In addition, factors that cause divorce today are also studied.. Keywords: Agreement, conflict, conditional marriage, violence, protection, family, laws, training, style. If society is a set of social relations, then every family in it is formed as a result of social unity based on natural, economic, legal, and spiritual relations. Family relations are determined by existing social, economic, ideological, and spiritual relations in the society. Social and economic relations in society play a decisive role in the strength and stable development of the family. In the same way, peace and tranquility in the society, the stability of the spiritual atmosphere in it are directly dependent on mutual love, respect and harmony in every family relationship. Article 63 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan states that "The family is the main link of society and has the right to be under the protection of society and the state." According to Article 2 of the "Family Code" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, adopted on the basis of this norm of the Constitution, "men and women have equal rights in family relations, and the regulation of family relations is the union of a man and a woman voluntarily entered into marriage, the husband and equality of personal and property rights of the wife, resolution of internal family issues by mutual agreement, care for the upbringing of children in the family, their comfortable life and development, the rights and protection of interests is carried out on the basis of the principles of primacy" We did not mention the above laws, procedures and practices for nothing. Because today the holy name of family is being played as a toy in the hands of young people. The main reason for this is that they are not yet ready to start a family, they do not fully understand their responsibilities, and above all, they do not know their value, laws, and rights. First of all, young people starting a family, that is, girls, were told to be quiet in the family, not to talk back, walk one step behind, not to raise the voice, to be obedient to the husband, to serve the mother-in-law and father-in-law, and even if the daughter-in-law is beaten when the time comes, the bride is said to be guilty. Her parents would not take her daughter with her. As a result, gender equality did not play an important role. Until now, concepts of gender equality have flourished and many concepts about the rights of men and women have appeared. In recent years, there have been many conflicts and wars between husband and wife in the family. Many acts of oppression, threats, and violence against women are organized by men. The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Women from Harassment and Violence" defines the main directions of the state policy in the field of protection of women from harassment and violence, which are: 15 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us 1) development and implementation of gender policy, state programs and strategies in the field of protection of women from oppression and violence; 2) creating an atmosphere of intolerance in the society regarding harassment and violence against women; 3) to ensure that women's rights, freedoms and legal interests are protected from oppression and violence; 4) raising legal consciousness and legal culture in society, strengthening legitimacy; 5) to create effective organizational and legal mechanisms to prevent harassment and violence against women, identify them, and put an end to them; 6) take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that lead to harassment and violence against women; 7) to ensure the cooperation of state bodies, self-government bodies of citizens, non- governmental non-profit organizations and other institutions of civil society in order to prevent oppression and violence. In many foreign countries, domestic violence is considered an aggravating circumstance. In Uzbekistan, domestic violence is underestimated and ignored. In fact, everyone is equal before the law, regardless of family ties. Insulting or injuring a stranger on the street is punishable, so is violence against a family member. Now, let's examine the reasons for divorces, which is our main topic: the person who keeps unity in the family is the man. Because it is a man's responsibility to satisfy both his mother and his wife, to maintain balance and, most importantly, to create peace. A woman should follow him. Unfortunately, today there are very few situations and processes that maintain family unity. As a result of this, disputes between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, painful words between mother-in-law and sisters-in-law against daughter-in-law and brother are falling like stones. Many studies have proven that the higher the level of material well-being, the higher the level of happiness. In this case, the same factor is reflected whether we compare countries with each other or draw differences between different regions of the same country. So, one of the reasons is lack of material side. What causes the above events to occur? 1. Transition period of society. 2. The economic and financial situation of families is difficult. 3. Specific characteristics of young people's vision of life, formed as individuals during the period of independence. 4. Economic and financial values have devalued spiritual values. 5. The fact that the family hardly fulfills its traditional tasks, especially the function of education, confuses and replaces education with economic support. 6. Lack of moral education and emphasis on intellectual education in the content of education. 7. Family and educational institutions do not prepare young people for family life. 8. As a result of the fact that the leaders of different levels, who have always served as role models for the population, the people, and especially the youth, are not able to act as role models by saying something to the people, money dominates the society. The fact that corruption has become a "culture of dealings", that young people are growing up in this spirit, and that young people are repeating the actions of their parents, not their words. 