Currently, the solution to this problem is related to the internationalization of education. A key component of the internationalization process is academic mobility. The main forms and directions of international cooperation between universities of different countries are similar. Today, private universities in our country should establish cooperation with internationally prestigious institutions of higher education and strengthen the exchange of experience. In recent years, higher education institutions in our republic have been expanding their scope of international cooperation. Among them are prestigious foreign universities, research centers, international donor organizations and international companies. After the independence of our country, the development of cooperation with leading foreign scientific centers in the field of higher education, the exchange of students, professors and researchers, and the expansion of acquaintance with modern researches in the field of science are a special priority. was formed. The Department of International Cooperation is one of the youngest and most enterprising departments at PERFECT UNIVERSITY in Tashkent. The main goal of the International Cooperation Department is to further improve the quality of education of PERFECT UNIVERSITY and bring it to an international level by successfully cooperating with the world's leading higher education institutions, centers and scientific organizations and by establishing an effective exchange of students. The Department of International Cooperation includes the following departments: 1) Department of International Relations; 2) Department of academic mobility. The main goals of the Department of International Cooperation: The purpose of the international relations department: Supporting bilateral and multilateral cooperation, cooperation with foreign higher education institutions, international agencies, foundations, foreign and international organizations; by developing and supporting international cooperation, the education of PERFECT UNIVERSITY , promoting and implementing international initiatives in the fields of scientific research and service; providing quality educational programs and services for PERFECT UNIVERSITY students and helping foreign students adapt to the university environment; international scholarships for PERFECT UNIVERSITY students, increase awareness of grants and other educational programs; to search for sources of financing of scientific researches and announce them to the public in a timely manner; financial support provided by "El-Yurt Umid" 227 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us fund, "Erasmus +", USAID, KOICA, GIZ, DAAD programs and other organizations and ensure the maximum effective use of other services. The purpose of the academic mobility department: coordination of international cooperation with foreign higher educational institutions and research institutions; bilateral exchange programs of students, professors and teachers in "Erasmus +", "UNICEN", "Fullbright" and other similar programs coordination of participation and support for their full use of the opportunities of these programs; organization and management of academic mobility of students, doctoral students and professors in educational, scientific and research programs, as well as ensuring the use of innovative tools in academic exchange programs; To help students, professors and other employees of PERFECT UNIVERSITY to actively participate in academic exchange programs implemented with partner universities; to effectively implement the exchange of experience between partner higher education institutions; to increase the quality of academic mobility and maintain development of new joint projects aimed at support; giving advice to the PERFECT UNIVERSITY council on increasing the characteristics of academic mobility and its impact on the development of the Central Asian educational system; development and implementation of questionnaires, seminar-trainings, joint programs and other such projects in connection with the expansion of the academic mobility program; preparation and formalization of documents on the participation of students and professors in the academic mobility program, etc. giving advice and instructions; organizing and coordinating activities of summer and winter schools. Within the framework of the agreement on "Cooperation in the field of education" between the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, established on November 8, 1999, a number of Uzbekistan in Chinese higher education institutions 40 students, candidates of sciences, and young specialists from higher education institutions are doing internship. Practice in Chinese higher education institutions is conducted in order to improve knowledge of Chinese language and literature, as well as various technical and natural sciences. Inviting foreign teachers and professors to work in higher educational institutions of the republic for the purpose of improving the educational process and exchanging experience; International cooperation in the field of higher education in the PRC, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Egypt, Sultanate of Oman, Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan , Ukraine and a number of other countries are implemented on the basis of intergovernmental and inter-governmental agreements. is carried out on the basis of contracts. In "PERFECT UNIVERSITY" a meeting was organized with representatives of the European University "Prague Institute of Management and Technology" It was attended by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board (CEO) of this university Burkhanov Umar Abdualimovich. At the meeting, a number of important issues were discussed, such as the internship of our students in prestigious higher educational institutions in Europe and the attraction of professors-teachers to our university. These agreements deal with the exchange of professors and students, their participation in various conferences and symposia, conducting joint scientific research, publishing scientific articles, etc. Higher education institutions of Uzbekistan British Council, Goethe has established close relations with the institute named after the German International Cooperation Society, the international cooperation agencies of Korea and Japan, the technical cooperation program of India and Malaysia, the UN Development Program, DB, ATB, ITB and others. 228 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us All these programs and projects are aimed at the development of higher education in the country, improvement of the educational and methodological process using advanced foreign experience, improvement of the qualifications of professors and teachers, expansion of student exchange. Higher education of Uzbekistan It is worth noting the active participation of European Union institutions in the Tempus and Erasmus Mundus education programs. At the moment, 20 projects of the European Union's Tempus educational program are implemented in the republic, and about 40 higher education institutions of Uzbekistan participate in them. The Tempus project is mainly devoted to the production of educational programs for master's and bachelor's degrees in the field of technical sciences and theoretical technologies. Higher educational institutions of the Republic work in cooperation with European universities on the development of new educational programs in various subjects and improvement of existing ones. In addition, the Tempus project provides an opportunity to provide participating higher education institutions with modern computer equipment and techniques. The Tempus project also aims to improve the qualifications of professors and teachers of higher education institutions. It should be noted that short-term seminars, scientific-practical conferences, training courses are held in European higher education institutions within the framework of the projects. participates in the Erasmus Mundus program aimed at strengthening cooperation. Within the framework of the programs, students and teachers will have the opportunity to do scientific practice in European higher education institutions. It should be noted that achieving a high ranking is a long-term effort that requires ongoing commitment, investment, and continuous improvement in various aspects of the university's operations. It's also important to note that rankings can vary depending on the methodology used by different ranking organizations, so universities should focus on holistic improvement rather than just chasing rankings. Currently, great attention is being paid to cooperation with foreign partners to attract foreign teachers and specialists to the educational process. The most active work in this direction is carried out with the international cooperation agencies of Korea and Japan, JICA and KOICA. References: 1.
