American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences ISSN (E): 2832-8019 Volume 12, | May, 2023 P a g e | 12 www.americanjournal.org THE ROLE OF WORK IN HUMAN AESTHETIC ACTIVITY Yuldasheva Matluba Munavarovna Associate Professor of Kokand State Institute Pedagogical A B S T R A C T K E Y W O R D S The main focus of the article is on the human factor, on the historical diversity of the ability to work, as well as on the qualitative processes inherent in the labor process, and on the aesthetic pleasure of a person in the pursuit of creative and high goals. Man, work, history, need, activity, society, process, virtue, pleasure, skill, knowledge, consciousness, beauty, growth, perfection, production Introduction Man created history only with the ability to work, changed nature for its intended purpose, understood beauty and, in a new way, gave rise to new values. Naturally, in order for a person to live and develop, it was necessary, first of all, to have favors that satisfy material needs, to cultivate them. In this sense, one breath did not cease to satisfy one's own needs, was unable to create material goods, and this process proceeded endlessly-without borders. So, as Gegel wrote, "the satisfaction of needs cannot be achieved in absolute terms, whereas they are refreshed tirelessly and without interruption: There is no end to satisfying such needs as food, satiety, dreaming, hunger and fatigue will continue to appear from the head again tomorrow" [1]. Main Part Naturally, the labor process of a person is extremely colorful. It consists, first of all, in the organization of qualitative qualities inherent in the labor process, States of rejection of activity, social meaning and essence of Labor, the process of Labor. Let's briefly dwell on the features of labor in raising human spirituality. The labor process occurs as a result of human aspiration, behavior, the fulfillment of certain actions. A person who is interested in the success of his work strives to perform actions perfectly. Ultimately, the results will depend not only on the means of production, but also on the characteristics of its specific actions, that is, its activity in production. At the same time, dexterity, a skill that cannot be equated with ordinary competence are embodied, consequently, labor is the totality of creative processes. Behavior that has become a qualification is a condition for the successful implementation of work. Consequently, the labor process goes through regular changes and in a lively way, not only perfecting, but at the same time instilling new skills. It is not today that the emergence of skill to a certain extent occurs in the meh-nat process and requires initiative, creative intuition, courage from a person. Therefore, the concept of skill also includes excellent knowledge of the processing of material properties, skill in the use of Labor weapons, a correct understanding of Will and situation, and stable American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 12, May, 2023 P a g e | 13 www.americanjournal.org initiative. Naturally, it is impossible for a person not to be satisfied with this state and the results achieved, not to cheer up, not to succumb to creative feelings. This is an aesthetic feeling that is caused by the absorption and exaltation of actions under the influence of the same labor. As it expresses the standard of perfection in the labor process, skill becomes a source of aesthetic pleasure. It should be remembered that the aesthetic meaning of Labor will also depend on the characteristics of the course of activity. A person is satisfied with his work, enjoys, aesthetically enjoys, when he freely pursues his physical and spiritual abilities, contemplating creative and high goals. Regardless of the content of the activity and its dependence on the conditions, when Labor is free, the results of which a person is interested and enjoys, when he directs his creative abilities to high educational goals, he acquires an aesthetic character. Ghafur Ghulam- " what is beauty?"wrote in the poem," beauty is to work, to sweat the forehead, to do what is beautiful, to be reconciled with praise!” [2]. However, the aesthetic feeling that is born in the process of Labor does not mean simply enjoying the appearance of performance. It becomes as creative as a game in activity, retains the meaning of socio- volatility, manifests itself in a serious and complex way of activity, even if it is carried out in a free, natural way. Therefore, the aesthetic pleasure that is born in the process of Labor will be connected with the spirit of his vital creativity, with the realization of this thoughtful, Botanic essence. A person feels creative even when he employs some simple, at first glance simple actions in the process of Labor, realizes the meaning of his labor as a re-creation. The live labor process constitutes a more complex structure - the production structure. In the process of production, people have a certain social attitude towards each other and the means of production. Naturally, in the preparation of products, it is necessary to fulfill a complex task, such as the provision of certain labor weapons (machine, machine tool, armor, etc.), as well as their intended placement and interaction. All this constitutes social production, which takes place at a certain pace, has its own function, structure, organizational appearance. This structure acquires aesthetic expressiveness with a high degree of well-being and perfection. A highly organized process, the picture of its embodiment and rejection at a certain pace has an aesthetic effect on people, generating emotional uplift that evokes a creative attitude to activity. The history of aesthetic activity shows that in almost all peoples, the aesthetic properties and properties of materials whose processing is necessary, such as wood, clay, plaster, glass, were learned in the process of Labor and were used creatively in the creation of works of art. For example, Uzbek poetry is known to be widely used, especially in classical literature, epithets and metaphors related to flora and fauna. These can include the image of the sun, moon, Cypress, ohu, etc. Stone and wood processing served as an object that represented artistic labor and skill in the aesthetics of the peoples of Central Asia. In addition, natural materials such as bone, Chi, skin, lime, Clay have been widely used in fine art as a means of demonstrating creative aesthetic ability and satisfying needs. As the researchers write,"in the practical use of the product, it is given an aesthetic assessment" [3]. The aesthetic essence of Labor will largely depend on the social conditions in which it is carried out. In the recent past, Labor, subordinated to the foundations of communist ideology, social ownership, creative freedom, ability, personal interest in a person, leads him to spiritual impoverishment, and, most importantly, "alienates" the results of his own labor, leading to the formation of immortality moods. Independence put an end to the alienation of labor from the individual and created Real conditions for its full and comprehensive manifestation of spiritual and creative forces. Such American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 12, May, 2023 P a g e | 14 www.americanjournal.org opportunities, especially in the conditions of political, socio-economic freedom in our republic, paved the way for the development of the creative abilities of the individual, the legal guarantee of the inviolability of private property, the comprehensive support of ownership and entrepreneurship, the manifestation of the true essence of man in the process of Labor. Conclusion In the conditions of market relations, the validity of competition has made it a necessary need to provide a wide range of creative activity, create quality products from producers of material goods, and grow goods in accordance with the artistic and aesthetic tastes and needs of consumers. Increased aesthetic standards and requirements for labor processes and production of products, which brought great attention to the application of modern technologies, innovative projects to production and aging, in particular, designer activities, production and industrial aesthetics become the most attractive and productive sphere. Thus, labor exerts a strong and multifaceted influence on a person, giving aesthetic meaning and meaning to his activities, promoting spiritual maturation. Well, labor acquires aesthetic meaning in a person by combining knowledge, experience, willpower and character. References 1. Гегель. Эстетика. В 4-х томах. Т.1.-М: Искусство, 1968; 2.
