This abstract provides an overview of the methods used to test software tools on users of mobile communication tools, drawing from a comprehensive literature review. This article explores various methods of testing software tools on users of mobile communication devices. Usability Testing Usability testing is a fundamental approach to assess the user-friendliness of mobile communication software. This method involves observing real users as they interact with the application. Testers can gather valuable insights into how users navigate through the app, their ease of use, and any pain points they encounter. Feedback collected during usability testing aids in identifying areas for improvement, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. Beta Testing Beta testing is a crucial step in releasing mobile communication software. It involves offering the application to a select group of users before the official launch.
