Pedagogical Council operates in pre-school educational organizations in order to develop and improve the educational process, coordinate all organizational issues related to the organization's activities, and develop professional skills and creativity of pedagogues. Results The most important tool of pedagogical experience is the pedagogical council, where collective pedagogical ideas are gathered, educational work is managed in cooperation. The Pedagogical Council examines the activities of the pedagogical team of the organization in order to acquire the knowledge, skills and qualifications necessary for the students to acquire on the basis of "state requirements for the development of children of primary and preschool age in the Republic of Uzbekistan". It is known that if a methodist works in a preschool education organization, the activity of the director will be more effective. Because the director managed the educational work, and the methodist was his first assistant. Below we will focus on the main directions of the Methodist organization of preschool education: Work with educators • Introducing the new legal regulations in the preschool education system. • Assist educators in keeping case files and giving advice on how to write a plan • Giving advice on the organization of educational processes for young professionals. Conducts conversation, dispute, discussion, business games and discusses pedagogical situations. He gives individual and group counseling to educators, helps them improve their pedagogical experience and skills. The most important factor in the organization of methodical work is the equipment of the methodical room. In the Methodist room, a bank of best practices is collected, lectures and methodical recommendations for educators, work plans and visual aids, scenarios of events organized in cooperation with parents, audio and video recordings, samples of children's creative works, didactic handouts prepared by educators are kept. It is important that the materials in the Methodist room are correctly selected and equipped, for example, pictures of children's life, educational processes, holiday mornings, entertainment hours, games and work. However, there must be methodical resources for all age groups, for example: there must be methodical instructions for organizing activities in development centers, for all types of games (didactic, peaceful, active, plot-role, creative), and for organizing children's work. American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 15 August, 2023 P a g e | 109 www.americanjournal.org Separate documents are recorded for legal and regulatory documents and instructions. In addition, the activities of the music director, physical education instructor, psychologist and speech therapist are monitored, and all their documents are monitored. One of the main factors of improving the organization of pre-school education is to improve the management of educational processes and establish administration and economic activities. In the Methodist activity, he regularly studies and summarizes the best practices, demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired in the course of educational work. Also, in the methodist's documents, there should be a development map of educational and educational materials related to the areas of child development. One of the important pedagogical conditions of methodical service is to fulfill the requirements of parents. Interviews are organized with families to find solutions to the problems of raising children. All educators participate in the discussion process, thus both parents and educators are provided with methodical assistance. It is recommended to create conditions for all-round development of children in the family. Educators are taught the importance of protecting children's rights, strengthening their health, humanizing education, and first of all, paying attention to changes in children's education, taking into account the individual characteristics of children.
