In the modernized educational institutions of Uzbekistan, the formation of such qualities as

independent thinking, conscious attitude to reality, involvement and social activity, speech and

thinking, and the development of a highly spiritual person are important factors in raising a healthy

generation. As a result, there was a need to widely use advanced pedagogical and information and

communication technologies starting from the primary education system. The task of forming the

"Strategy of Actions for further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and ensuring active and

successful participation in the social, political, cultural and educational life of the society is defined.

Today, the use of innovative educational technologies and information and communication

technologies (ICT) in the modern education system, the introduction of an effective system of

training of highly educated specialists serves to ensure that students receive systematic, complex and

integrated knowledge. A teacher who educates the modern young generation should first of all be

aware of modern information and communications.

In particular, in the United Nations Convention on Education, Science and Culture, the issue of

"fundamental improvement of teaching through innovative pedagogical technologies" is defined as a

priority. In the world practice of the education system, individualization of teaching methods and

competency-based approaches the introduction of modern information and communication

technologies based on integration is considered as a leading factor in ensuring the quality of

education.

In the modernized educational institutions of Uzbekistan, the formation of such qualities as

independent thinking, a conscious attitude to reality, involvement and social activity, speech and

thinking, and the development of a highly spiritual person is an important factor in raising a healthy

generation.

Project-based education is an independent educational activity with a teacher's projected point of

view, searching for a problem, researching and solving it, achieving a specific (unique) result

(product) of personal and social significance. structured learning model. means organizing and

planning its public presentation and public evaluation. Educational design is a process in which the

teacher acts independently of the student, from finding a problem, planning and organizing activities

to solve it, and presenting a way to solve it for public evaluation (intellectual or material product). is

a purposeful educational activity specially organized (in laboratory conditions). Project-based

teaching ensures students' independent work, thinking and self-mastery. This method is effective in

obtaining the educational product and is widely recommended for organizing the educational

activities of students. Organization of mutual cooperation on the basis of a project is currently

recognized as the most relevant, highly effective method. In lessons organized on the basis of a

project, students exchange ideas, search, and find solutions together.

The use of project education allows solving the following problems and meeting the requirements of

the times:

 ensures that education is conducted in a situation close to real life;

 allows evaluating theoretical knowledge with practical activities and engaging students in an

active independent learning process;

 provides formation and development of professional and basic skills.

The role of information and communication technologies and pedagogical technologies in improving

the methodology module of mother tongue teaching through project education is special. When a

teacher organizes a lesson, he first designs it. In this, he uses all his skills and creativity. Information

technologies are information organization, storage, processing, search, transmission and technical

tools that develop people's knowledge and expand their ability to manage technical and social

processes.

A project is a type of activity that synthesizes elements of game, cognitive, research, value-oriented,

educational, creative activity aimed at creating a subjective, sometimes objective product. The

project method is a pedagogical technology, which is not aimed at consolidating practical

knowledge, but at applying and mastering new knowledge (sometimes through self-study). Design is

based on the process of obtaining new data, which must be edited and modeled. As a result of the

project activity, students should find themselves creatively, independently, analyzing and choosing

the necessary information on the given topic.

The project should include:

 a task of creative importance, comprehensive knowledge, a task that requires research,

 practical, theoretical and cognitive importance of expected results,

 independent, group or pair activities of students,

 content creation (with step-by-step results),

 determination of working methods,

 the project should have clearly defined objectives, examples of which are given below,

 methodological and didactic goals,

 formation of personal qualities of students: working in groups, analyzing the results of their own

and joint activities,

 formation of critical thinking, development of an analytical approach to information,

 formation of research activity skills, ability to systematize research results,

 development of deep interest in the topic and interpersonal relations,

 expand thinking,

 Acquisition of skills in the use of reference, critical literature and visual materials.

An important aspect of working on a project is the planning of work phases and the implementation

of the project.

Implementation steps:

1. Distribution of the topic of the project, its importance, scope of work among the participants,

determination of potential.

2. Material collection.

3. Processing of collected material.

4. Report to the leader, group, class about the work done by each participant.

5. Determination, technical indicators.

6. Protection.

7. Speaking at a conference (for example, a class conference, a school conference, etc.).

When project-based lessons are organized, students develop the skills of independent thinking,

analysis, drawing conclusions, expressing their opinion, defending it, healthy communication,

discussion, and debate. In this regard, the American psychologist and pedagogue B. Blum created a

taxonomy of pedagogical goals in the cognitive and emotional spheres. It is called Bloom's

Taxonomy. Taxonomy is a theory of classification and systematization of complex structured areas

of existence. Bloom divided thinking into six levels according to the development of cognitive

abilities. According to him, the development of thinking takes place at the level of knowing,

understanding, applying, analyzing, summarizing, evaluating, evaluating.

