A B S T R A C T K E Y W O R D S The article provides information on the methodology of using the information educational environment in the development of students' spirituality. Independence, depth, conciseness, initiative, education, maturity. Introduction During the student period, young people reach the stage of biological maturity, social maturity, and physical strength. But early adolescence (16-17 years old) external expressions of behavior characteristic of some children, romanticism has its influence for a certain period. During the initial test (first session) in the high school, the student admits that life is not only about romance, but it is possible to achieve a good intention through research, willpower, mental labor. After an extraordinary impression, after a social test, his attitude towards studies, marriage, and people changes seriously, he tries to treat things and events, social situations like an adult, reflect reality correctly and understand it. The qualities of independence, depth, conciseness, initiative, criticality of thinking, which began to emerge during the time of a high school student, are improved day by day and enriched with new signs and symptoms. In students, important aspects of intelligence, such as self-control, rise to a new high level of development. Educational subjects such as history, philosophy, logic, basics of economic theory, cultural studies, literature, ethics, aesthetics, pedagogy, and psychology play an important role in the development of students' thinking and the formation of a scientific outlook. Under the conditions of independence, a number of decisions, disputes, and concepts were developed in the ministries of public education, higher and secondary special education of the republic, regarding the further improvement of the education system. These documents serve as both a theoretical and practical program for ensuring harmony in continuing education in secondary schools and higher education institutions. Identifying and educating talented young people is the main source of education of future intelligent and creative thinking forces of our republic. Therefore, from the first years of independence, discovering, supporting and educating talented young people in our country becomes one of the priority directions of state policy. Therefore, social and psychological characteristics of pupils and students, their possibilities are studied, and they have the opportunity to confidently look at their future. Thousands of mature specialists of the new generation, who have a new worldview, think independently, strive to make a worthy contribution to the further development of our country, are prepared. Specially for gifted students and students is being given. The method of using the information educational environment in the developments The student period is one of the unique complex stages of adolescence, because it is during this period that a person acquires professional knowledge and skills as well as important professional qualities. The problem of the formation of professional qualities during the student period has been studied within the framework of a number of studies.Many world and foreign scientists say that today the formation of professional qualities is rising to the first place among human needs according to its importance. This problem is related to the set of problems of social theory and practice, and is located in the central part of psychology. Different types of professional qualities of students, which are variable under the influence of economic, social, socio-cultural conditions, have been researched. In modern studies, the professional qualities of students are distinguished as the main criterion of the professional development of the individual and the leading character of the labor subject. This point of view is considered to be a logical explanation of the development of the existing criteria of professional development in world psychology from the level of effective activity of an employee to the level of the characteristics of a specialist. Unlike an employee, a specialist, as a labor subject, sets the goal of his activity, determines the way and means of achieving it, assumes responsibility for the result of his activity. He fully manages the activity, knows the way out of various practical situations, has the ability to organize the activity, foresee its changes and progress. In the professional formation of students, professional qualities and development are closely related: professional qualities are formed in the process of professional development, on the one hand, and on the other hand, they are an important indicator of the manifestation of a person as a specialist. In practical terms, this means the following: in order to gain dignity in the new socio-economic dynamic conditions, not to be broken in competition, to ensure a prosperous future, the future specialist, i.e., the student, should be in constant development, in addition, social and labor he should analyze his position under the circumstances. Therefore, the modern direction of research of professional qualities is the study of aspects related to the process of social and professional development of a person. Professional formation of a student to a specialist as a change in a person's ideas about himself, his position in the professional and social environment, and, moreover, the formation of new professional qualities, broadly speaking - in harmony with the professional self-awareness of a person is a process. During the crisis of professional formation, professional qualities are clearly manifested. In foreign sources, two directions are indicated in relation to the research of the problem of the formation of American Journal of Technology and Applied Sciences Volume 16, Sep., 2023 P a g e | 29 www.americanjournal.org professional qualities in students: the first is directed to professional development, the individual's work on himself, and the second is directed to the social aspects and factors of professional formation. Spiritual and moral education plays an important role in the spiritual formation of students. The main goal of spiritual and moral education is to create an opportunity for students to find their own place in social life, improve themselves, determine their own destiny, and create. Spiritual- moral education includes the spiritual and moral formation of students based on universal, national values. Today, the battle of mind and ideas is going on all over the world, not power. The peak of thinking is reached through spirituality. A student who has become a spiritual goal, and young people strive to never be inferior to anyone in any field in the world. A person's spiritual views are never formed by themselves, in a vacuum. The role of historical, educational and social factors, especially family and spiritual education in the family, is incomparable in its emergence and development. The family is a spiritual fortress that guides young people to maturity. The spiritual standards and views that determine the child's character, nature and worldview, the foundations of sacred concepts such as goodness and goodness, nobility, honor, and the spirit are settled in the family environment. The family is a sacred place capable of taking a child from a small social group to a large social (group) life. If we take into account that the mind of a child is mainly formed at the age of 5-7, it is during this period that the first buds of spirituality begin to appear in his heart under the influence of the family environment.
