Educating young military personnel in the spirit of patriotism, selflessness, and a sense of responsibility plays an important role in their personal and professional development. National values are one of the key criteria in this process, as they enrich the inner world of young soldiers, shape their moral character, and make them strong-willed individuals. This article highlights the role of national values in the spiritual and moral education of young military personnel. Due to the positive changes that are taking place in our lives, we can see that people's consciousness changes and dreams for the future increase day by day. The Uzbek people are characterized by their national values, formed over the centuries, based on humanity and kindness. We must preserve this rich heritage and instill it in the hearts of each of our compatriots, especially young people1 National values historical heritage, customs, traditions of each people and composed of its moral norms. They play an important role in the education of young military personnel through the following aspects: Formation of a patriotic spirit The value of each people, each country, its place and status in the history of mankind development of World Science and culture, universal education and is determined by its contribution to progress. So, one of the factors that have a practical impact on the formation of national values is the great allomas that grow out of this land, the warlords – the benazir inheritances that they left behind. Viewed from this point of view, it is recognized on a global scale that we are a people with a rich and instructive history of several thousand years, unique national values, unique scientific, cultural, spiritual, religious heritage. In particular, it is known in the Maghreb and East that the land of tabarruk has grown from our world of great importance, with its everlasting teachings, many great alloms that have left the whole world lol, and the warlords who shook the world. In our history, the biobibliographic works of great allomas such as Bukhari, Samarkandy, Termiziy, Nasafi, Keshiy, Pazdavi, Khwarazmiy, Shoshiy, Farghani, Marghilaniy and the feats of warlords such as Amir Temur, Jalaliddin Manguberdi should be a lesson and an example to the younger generation. In the formation of the patriotic spirit, it is considered appropriate to use, along with our great ancestors, National ideas that the protection of the Motherland is a sacred duty. In explanatory work through national ideas, first of all, the defense of the Motherland – this is not only the preservation of freedom and peace, but also the protection of national identity, culture, history and Customs, the fact that the protection of the motherland in history has become a sacred duty for nations and peoples, the historical path of Uzbekistan, the struggle of the people to achieve independence and the idea of the protection of the motherland as a continuation of, It is necessary to rely on philosophical views that it is considered sacred not only religiously and morally. Development of courage and perseverance The development of courage and perseverance are very important qualities for military personnel, since they must stand firm not only in combat situations, but also in various difficulties of life. The life of our national heroes and the courage they show, the qualities of self-sacrifice, play an important role in the formation of true heroism, valor and dedication to military personnel. For example: our national heroes Islam Karimov - as the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, he continued the struggle for national unity and independence with great courage, without hesitation. Age the concepts of honesty, justice and responsibility the role of national values in the absorption into the minds of military personnel is incomparable, because if not every soldier realizes his high duty to his homeland, family and parents, he will not be able to cope with various difficulties of service, very high mental pressure in combat situations. In the formation of a military personnel, not only physical training is important, but also strong spiritual and moral training. The following aspects are relevant in this regard: Restoring historical memory and fostering a sense of pride Historical memory is a form of social awareness of the people's own past, ancestors, cultural heritage, and struggles towards national independence. Therefore, in the process of military education, spiritual and educational activities aimed at restoring historical memory, museum excursions, the use of historical films and literature, the national holiday and the widespread celebration of memorable dates are of urgent importance. Increase discipline and a sense of responsibility Discipline and responsibility are the main criteria in the personal and professional maturation of a military officer. The formation of these qualities serves as a decisive factor in ensuring the effectiveness of military service, strengthening collective cohesion and guaranteeing the full implementation of important tasks. In our national values, devotion to order, Word and Oath, obedience to adults, and fidelity to promise and duty are valued as the most important moral principles. In the process of military education, it is on these values that it is possible to form disciplined, deeply feeling one's duty, initiative and responsible individuals. The formation of discipline in young servicemen has a stable effect only when it is carried out not by order, but through internal beliefs, self-education and respect for the profession. In this case, the skills of compliance with the rules within the team, the time of Service and the ability to accurately fulfill obligations, to make responsible decisions should be constantly developed.
