For our knowledge this is the first study which compares pyelolithotomy with a retroperitoneal and transperitoneal approach for the management of renal stones: the mean operative time, blood loss and length of hospital stay was lower with the transperitoneal approach, but the stone free rate was similar.	cache/aiua-8143.pdf	txt/aiua-8143.txt
