The article discusses the organization of individual educational work with personal content. Individual discipline, one-order conversation, one-order approach, observation, passing documents, conversation, tempolandament, studying individual-psychological characteristics of an individual. Joseph José Haggai Introduction Individual educational and ideological work is not scheduled on the agenda, but after basic training, independent preparation or personal content can be carried out at personal and leisure times, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays of the week. Individual moral and spiritual activities are regularly conducted with military personnel. The results of a single-order moral and spiritual work conducted by the command, military administrations, commanders, and their deputies with military personnel under their control are recorded in the "Diary for the Study of Individual Psychological Characteristics of an Individual." The main areas of individual educational and ideological workare: - planning the work of studying them separately in educating those under their control; - organize the work of commanders, chiefs, officers of the headquarters, junior commanders and activists in the process of conducting separate practical work with personal content, teaching and conducting practical work; - assistance and control over officers and sergeants, activists in the organization of individual educational and ideological work; - share and generalize the experience of conducting one-order work among commanders and activists; - analyze the state of discipline and ideology carried out in a single order and find ways to address its shortcomings; - constant analysis of the results of individual educational and ideological work; - promotion and promotion of advanced experiences through the press; - encourage small commanders and activists for exemplary work between personal content. The results of individual educational and ideological work are recorded on a diary of studying the individual psychological characteristics of military personnel and individuals. Methods of discipline and ideology in a single order : - tracking; - studying documents; - a one-order conversation. Observation involves conducting the subordinate in different conditions and studying his or her attitude toward different situations. The process of observation focuses on the submissive's appearance with the inner world—his expression on his face, changes in mood, mimicry, and gestures. Studying documents plays an important role in producing an initial impression of the subordinate being studied. Through the documents, we may collect such information as the subordinate's surname, patronymic, patronymic, year of birth, month, nationality, family status, specialty and behavior, health, and so on. Personal documents are carefully studied. One-order conversation is a method that is the main method of single-order moral and spiritual work. It allows everyone to study deeply, to have an educational influence, and to mobilize them to carry out any task. Therefore, it is the duty of each commander and team activist to master the style of conducting a one-order conversation.
