Introduction After the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a number of processes took place that had a positive effect on the factors that form the family environment. First of all, it is necessary to mention the economic processes. For example, as a result of the economic reforms carried out in the country, the nature of the national economy has changed radically. Today, the economy of Uzbekistan has become a sector capable of ensuring the stable development of the country. There is no doubt that the effective completion of economic reforms and stable economic development will serve to increase the well-being of families, raise the standard of living, further culturalize the way of life, and make the environment healthier. Bringing private property under the protection of the law, ensuring and legally guaranteeing the inviolability of the private property of the country's citizens was an important step not only for economic development, but also for increasing family income. Because this situation created real opportunities for the development of small business and entrepreneurship, for citizens to engage in entrepreneurship on a large scale. As a result, a large part of the economically active population of the country began to work in the private sector, which significantly increased the income of families employed in this sector, and raised the standard of living. The growing production of consumer goods also has a positive effect on the family environment. Cheap and adequate food is one of the main factors of people's satisfaction. In order to ensure this, "in the last 3 years, 28 trillion soums of credit funds have been allocated for the development of food, livestock, fruit and vegetable and other branches of agriculture. Projects worth 11 trillion soums were implemented in the area of livestock breeding alone" [ Tashkulov A. et al. A scientific and popular treatise on the promotion among the general public of the priorities to be implemented in connection with the achievement of strategic goals in 2021 based on the consistent continuation of economic reforms in the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Oliy American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 17 Oct., 2023 P a g e | 11 www.americanjournal.org Majlis. T-"Spirituality"-2021, p. 140]. Such information can also be given about household appliances and furniture, household appliances, household products in the country. Changes in the consumer market contribute significantly to the radical change in the quality of life of Uzbek families, and to the increase in its level. In the ranking of economic freedom, Uzbekistan rose to 144th place among 182 countries according to the freedom index. achieved due to indicators. The concept of socio-economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 envisages reducing the level of tension in the labor market, increasing the income of the population and reducing poverty, creating favorable conditions for the development and protection of entrepreneurship, in particular, the development of family business. The formation of this type of business will also serve to expand the material capabilities of families and improve the health of the family environment in the near future. The positive impact of the reforms in the legal sphere on the family environment is clearly visible. During the years of independence, the attitude of the state to the family changed radically, strengthening the institution of the family became a priority of the state policy. An important document defining this policy - the concept of strengthening the family institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan was adopted. "Oila" scientific and practical research center was reorganized in order to implement this concept. The attitude of the state to the family can be seen from the "Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan", implemented on September 1, 1998. In it, first of all, the tasks of legal acts on the family include strengthening the family, building family relationships on the basis of mutual love, trust and respect, solidarity, helping each other and the sense of responsibility of all its members before the family, any it was determined that it is not allowed to interfere arbitrarily in family matters, family members exercise their rights without hindrance and ensure that these rights are protected. Secondly, it was recognized that men and women have equal rights in family relations. Thirdly, it was emphasized that citizens have equal rights in family relations. Fourthly, legal norms for protection of family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood were defined. Fifth, the cases related to the use of local customs and traditions in family relations were clearly expressed. Also, like the "Iron Book" system established by the head of our state on October 8, 2020 for the purpose of social protection of the population in order to increase the role of women and young people in society and ensure employment, for families in need of financial aid and assistance, now young people and women are given social, legal , to provide psychological support, to support unemployed young people and women who are interested in education and vocational training, "Youth register", "Women's register" in every neighborhood, district, city and province. "The fact that the establishment is determined confirms that the government pays a lot of attention to this direction. Children of needy families, true orphans, children with disabilities and those in need of treatment, special kindness, establishment of a new system for adoption of orphans, implementation of measures aimed at protecting the interests of the family, The formation of a mood of glorifying the family and the child in the society also indicates that the state's attitude towards the family is humane in nature. The introduction of the social protection system in the country, which has no analogues in the world, created a real mechanism for supporting families. According to this system, self-government bodies of citizens have the ability to determine the financial capabilities of families and provide them with independent assistance and social protection. The introduction of a unique social protection system removed the risk of low-income families being left without a source of livelihood. American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 17 Oct., 2023 P a g e | 12 www.americanjournal.org As a result of the above measures, the institution of the family in Uzbekistan has been further strengthened, national values related to the family have been restored, its economic opportunities have expanded, and international norms related to family relations have been put into circulation. The family policy of the state led to more humane relations between family members, strengthening of solidarity and goodwill in it. The factors that shape the environment in Uzbek families are also changing under the influence of the reforms implemented in the social sphere in the country. In this place, first of all, it is necessary to emphasize the activities related to the decision of a healthy lifestyle among citizens, its promotion and promotion. The policy of the state to improve the ecological situation created a foundation for the formation of a healthy lifestyle in the family. For example, in Uzbekistan, measures to provide the population with drinking water are carried out on the basis of a special program. In the following years, efforts aimed at improving the environment intensified. Activities aimed at improving the ecological situation in cities and villages are also having a significant effect. Also, the reforms implemented in the healthcare system during the years of independence strengthened the foundations of a healthy lifestyle in the family. As a