Communication between people, society cannot exist without language, the importance of language

as a means of communication is constantly increasing, the task of the school is to turn language into

an advanced subtle tool of communication - interpersonal communication. Language is a rational,

logical means of knowing, using language units and forms to summarize, discuss and conclude

concepts in the process of learning. Language and speech are inextricably linked with thinking, we

form thoughts in speech, along with mastering the language and developing speech, the student's

ability to think increases. Practice is the source and driving force of human knowledge, the criterion

of truth and the crown of knowledge.

Pedagogical psychology studies the process of students' learning, formation of skills and abilities.

Based on the theory of knowledge, teaching the native language to students is to educate them and

improve them in all aspects. The purpose of the competition classes held in the elementary school

mother tongue classes is to check the student's knowledge of the language class, to use the language

in the process of communication, to evaluate speech skills, quick and clear thinking, and the ability

to get out of problematic situations. Competition classes develop the qualities of activity, ingenuity,

ingenuity in students, accustom them to independent creative observation, help to form necessary

and useful skills. One of the most effective forms of competition is a competitive lesson, which is a

tool for interesting language activities and active participation of students. Discussion requires

students to be alert. Teaches to think independently and dynamically, to answer, to be able to prove

the correctness or incorrectness of an opinion, logically and consistently. Through the discussion, the

student listens to the reliable arguments of the other side, understands and concludes his "I", his

worldview, the scope of scientific and positive thinking, right or wrong, independence. It teaches

students to use different methods and tools, to think creatively, and to use language effectively in

defending their ideas.

Lessons conducted on the basis of advanced pedagogical technologies in primary grade mother

tongue classes not only improve the effectiveness of language teaching, but also become its

component. A teacher who is able to organize a lesson with the help of various modern technical

tools will have a clear idea in a short time. The acquired knowledge of students, their attitude to

friends, culture of communication, scope, vocabulary, speech potential increases. Lessons based on

advanced technology create an equal, friendly relationship between the student and the teacher. The

student feels free in the lesson, his interest in the lesson increases, he is interested in speech art and

creativity. If computers can be used to organize the processes that make up the technological chain

and exchange information, the efficiency of any technology will increase.

Creative thinking, creative search, choosing the best of the available opportunities, using the rich

possibilities of our language correctly, appropriately and effectively in accordance with the

conditions of speech, instilling skills and competencies in the spirit of our national values in the

minds of young people. The role and potential of school mother tongue education in education is

huge. In the conditions where the training of entrepreneurs and creative personnel is a very important

task for our independent country, teaching this subject is of particular importance. The purpose of

teaching the mother tongue in school is based on the place of the language in society. Because

people are active in all areas of their work. They always think about the surrounding material things,

events and come to terms with each other. Today, the educational process cannot be imagined

without information technologies. Because using them to further increase the effectiveness of the

lesson is based on various researches. The use of information and communication technologies is of

great importance in the teaching of mother tongue education in primary school. Because it improves

students' speech and expands their thinking ability.

The ability to organize lessons in new modern forms and methods, to manage students in the lesson,

is now considered the main criterion of teaching. The use of modern lesson types and forms based on

advanced pedagogical technology means defining the student's place in the educational process,

approaching it in a new way, providing a new approach, skillfully and intelligently managing the

process. The purpose of the competition is to check the student's knowledge of the language class in

the native language classes and to evaluate the ability to use it. Competition classes develop the

qualities of activity, ingenuity, ingenuity in students, accustom them to independent creative

observation, help to form necessary and useful skills. Discussion requires students to be alert. It

teaches independent and dynamic thinking, quick thinking, the rightness or wrongness of an opinion,

the ability to prove one's opinion logically and consistently. Through the discussion, the student

listens to the convincing arguments of the other side, realizes his "I", his worldview, his

independence, regardless of whether the scientific and positive thinking is right or wrong. ,

concludes. It teaches students to use different methods and tools, to think creatively, and to use

language effectively in defending their ideas. The implementation of such efforts will allow to

accelerate the wide application of modern pedagogical and information technologies in the

educational process, to arm teachers with advanced pedagogical knowledge and technologies, to

improve their qualifications, and to use the experience of foreign higher education institutions. One

of modern ICT is multimedia. Multimedia is a rapidly developing modern information technology. In

our opinion, multimedia is a holistic form of delivering educational materials to students based on

audio and video.
