At the present time, the technologies of teaching Karakalpak folk language in senior classes of general secondary schools are of the pedagogical problems that have not been specially studied. This article considers the problem of the formation of innovative competence of future teachers based on digital technologies. The content of the concept of "innovative competence of the future teacher" is specified as a component of professional competence, which ensures the innovative level and quality of the educational process, the embodiment of the actual and potential abilities of its subjects. Keywords: competence, reflective competence, development of reflective competence, competencies, innovative competencies. In the world, research is being conducted in the directions of improving the scientific-theoretical, aesthetic and practical methods of pedagogy theory and teaching methodology, introducing innovative technologies into the training-educational system of pedagogy, defining the content of teaching-education and working out its dimensions. The rapidly developing and changing of the world's pedagogic science has led to significant changes in the educational system of our country in the process of globalization. This made the need to improve the educational process in terms of modern technologies, to determine the optimal orientations for updating the content of state education, to make productive use of national and foreign experiences, to improve the scientific- theoretical, practical, aesthetic and methodical aspects of education in the theory of pedagogy, to support strategies focused on deepening the knowledge of young people in the pedagogical educational institutions. In today's science of pedagogy, it was felt that there is a need for special research of educational ideas in Karakalpak folklore, and the service of educational-training views in rich folkloric works, the examples of folk pedagogy is special. In pedagogy, identifying the vital pedagogical and psychological aspects of education oriented to folk traditions, national values and heritage is becoming the main goal of education policy not only in the pedagogical sciences of the Republic 21 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us of Uzbekistan, but also in developed countries such as the USA, Japan, Germany, and South Korea. Research works have been carried out the scientists such as A.Zunnunov, K.Yuldoshev, M.Mirkosimova, S.Matjonov, R.Niyazmatova, K.Husanboeva, B.Tukhliev, K.A.Yusupov on improving the content of literary education in our country according to the updated pedagogical principles, improving pupils' linguistic richness and speech culture in accordance with the requirements of the time in teaching Karakalpak folklore in senior classes, organizing self-study works, increasing pupils ' ability to work with artistic texts, improving their ability of analyzing the folklore and to teach them to self-thinking. The issues of modernizing the teaching forms, paying attention to pedagogical ideas along with the traditional education in the educational system have been solved in the research works of the scientists of CIS such as Ya.Skalova, M.N.Skatkin, Ya.S.Rez, N.G.Taranosova, G.V. Marancman, V. M. Clarin, Sh. Islamov. The purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical, aesthetic, methodical aspects of the teaching methodology of Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes of general secondary schools in the form of a scientific system and to improve the ways of using them in pedagogical practice. The tasks of the research:  defining and improving the scientific-theoretical, artistic-aesthetic, pedagogical, and practical methodical sides of teaching methodology of Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes;  determining the content of teaching methods of Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes, working out the scientific data for creating study programs and lessons;  determining new forms of education, methods of using innovative technologies that provide effective education and good results in practice in teaching Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes, in accordance with the achievements of world pedagogy and methodology;  to determine the scientific and methodological aspects and didactic methods of analysis of the Karakalpak folklore presented in the subject program of Karakalpak literature intended for the senior classes; to stimulate the theoretical ideas on Karakalpak literature and inculcate the idea of national impartiality in the minds of pupils .  In the senior classes, to improve the literary competence of the pupils and improve their self- creative ability by analyzing the Karakalpak folklore. As an object of research the problems of learning the Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes of general secondary schools in the Republic of Karakalpakstan were taken. The subject of the study is to increase the effectiveness of teaching Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes of the general secondary schools, to determine new forms and methods of literary teaching, to develop the knowledge and skills of pupils, linguistic richness, content, forms, methods and tools of improving the oral and written speech culture. The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:  The scientific-theoretical basis of the methodology of pupils ' oral speech and written language development, principles of handbook forming, understanding, practical application of theoretical knowledge, oriented to work together with the teacher and pupils in the lessons, in the teaching of Karakalpak folklore in the classes is achieved in the basis of directing to the analytical, creative, alternative and divergent ratios;  providing the integration of communication with other sciences in classes of mixed, joint, competition, testing of pupils ' knowledge and skills in the senior classes based on Karakalpak folklore; cognitive, reflexive technologies, motivation of pupils , work on artistic texts have been achieved in the basis of effective solutions of problematic issues;  problematic and self-teaching forms of personal-oriented education based on the achievements of world pedagogy in the teaching of Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes, 22 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us methods of using