9. Predominance of nepotism, familiarity, localism, greed and bribery over intelligence, talent, knowledge and experience in society. We have identified the causes of family divorces. Now let's talk about the methods used to reduce such decisions. One of the main tasks of the Ministry of Neighborhood and Family Support, which was established at the initiative of our country's president, is to uncover the historical roots of the family institution and develop family values. In this sense, during the past period, many practical works are being carried out by our state for the stability of families in our country, especially young families who are now stepping on the threshold of great life, and for their independent formation as a part of society. 16 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us In particular: - on strengthening the institution of the family, first of all, it was decided to carry out a unified state policy aimed at implementing the idea of "Healthy family - healthy society", and to organize targeted assistance to troubled and troubled families. ; - "Strengthening Family Values Commission" was established in the neighborhoods to strengthen families, prepare young people for families, identify the problems of families on the verge of divorce and eliminate them through specific diagnoses; - On June 10, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 367 "On organizing the activities of the Neighborhood and Family Research Institute under the Ministry of Neighborhood and Family Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted. Based on the decision No. 820 of December 31, 2020 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further develop the family institution and prepare young people for family life", district (city) neighborhood and family support Centers for preparation of young people for family life, which are planned to be established under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, are more significant as they will bring this method of work to a new level in the field. These decisions are currently being confirmed. As an example, a society called "Human" social services center was established. On the basis of this society, measures are taken to eliminate troubled families, families in need of help, and many similar problems. When we deal with families, first of all we need to study the family environment. after studying the factors that caused the divorce, we will make options for finding a solution to these reasons. In the case of material bias, we will try to find jobs that will be convenient for the couple in the family, if there are conflicts between the family members, psychological recommendations will be given to the family members, corrective work and training will be conducted. . If there are similar reasons for divorce in the family, dissatisfaction with each other or some kind of betrayal, then we will listen to both sides of the family and have conversations with them. We try to reduce separation as much as possible. A parent balances professional career and family responsibilities. As for the "innovative family model" (families of the post-Soviet space), this type of family is in line with the prospects for the development of society and the requirements of the world economy. This is, on the one hand, the intergenerational circulation of basic cultural values and attitudes, and on the other hand, attention is paid to the manifestation of family problems in a global rather than individual way, as well as the formation of a well-rounded personality, capable of creating and implementing innovative ideas. implies the responsibility of increasing the number of young people. Currently, scientists distinguish between traditional and modern family types. The form characteristic of our people is the traditional family, which is a multi-generational family built on the basis of mutual respect and solidarity, characterized by the high authority of the head of the family, valuing the elderly and caring for the children. According to the results of surveys conducted in families, it became known that there is a family model in Uzbekistan characterized by a specific hierarchy among family members, that is, the distribution of functions and tasks of family members. That is, there is a leader in the family - the head of the family, who is responsible for the order in the house and the responsibilities of the family members, who is considered to be the guarantee of resolving disputes and managing the family budget. In conclusion, it should be noted that young families have their own characteristics, and ensuring their positive balance and harmony serves the strength of the family. Also, according to scientists, the time required for a young family to strengthen and stand on its feet, to independently solve various household problems, actually depends on the sincere relationship of two married people to each other, different values of the family and its surroundings. it directly depends on their relatively harmonious views, the ability to apply in their own family what they saw as an example in their parents' family. In general, in the current period of renewal in our country, special importance is attached to the formation of young people, who are the builders of society, into spiritually rich, morally mature, highly educated, physically strong, fully matured individuals. A well-rounded person with high 17 Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us human qualities is formed first of all in the family, and there is no doubt that the family traditions he was brought up in are of great importance for him to gain a place in the society.
