ajrhss-1333	Danchenkov Valentin Ivanovich	NATIONALITY SECURITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN ISSUES OF DEVELOPMENT AND ADOPTION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF INFORMATION SECURITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN	2023	9	.pdf	application/pdf	4978	123	15	Neo The need for the earliest application and implementation of the Concept of Information Security in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is caused by the following factors: - creation of its own information space on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, strengthening its role as a fundamental element of the economic development of Uzbekistan as a sovereign state of the Central Asian region; - the need to include information security as a key element in the implementation of the national Action Strategy, including plans and measures to create a digital economy in the country; - emergence of a new area of public relations on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, relations in the field of information security protection; - the need to define the essence and subject of information security of Uzbekistan as a new regulatory institution, a separate legal phenomenon in the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; - the need to establish fundamental institutions of state policy to protect the national interests of Uzbekistan in the field of information exchange between the subjects of the world information environment; American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 17 Oct., 2023 P a g e | 65 www.americanjournal.org - the need to determine and assign the appropriate legal status to entities in the field of information security, which will be given appropriate powers to protect the national interests of Uzbekistan in the information environment; - the need for the widespread integration of Uzbekistan into the system of international bodies, institutions, communities endowed with the functions of protecting information security at the regional and global levels; - the need to search, develop, introduce into widespread practice a number of software products produced in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which can successfully function and compete with the best software products in the global market of software products and services, including in the field of information security; - the need to establish contacts, exchange experience between domestic bodies and institutions in the field of information security with institutions and organizations of a similar profile abroad; development of common systemic approaches to solving regional and global problems in the field of information security; - the need to develop appropriate domestic theoretical and practical effective mechanisms for responding to risks, challenges and threats in the field of information security.
