American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences ISSN (E): 2832-8019 Volume 18, | November, 2023 P a g e | 114 www.americanjournal.org THE ROLE OF THE INTERNET AND MORAL PROPAGANDA IN THE INDOCTRINATION OF CHILDREN FOR NATIONAL FAMILY VALUES Aziza Turayeva, Senior Lecturer of the Karshi State University A B S T R A C T K E Y W O R D S The article reveals the need to instill national family values in children in the modern conditions of globalization. In this regard, special attention is paid to the fact that the Internet and spiritual propaganda are the most effective means. Globalization, family, family environment, family values, national family values. Internet, Internet culture, moral propaganda. Introduction The process of globalization leads to an increase in information and information promoting immorality, to the penetration into our country of films highlighting an unhealthy lifestyle, to the emergence of a gap between the value system of parents and children. These factors lead to changes in the behavior of children in the family. Therefore, these processes put on the agenda the issue of instilling national family values in children in a new reality, the study of factors to increase its effectiveness. It is no coincidence that the head of our state in his "New Strategy of Uzbekistan" stated that in order to create a new spiritual space, it is urgently necessary to implement measures aimed at eradicating such vices as neglect of family values and an irresponsible approach to the education of young people1. However, the process of globalization, which has intensified at the end of the last century, has begun to threaten all elements of nationalism, and is also threatening the nature of national family values. For example, "the ancient Christian values of the Western way of life, such as self-sacrifice, kindness, loyalty, and faith, were supplanted by individualistic views focused only on the satisfaction of personal interests" led to the crisis of family-marriage relations in the Western world2. This led to a crisis of family and marriage relations in the Western world. And the process of globalization is spreading this evil all over the planet with the help of rapidly developing new information technologies. This vice threatens the family values not only of the Uzbek people, but also of all peoples. It can be seen that the rapidly changing social reality in the context of globalization generates more and more new problems related to the preservation of national family values. As a result, it is necessary to find new aspects of the possibilities of literature and art, cinema and theater, television and radio, newspapers and magazines, the Internet and a system of spiritual propaganda for instilling family 1 Мирзиёев Ш. This is an effective way to preserve a healthy environment in an Uzbek family in the new century. By the third decade of the XXI century, the rapid development of the Internet puts on the agenda the need to use its capabilities to instill national family values in children. Today, the Internet has become one of the most effective and influential mass media. The most important thing is that today the Internet is a factor in the development of human culture. Thanks to him, there are almost no "closed cultures" left by the XXI century, the dialogue between national cultures has increased and intensified. The phenomenon of the Internet opens up new prospects for the development of human culture. The Internet attracts more and more users to its network. Of course, there are good reasons for this. For example, the Internet preserves the anonymity of a person during a virtual conversation, allowing him to create his own image based on the desired characteristics. There are also many opportunities to search for the necessary materials, obtain information, join various clubs, purchase goods via the Internet. This is a characteristic feature of the culture of the information age: we participate in social relations and satisfy our needs through virtual reality1. In recent years, the number of Internet users in Uzbekistan has increased dramatically. In particular, by 2022, the number of Internet service users in the country will exceed 20 million people. Further growth of this indicator is expected in the future. Because tariffs for Internet services are gradually decreasing in the country. The establishment of an Internet connection service via fiber provides new convenience for users. The fact that the number of users is increasing every year makes the Internet an important tool for instilling national family values in the minds of children. But when it comes to the use of these opportunities, there are many shortcomings and neglect. In particular, the promotion of national values through the Internet has not yet acquired a systematic character. This situation also harms the promotion of national family values. In order to make wider use of Internet opportunities for inculcating national family values in the minds of children, the following should be paid attention to: a) On the website of the "Family" scientific-practical center, it is necessary to regularly post materials that shed light on the history of the Uzbek family, the specific characteristics of family relations, the authority of the father and mother in the family, the content of national family values, and the factors that threaten the Uzbek family today; b) It is also desirable to organize an electronic magazine called "Family". For Uzbek youth who are getting used to spending most of their time using the Internet, acquiring a profession through distance learning methods and methods, and receiving information in electronic form, this magazine will become a source of learning family values; v) It is also important to form a mechanism for immediate response to certain slanders spread through Internet pages. In this case, it is especially effective if the title of the article prepared as a response to the slander is set as the title of the opponent's article and placed on the site that spreads the slander. Such actions frustrate efforts to push national family values out of children's minds; 1 Қаранг: Петров В.