creative, cognitive, heuristic innovative technologies that describe effective knowledge and give good results in practice is improved by developing the self-study abilities of the pupils ;  In the senior classes, the methodical collection of increasing pupils ' motivation and communicative competence in the lessons devoted to the Karakalpak folklore was developed in terms of authentic learning materials based on interactive methods (cluster, insert, brainstorming, and corner) and relevant recommendations and instructions were made on the use of modern teaching methods. The practical results of the research are as follows:  The experiences that give results in the teaching of Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes of the general secondary schools have been identified;  achievement of tangible indicators that follow a literature subject program, textbooks, and the methodical requirements in the basis of methodology of teaching the Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes are provided;  the methods of learning literary materials in developing pupils ' oral speech and written language were examined, were analyzed from the theoretical and methodological point of view, and the results were shown;  the methods of analyzing folklore works, giving the examples in lesson plans, the methodical skills of literature teachers was increased in the basis of the latest achievements of the methodology of teaching the Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes, as well as the quality of the results were determined in the basis of the theoretical concepts and practical recommendations. In the methodical works of the Methodist scholars K.Yoldashev [1], K.Khusanboeva [2], A.Omarov [3], A.Pakhratdinov [4], K.Yusupov [5] and others who are familiar with the handbooks and programs in the methods of teaching literature, the methodical opinions on teaching methods of literature in the schools, principles of subject program development, organizing lesson and its types, use of teaching methods, conducting the extracurricular activities. However, in the works of these methodologists, there were not enough opinions on the methodology of teaching Karakalpak folklore in the senior classes. Based on this point of view, when choosing the Karakalpak folklore included in the Karakalpak literature program for senior classes special attention is paid to introduce materials suitable for their mastery into the program, expand their understanding of literature, that the Karakalpak folklore included in the program are from the materials of the artistic and educational quality, taking into account the age and educational differences of pupils. Also, pupils acquire historical and literary theoretical knowledge, and manage the skills of analyzing and evaluating the work, and their language skills are developing. The content of the literature lesson is described in detail in the Karakalpak literature program. The content and learning procedure of the literature program for the senior grade are shown, as well as the importance of each topic. It contains the scientific-theoretical and literary concepts that need to be mastered, the amount of the hours to be separated for question-and-answer based on Karakalpak folklore, the types of oral and written work intended to be carried out from literature, inter-disciplinary connections, and a list of literary works for extracurricular reading is given. The national program on Karakalpak literature for the senior classes is learned in the basis of the principles of connection of art with life, history, unity of form and content. Pupils gradually understand and master these principles. The teacher is especially required to provide high-quality education to pupils , to develop them into aesthetically developed individuals. The literature program was developed according to the thematic principle, and the Karakalpak literature 23 AMERICAN Journal of Public Diplomacy and International Studies www. grnjournal.us program for upper classes was developed according to the chronological principle. Therefore, the materials to be taught are included in the program mainly in sequence. This program contains information about the characteristic features of literature. Some of the Karakalpak folklore is taught in a comprehensive and detailed project, while others are taught in a shorter project, and some are based on providing general information. However, in all of them, literary works are taught, importance is attached to effective reception of literary texts. They include all the information about the Karakalpak folklore. It is not limited to the appropriation of the text of the literary work, but also the aesthetic idea of the folklore is explained. Information about the folklore presented in the literature program is given to the pupils in the context of communication and discussion, and pupils make reports on some works. In the senior classes the materials of the literature theory about the Karakalpak folklore is not specially taught, but is taught based on the content of those literary works, the sequence of the problems of literature theory subject in the period of analyzing the main materials to be taught. In this way, concepts from the theory of literature are given. In addition to providing pupils with a brief understanding of the theory of literature, it is also important to develop the skills of using it during practical work. As the classes increased, the materials given from the theory of literature are expanded. It is main task to carry out the work of strengthening and revising knowledge on teaching literature lessons in the senior classes. For this, the appropriate hour is divided in the program, it is necessary to use it. The review lesson is conducted during the process of reading and learning the literary work, as well as in the process of completing the work on that literary work, as much as possible, in the process of connecting the new material to the previous material. The teacher should not build the review lesson only on the topic of speaking, but should have in the basis of the reviewing the root of taught material, and in addition, pupils should be taught at the level of providing extra new knowledge. It is known that the language is the main tool of Karakalpak folklore, and the first element. The idea and image of the composition is conveyed through artistic words.
