It is brought as a result of connection to the field of education and training. The main directions of introducing information technologies into the educational system are indicated separately, the pedagogical goals of using information and computer technologies in the educational process are considered. Introduction One of the conditions for the formation of a well-rounded person in modern society is the active use of information and communication technologies in the pedagogical process. They have a role in creating more favorable conditions for teacher activity. It is known that the beginning of the 21st century is characterized by the rapid development of digital technologies and the revolution in the information space, as well as the acceleration of globalization in the economy. The increasing complexity of social structures and relations based on modern digital technologies, which causes the exponential growth of information flows, emphasizes the need to form a new type of economy, the main weapon of which is digital (information) technologies. This type of economy is called "digital economy" in modern literature. This "digital economy", which is found in modern literature and is used in almost all spheres of social life in modern society, is not alien to the field of education at the same time. Literature review Science in our country in the era of developing globalization further development, in-depth knowledge, high spirituality of our youth and of course, it is not a secret to anyone that great work is being done in the field of educating the owner of culture and forming a competitive economy. It is not a secret to all of us that the declaration of 2022 as the "Year of Honoring Human Value and Active Neighborhood" in order to raise it to a new, modern level is a practical expression of attention to the human factor. "Specialized higher educational institutions and digital technologies that attention is being paid to the issues of training and improving the skills of state bodies and organizations, local executive 270 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us authorities on the basis of training centers" is a confirmation of our above opinions [1] Uzbekistan is also rapidly moving to the digital economy. Recently, the concept of "Digital economy" has been used a lot. In fact, digital in many developed countries economy, significant impact on their development factors it's not a secret to all of us. The results of studying the works of contemporary scientists show that the most important direction of network interaction in the field of education in the current conditions is joint activities within the framework of electronic education and distance education. The organization of network interaction through the use of distance education technologies predetermines the wide use of resources of various educational organizations that provide students and learners with the opportunity to learn educational programs of different levels and directions. Research methodology It is worth noting that the "COVID-2019" pandemic is all influenced the education system, including kindergarten, all schools and higher education institutions went on early vacation en masse. According to UNESCO, 1.7 billion students around the world were deprived of traditional education due to the suspension of classes. The closure of universities in more than a hundred countries forced 90 percent of the world's students to stay at home. As of March 3, UNESCO reported that 290.5 million pupils and students were out of school due to the temporary closure of educational institutions in 13 countries and urged them to immediately switch to distance learning. According to data, only 60% of countries that have closed educational institutions due to the pandemic have switched to full digital education. Some international experts emphasize that it is impossible to completely switch to online education, that this process should be considered as a way out of a problematic situation, otherwise the quality of education will decrease, while others recognize that a new era has begun for modern education. Internet sources report that today 95% of students in about ten countries have a computer. In Indonesia, 34 percent of young people have enough access to the Internet. In other countries, this indicator is much lower. At the same time, this indicator is not at a high level in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The reason for this is that the Internet infrastructure in remote areas is not well developed. And this may cause the quality of education to drop, as some experts estimate [2]. "Digital Adoption of the Decree No. PF-6079 "On the approval of the Uzbekistan - 2030 strategy and measures for its effective implementation" is also the active development of the digital economy in our country, in all sectors and fields, first of all, public administration, education. , it can be considered as the result of practical work focusing on the implementation of complex measures for the wide introduction of modern information and communication technologies in health care and agriculture. "It is planned to turn the digital economy into the main "driver" sector and carry out work aimed at increasing its volume by at least 2.5 times. By further developing the digital infrastructure, covering all residential areas and social objects and highways with broadband networks. Increasing the level of digitization of production and operational processes in the real sector of the economy, as well as in the financial and banking sectors, up to 70% by the end of 2026. Special attention is being paid to the issues of increasing the volume of the software industry by 5 times, and increasing their export by 10 times to 500 million US dollars" [1]. According to experts' predictions, by 2021-2023, 25 percent of the world economy will be transferred to the introduction of digitized technologies. And this process makes it possible for the state, business, education and society in general to function effectively. 271 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us Results of research Digital economy is economic, social and cultural connections is an implementation system based on the use of digital technologies. In 2016, the World Bank announced the state of the digital economy in the world for the first time. Currently, among the countries with a developed digital economy: the United States, China, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, Great Britain, The countries of Singapore are included. In Uzbekistan as well as in other countries of the world the digital economy is developing. However, as two of the strongest and most developed economies in the world, the USA and China are leading the way. For example, if we analyze the stage of development of the USA up to the present time, it becomes clear that the process of organizing the digital economy can be divided into five main parts:[3] ü creation of all necessary conditions for the development of the digital economy; ü the mutual competition of digital economy platforms and their implementation of gradual integration; ü an economy that is ready to transform into a digital economy the emergence of digital economy platforms in the entities and their global launch; ü all the most current and creative solutions in the field of digital economy introducing into the economy; ü information security to ensure data security provision and implementation of their effective use. According to the above opinions, even the developed countries of the world have achieved great results by taking step by step steps in development. If innovative technologies are appropriately and successfully used in the field of business, science and education, if the developing young generation grows up on the basis of this world experience, learns and matures from the centers of science, the future prospects of our country, there is no doubt that his future will be great. One of the most effective ways to meet the needs of employers is to organize the educational process in combination with direct practice in the preparation of personnel suitable for the requirements of the labor market. In this regard, the German model of dual education is currently being researched in many countries of the world. In particular, the "dual education" model has been introduced in Germany. According to it, the student signs a contract with the employer before starting the study. According to the contract, the student studies at an educational institution 2 days a week and works at an enterprise 3 days a week. He will be paid for the time he worked. After graduation, the student can continue working in this company. As for the global education space, the educational system of the Republic of Korea is one of the best in the world, and according to the results of the PISA study, Korean students are among the top three. Korea is one of the leading high-tech countries in the use of broadband Internet and voice communication. In order to improve digital skills in the field of education in our republic we consider it appropriate to implement the following measures: 1. A single distance learning platform for all future education creation and implementation for the purpose of implementation in directions; 2. To organize studies in the field of technological professions and innovative activities introduction of highly effective international practice into the educational system; 3. Development of research and development in the field of digital technologies and encouragement, improvement of their organizational mechanisms; 4. A republic that promotes the creation of ideas and new technologies contests and events 272 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us (hackathons, contests, Olympiads, etc.) transfer [4] Thus, all means of digitization of the educational process in general plays an important role for education. It can be noted that the listed trends and teaching tools in the digital economy originate from the characteristics of the modern generation. In the era of mobile technologies, the role of digitization of the educational process is becoming increasingly important for formal and informal education. References 1.