result, "the average life expectancy of our citizens increased from 67 years in 1990 to 74 years in 2017". [Mirziyoyev Sh. The work of a people with a great intention will be great, their life will be bright and their future will be prosperous. T-"Uzbekistan"-2019, p. 72] The reduction of anemia in women and the reduction of child mortality rates are also the result of these reforms. In our country, the concept of the development of the health care system in 2019-2025 to further improve the health of the population was adopted. In our country, the role of women in society is increasing year by year, which also serves to improve the health of the family environment. It is becoming the main task of our government, local governors, and the general public to further increase the place and status of our mothers and women in society, to restore their dignity, and to ease their burden. The work done to fulfill this task is distinguished by its importance. For example, in order to increase the influence of women in the society, under the regional branches of the Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "Women Lawyers", "Women and Health", "Women of Honor", "Science and Women", "Creative Women" , "Entrepreneurial women", "XXI century woman" public associations, "Olima" association of women scientists of Uzbekistan, "Tadbirkor Ayl" association of businesswomen of Uzbekistan are operating. Also, "Of the 150 deputies elected to the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Assembly, 48 or 32 percent were women. And in the Senate, this figure reached almost 25 percent." he spiritual and cultural processes that took place in Uzbekistan during the years of independence had a profound effect on the factors that form the family environment. These processes are distinguished by their content richness and multifacetedness. The restoration of the national education system was especially important. As a result, the relationship between parents and children acquired a national character. During the years of independence, the restoration of historical memory and religious values also served to improve relations between family members. "...The Holy Qur'an, four volumes of authentic hadiths of Imam Bukhari, authentic hadiths of Imam al-Tirmidhi, and the works of a number of our religious scholars were published in Uzbek for the first time" contributed immeasurably to the development of the religious culture of our people. [Erkaev A. Spiritual science. T-"Spirituality"-2018, p. 461] American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 17 Oct., 2023 P a g e | 13 www.americanjournal.org The reforms implemented in the field of education also left a significant mark on the family environment. Already, as our head of state has noted, "based on the needs of the times, we have started to implement huge reforms in the education system". [Mirziyoev Sh. The approval of our people is the highest evaluation given to our activities. T-"Uzbekistan"-2018, p. 447] Including transition to an 11- year system in general secondary education, optimization of academic lyceums and vocational colleges, establishment of new higher education and branches, private Our people are satisfied with the reforms implemented to increase the number of higher education institutions and open part-time and evening departments of higher education. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5847 "On approval of the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030" introduces the system of self-financing of higher education institutions step by step. The definition of the tasks of transferring, ensuring financial stability, and improving the labor payment system was a practical expression of changes in this field. Also, the ongoing reforms to expand the network of pre-school educational institutions, train pedagogic personnel and public education workers, and improve the system of improving their qualifications ultimately serve the development of the sector. The level of preschool education coverage of young children has doubled over 4 years and reached 60%, the level of youth education coverage has increased from 9% to 25%. [ Tashkulov A et al. Scientific and popular pamphlet on the promotion among the general public of the priorities to be implemented in connection with the achievement of strategic goals in 2021 based on the consistent continuation of economic reforms in the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Oliy Majlis. T- "Spirituality"-2021, p. 132] Also, the large scope of practices such as training and retraining of young people for professions that are in high demand in the modern labor market expands the possibilities of preparing children for family life and instilling them with national family values. After the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, such a powerful development of the education system, optimization of educational areas based on the requirements of the national economy, expanded the career opportunities of future parents, increased their cultural level. created conditions for their continuous improvement. These changes not only made the environment in existing families more healthy, but also created a solid foundation for the health of the environment in the families that will be established in the future, and the expansion of young people's ideas about the family. The economic, political-legal, social, spiritual and cultural processes that took place in Uzbekistan during the years of independence had a serious impact on the nature of relationships in Uzbek families. In particular: First, the growing family budget increases the level of satisfaction of family members with the social system, which gives a positive character to the relations between family members. Family relations are organized not on the basis of reproaches and grudges, but on the basis of mutual goodwill, honesty, truthfulness, and solidarity. Secondly, the new positive trends in providing families with housing strengthened citizens' confidence in the future, made it possible to make long-term plans related to family development. This situation laid the foundation for building family relationships based on the principles of hard work ("honest work will pay off sooner or later"). American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 17 Oct., 2023 P a g e | 14 www.americanjournal.org Thirdly, the increase in the level of providing families with various consumer products, home furnishings, and household appliances increased the level of well-being of families, made their moral and spiritual condition even healthier. These changes led to more humane family relations. Fourthly, as a result of the modernization of the cultural level of citizens, "national and universal way of life and faith are embodied in family relations. Fifthly, the creation of real opportunities for citizens to acquire professions and increase their positions, the functioning of the "economic elevator" in society, the formation of a mechanism for identifying talented young people, increases people's confidence in social justice. This trust encourages to build relationships between family members based on the principles of justice. To sum up, in the years of independence, under the influence of a number of economic, political- legal, social, spiritual and cultural processes, the family budget began to grow, new trends in providing families with housing appeared, and various needs of families The level of provision of goods, home furnishings, and household appliances has increased, the cultural level of parents has begun to modernize, opportunities for their education, occupation, and promotion have expanded. All this strengthened the principles of mutual goodwill, honesty, truthfulness, hard work, justice in family relations, domesticated national and universal characteristics in it.
