Family conflicts, Marriage, Conflict, destructiveness and creativity, Aggression, Selfishness. Destructive constructive Compliance INTRODUCTION The family is one of the incomparable national and universal values. The family is the smallest social unit of society, its basis. At the same time, the family is an institution that forms a high-level system of human values and a center of spiritual and moral education. It is in the family that most humanitarian values are brought up, cultivated and propagated. Every people and national traditions pay special attention to preparing young people for family life. However, based on the rapid growth rates in modern societies and the strong influence of a person's enormous social activity on his family and family members' relations, national traditions and current and newly emerging questions cannot be fully answered. Therefore, it is necessary to combine national traditions with universal theoretical knowledge of family life. A person enters into various social relations with other people in his life from childhood. Human life is a continuous process of various relationships with others. And these relations do not always continue smoothly, smoothly and peacefully. The smooth continuation of life is disturbed by various disputes and conflicts. We call them conflicts. The problem of regulating family conflicts is to some extent a part of the problem of managing family processes. The main ideas developed by science about its management are of great importance in finding clear methods and ways of managing conflict situations. Are conflicts a bad thing, or do conflicts have their own positive aspects?! Is conflict destructive, or does it have creative features?! Is conflict violence, or is it a basis for teaching people to communicate?! Naturally, the answers to these questions prove that the meaning and essence of the conflict is much broader than we think, and our traditional views are limited and far from the real situation. American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 12, May, 2023 P a g e | 34 www.americanjournal.org It is the main duty of a person to grow into a generation worthy of society and a mature person in a family based on honest work, sincerity and love. The main purpose of starting a family after marriage is the continuation of the human generation. And society consists of a collection of families. Not making a mistake in getting married leads to finding a strong family. A family based on harmonious, harmonious living, honest work and love plays a major role in bringing up a generation worthy of the society, moral, pure, devoted to the work of the society. The new generation has an impact on the development of society and the growth of social construction. Family relations are not pure "personal relations", family and family relations directly influence the development of the state and society, their spiritual wealth. Therefore, family and family relations are regulated by extremely important social norms and legal norms. Family is the basis of natural development of human society. A cell of society based on relationships between people. After marriage, the marriage is based on the relationship of two young people, children of these young people are born, they gradually mature in all aspects as individuals, children begin to change from an individual to a person. Now a relationship between two people in a family becomes a relationship between three or more people. Increased need complicates relationships. It would be wrong to say that the family will automatically achieve happiness, the improvement of the family's needs, stability and the like. For this, a husband and wife need to embody moral values such as high level of morals, ethical-aesthetic preparation, ability, loyalty, and patience. Morality and moral relations between them in turn affect their children. Because, from the first day a child is born, he is nourished by the love of his parents and siblings. Therefore, the role of the family in the spiritual and cultural formation of the child is incomparable. During the totalitarian regime, the family was raised to the level of a closed and official social institution. The internal laws of family life and the relationship between men and women have not been clarified and studied. It is considered "shameful" and "blameful" to prepare young students, as well as people for family life, in particular, to express the specific aspects of family life, and these areas are among the prohibited topics. In the educational content of schools and higher educational institutions, there is no place for issues such as preparing young people for family life, being responsible for raising children as parents in the future, sexual and psychological relations in the family, family economy, establishing a healthy lifestyle in the family. Young people are not given opportunities to prepare for family life, especially in terms of sex education, to get information about the conflicting positions of family life based on the unique economic, spiritual, healthy lifestyle, and the complexities of gender relations, neither in school nor in higher educational institutions. Therefore, young people start building a family without realizing the essence of these relationships. When conflict is properly resolved, it has the power to be creative. The conflict can further strengthen the relations of the parties, rebuild them in a new context. For example, it is not for nothing that Uzbeks say that "the war of the husband and wife is the drying of the gauze scarf." Even if there are conflicts between husband and wife in the family, in many cases common interests prove that they are quickly resolved and harmony of parties is created based on interests. Therefore, there is a natural opportunity to combine and coordinate