In European countries, such as Germany and France, internships are an important part of the education system. In Germany, there is a "Dual Education" system, in which students learn theoretical knowledge and practice at the workplace. This approach is effective in preparing students for the job market, as students gain real-world experience in their field. Student internships in Australia are supported by many universities. Students take advantage of the opportunities offered by universities for internships in their fields. Australian universities work with employers to create internships and guide students through the employment process. This process provides an opportunity for students to test their skills and expand their professional network. The process of planning professional internships is carried out according to the needs of students and the requirements of employers. Universities consult with students and choose internships that match their interests and goals. Monitoring and evaluation are important in the process of professional internships. In the process of professional practice, students develop communication skills in the workplace. They acquire the skills to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and superiors, express their ideas clearly, and listen. During the internship, students develop the skills of planning their work, time management and prioritizing tasks. These skills help them organize their work effectively. Students learn to develop new ideas and solutions during practice. They develop innovative thinking skills and have the opportunity to introduce innovations in their fields. Professional practice teaches students to understand professional ethics and responsibility. They develop the skills of following ethical standards at work, making responsible decisions and taking their work seriously. During the internship, students learn to evaluate and develop their abilities. They learn the skills they need to identify their strengths and weaknesses, create a self-development plan, and achieve their goals. The internship process provides opportunities for students to develop many important skills. These skills will improve their professional preparation, help them to be competitive in the job market and lay the groundwork for their future success. During the internship, students will have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, learn new skills, and gain experience necessary for professional development. Conclusion: Management of the processes of organizing and conducting continuous professional practice of students can be effectively implemented on the basis of foreign experiences. Approaches used in the US, Europe and Australia provide opportunities for students to gain practical experience, develop professional skills and prepare for the job market. It is possible to further improve the higher education system in Uzbekistan by studying and implementing these experiences. This increases the opportunity for students to develop their skills and prepare for professional life. References 1.Bobokalonov, M. K., & Khamdamova, D. (2022).
