Materials and Methods 2.1 Materials The constituent materials used for the production of Metakaolin hollow sandcrete block were portable water, fine aggregate (sand), cement, kaolin, and metakaolin only. For the curing of sandcrete blocks produced, clean water devoid of salt and other harmful substances was used at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ◦C.
