There are many aspects that are required from teachers in the formation of social competencies of primary school students. First of all, let's talk about what competence is. Competence (lot.competo-achieving, worthy, worthy) - knowledge, experience in a particular area. From time immemorial, attention has been paid to the personal social qualities of teachers, and based on the requirements of each time, the requirements for teachers have been improved and complicated. According to Zoroastrian teaching, "the duties of teachers and priests are to teach children knowledge in the direction of good, to educate them to distinguish between good and evil, and guide them on the right path." In his "yashts" the leader of teachers-teachers is praised, who fights evil with wisdom, instills true words, pure faith and honest intentions in the minds of children. Also in the "Yasht" of the "Avesta" there is laziness, indifference, irresponsibility, indifference, carelessness, bad manners, which interfere with the children's mind and independent thinking due to the imperfection of their knowledge and skills, and at the same time "rust". consciousness of young people”, “bad teachers” are sharply condemned, weakening their attitude to life and work, weakening their faith and traditionally impoverishing them. In the communication of Zoroaster with the supreme god Ahuramazda, the following is said about good and bad teachers: “Noshud, a bad teacher destroys the craft from the heart of a student, so take care of yourself from a bad teacher.” The organization of the education system in Uzbekistan on the basis of national ideas and requirements for educating the younger generation, ensuring its compliance with the prospects for the development of society and world standards is an urgent issue of our time. Fundamental reform of the education system, cleaning it from the remnants of the past and raising it to the level of developed democratic states, training highly qualified personnel who meet the high moral and ethical requirements of the development of society, is the common task of workers in the education system. . The theoretical and methodological armament of the education system, aimed at the comprehensive development of the personality, is today defined as the main task of pedagogy. In elementary grades, students always look to their teacher as a role model. If we carry out the training and education of students together, this will also create the basis for the formation of their competencies. References: 1.