П. Интернет в мировом информационном пространстве// Основы безопасности жизнеде- ятельности. - 2008. - № 8.- C.50. American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 18 Nov., 2023 P a g e | 116 www.americanjournal.org g) formation of the culture of Internet use among young people has become more relevant. To fulfill this task, it is required to increase the efficiency of the media education process for young people, to provide information about the main subjects in the information space and their goals. Taking into account that the majority of Internet service users are young people, it becomes clear that the above recommendations are of serious social importance. Time dictates turning the inculcation of national family values into one of the main directions of spiritual propaganda. Because in many developed countries, the factors that erode the family as a social institution and degrade its values are increasing more and more. For example, in America, there are attempts to replace the words "father" and "mother" with the words "birth #1" and "birth #2". And in Sweden, kindergartens are opening where children are not divided according to their sexual characteristics. However, at the age of 4-5, it is necessary for a child to identify himself as a person, to know his gender well. Otherwise, the degradation of his personality will begin.1 In a situation where such absurd proposals and "innovations" are increasing, only a well-planned spiritual propaganda can comprehensively protect the national family values. In our country, where 650-700 thousand children are born every year, the number of children of preschool age exceeds 4 million. It is also a fact that the cartoons created for national education in our republic represent a very small percentage of the films watched by children. However, in developed countries, cartoons are a convenient and popular way to polish the minds of young people. At the new stage of our independence, special attention is paid to spiritual propaganda. This is evidenced by the adoption by the President of our country Sh.M.Mirziyoyev on March 26, 2021 "On measures to radically improve the system of spiritual and educational work". Among the specific changes in the structure of the Republican Council of Spirituality and Enlightenment - the department "Digital Propaganda", the structure of the propaganda society "Marifat", the creation of the Institute of Social and Spiritual Research, the publication of literature on methods and methods of spiritual propaganda, etc. are proof of this. The presentation by the head of our state to the scientific community of the work "New Strategy of Uzbekistan" gave a new spirit and a new meaning to activities in this direction. It would not be an exaggeration to say that today there is not a single town or village in our country that is not affected by spiritual propaganda. It is also worth noting that in recent years the activity of spiritual propaganda in Uzbekistan has acquired a systematic character. At the same time, there are aspects of spiritual propaganda that have not yet received sufficient attention. In particular, the promotion of national family values has not yet become an important area of spiritual work. The use of new information technologies in spiritual events is also far from the requirements of the time. The preservation of old, inefficient methods and methods also reduces the effectiveness of activities. In order to increase the effectiveness of moral education, instill national family values in the minds and activities of children, it is necessary to pay attention to the following: a) the promotion of national family values should become one of the important areas of spiritual and educational activities carried out in the regions; b) it is necessary to establish the use of electronic means in spiritual events, taking into account the propensity of young people to use information technology; 1 Қаранг: “Оно” пошло в детский сад.// Аргументы и факты.- 2011.- №29.- С.32. American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 18 Nov., 2023 P a g e | 117 www.americanjournal.org c) On the basis of the center for spiritual advancement, create a resource bank called "Modern methods and methods of spiritual advancement", which should summarize the most effective methods of spiritual advancement of the world. The implementation of these measures creates great opportunities for the introduction of national family values into the consciousness of children, protects the institution of the family from modern spiritual threats. In conclusion, in order to prevent the negative consequences of the globalization process and make the family environment healthier, it is necessary to pay special attention to the issues of introducing national family values into the consciousness and activities of children. To do this, it is necessary to make greater use of the potential of the Internet and spiritual propaganda. The realization of these opportunities has a positive effect on the behavior of children in the family and in society. References 1.Мирзиёев Ш.
