made a living by planting and cultivating wheat and milking goats. If Robinson Crusoe did not have pre-formed economic knowledge and life experience reflected in his mind, if he did not have the economic ability to adapt this knowledge to the complex situation that arose, and raise it to completely new levels, it was inevitable that he would have said goodbye to life. CONCLUSIONS and SUGGESTIONS. As a solution to this urgent problem, we propose to announce a mobilization under the slogan "Economic literacy is the main factor of economic growth" aimed at improving the economic thinking of the population in our country, making it the main factor of development. Based on their role and capabilities in accelerating economic development, effective measures to expand the range of economic thinking and mechanisms for their implementation should be developed for all sections of the population. It is desirable to create a system of differentiated indicators for assessing the level of economic knowledge and skills of those employed in the economy, and the level of economic thinking. In addition, effective mechanisms for encouraging the achievements of workers in improving their economic knowledge, their enthusiasm and initiatives, and at the same time, increasing their responsibility for their mistakes and shortcomings should be found. Otherwise, it is inevitable that our noble goals and aspirations to live richly in abundance will not come true. In short, if we want to take a worthy place among the developed countries and live richly in abundance like their people, firstly, in our lives, we must understand the necessity and necessity of making effective use of the unlimited possibilities of economic consciousness and economic thinking, and secondly, in their unlimited possibilities we must use it effectively. Only then, the countless economic resources that nature (rich natural resources) and society (rich cultural heritage) have generously given us will increase the economic power of our country, increase our wages, fill our tables with economic delicacies, and become a powerful factor for living a rich and prosperous life. Today, due to the fact that our economic consciousness and thinking lag behind the demands of the times, we are not able to use the precious resources efficiently, and the fact that we are living below our economic means is a consequence of it.
