This period often comes with a fair share of difficulties, and one of them is forming healthy relationships. One of the necessary characteristics of a healthy relationship is tolerance. Tolerant relationships significantly contribute to the positive development of young people and have a long- term impact on their emotional and physical development. Tolerant relationships are relationships built on mutual understanding, respect and open communication. They allow people to express their thoughts, thoughts, feelings, without fear of judgment and punishment. Some of the negative characteristics of fiber relationships in adolescence include: 1. Emotional support: Tolerant relationships provide the emotional support adolescents need during their turbulent teenage years. They learn to understand that they are not alone in their struggle. Tolerant attitudes allow young people to learn to communicate effectively without fear of criticism and condemnation. They learn to listen to others, express their opinion, peacefully agree on disputes. Such skills set the stage for healthy and functional interpersonal relationships when they reach adulthood. 4. Increase openness to Variety. In adolescence, tolerant relationships help young people form an open- minded view of the world.
