The essence of innovative methods is to organize the educational process in the form of a dialogue, which will help students learn to express their thoughts, analyze problem situations and find effective ways to solve them. Such methods allow raising the level of education, developing students, form skills and abilities that will be used by them in their future professional activities. An objective necessity in the conditions of modern education is the development by the teacher and the use by him in his lessons of innovative technologies in teaching children. Today there should not be a teacher who would not think about the questions: “How to make the lesson interesting, bright? How to captivate children with your subject? How to create a situation of success in the classroom for each student? And this is no coincidence. The new organization of society, the new attitude to life, makes new demands on the school. Today, the main goal of education is not only the accumulation by the student of a certain amount of knowledge, skills, abilities, but also the preparation of the student as an independent subject of educational activity. At the heart of modern education is the activity of the student, directed by the teacher. It is precisely this goal - the upbringing of a creative, active personality who knows how to learn, improve independently, and the main tasks of modern education are subordinated. What is “innovative learning” and what are its features? Innovative learning (from the English innovation - innovation) is a new approach to learning, which includes a personal approach, the fundamental nature of education, creativity, professionalism, and the use of the latest technologies. The relevance of innovative learning lies in the use of student-centered learning, as well as the search for conditions for unlocking the student's creative potential. Innovative learning is based on the following technologies:  developmental education;  problem learning;  development of critical thinking;  technology “Method of projects”;  differentiated approach to learning;  creating a situation of success in the lesson;  Information Technology. The use of these technologies in the classroom has great advantages. The educational process becomes interesting for students, which increases the activity of students, develops the skills to independently acquire knowledge in the process of interaction and search. The quality and strength of the acquired knowledge increases. Research skills and abilities are developed, analytical abilities of students are formed. In parallel with the learning process, the development of communicative qualities and the formation of leadership qualities of the individual. I will dwell only on some of them. An essay is a genre of criticism and journalism, a free interpretation of any literary, philosophical, aesthetic, moral and social problem. The essay is a very common genre of written work in Western pedagogy. It is advisable to use it as a small written task, usually at the stage of reflection. References 1.