various interests that create a conflict situation. Therefore, the complex nature of conflicts shows that they also contain aspects of destruction and creativity, violence and cooperation. The Chinese emphasize two inseparable components of every situation and situation in life: on the one hand, conflict necessarily destroys the usual situation, and on the other hand, conflict, with its origin, American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 12, May, 2023 P a g e | 35 www.americanjournal.org exerts its influence on the situation, as a result of which a new situation arises. and in this new situation there is also a positive situation, so the conflict can create an opportunity for new positive changes. The positive and creative potential of conflict depends on how you can use the conflict situation for what purposes Thus, in a conflict between individuals, the character of acceptance of the conflict situation by the parties is of great importance. Taking into account the situation, a person acts in accordance with the characteristics of his character and views. This can explain why different people (groups) perform different, sometimes contradictory actions in the same situation. It is the interaction of individual characteristics with a concrete situation that can create a conflict or save a person from it. - More than half of the country's population is made up of young people, the urgency of the task of preparing the growing young generation to live independently in the society demanded the acceleration of the work of preparing young people for social life and family life. Problems such as growing tension in human relationships, negative and nervous consequences of modern conflicts affecting human thinking and consciousness, regular increase in discord in young families, aggression in children and adolescents. puts on the agenda the demand to fully carry out the task of preparing the family. - One of the important requirements for the resolution of the family conflict is the willingness of the parties to seek a solution and their determination to find a solution to the conflict voluntarily. If the parties are not willing to find a solution to the conflict of their own accord, then no solution to the conflict can be found. First of all, it is necessary to stop the objective reasons that caused the conflict, and to clearly define the conditions that caused it. From this point of view, any conflict is composed of subjective factors (family members, husband, wife,...) and objective factors (external factors that caused the conflict: relatives, friends,...). Finding a solution to a conflict can be a complex, long-term process that requires patience and satisfaction, requiring the parties to work on it for a long time. Finding a solution to the conflict is a way for the parties to understand and understand each other. In the mentality of Uzbeks, the culture of dealing is manifested in the form of greeting each other, asking about the situation, and showing interest in information about the family situation. But in fact, the culture of behavior is determined by the culture of attitude towards other people. It means a respectful and dignified, sincere and correct attitude shown to a person not only when greeting, but also in the way of life, in everyday life. Only a person with an inner culture can show a constant correct, sincere and clear attitude towards any other person in various situations. The culture of communication requires that a person should always show an equal attitude towards another person. Regardless of whether the person standing in front of you is rich or poor, whether he is from the countryside or the city, whether he is an official or an ordinary teacher, being able to show him the right attitude has been a criterion of true humanity. But communication culture requires a person to work on himself regularly. Communication culture does not arise by itself. In life, we often witness their formal, flattering, arrogant relationships in communication between people. Sometimes when a person reaches a high position, he does not even greet many people in order to show his superiority over others. In the original culture, on the contrary, the higher the rank of a person, the more it is necessary to show his closeness to ordinary people. So, in real life, from a young age, a person faces the violation of certain human values related to the culture of communication. As a result, a situation of two different standards arises in the child's life. On the one hand, the child should be polite. On the other hand, most of the people around him, even the closest and respected ones, do not follow these rules. American Journal of Research in Humanities and Social Sciences Volume 12, May, 2023 P a g e | 36 www.americanjournal.org For example, "swearing" is a bad behavior that men don't follow, "cursing" is a bad thing that women don't follow. Boys usually inherit "swearing" from their fathers. So, the culture of communication and communication has its place and importance in life. Thus, the questions of what is the culture of behavior and whether compliance with the requirements of this culture of behavior in conflict situations will help to overcome the conflict begin to gain relevance. Knowledge of the culture of communication serves to bring the parties closer to each other in the conflict, to reduce the communication between them to a new system, and to facilitate the exchange of information between the parties. Communication culture consists of rules and procedures for listening to someone and conveying information to someone correctly. Therefore, certain rules on the culture of dealing are included in the conflict resolution procedures. REFERENCES 1. Ansupov A. Ya., Shipilov A.I. Conflictology, M.: “Izd-vo”. 1999. 2. Utkin A. Ya.
