YEAR IN REVIEW

The Endowment Committee met in Chicago on November 12, 2019, 
and reviewed:

• fundraising over the past year and how this compared with 
earlier years,

• plans for an endowment campaign in connection with the Asso-
ciation’s 75th anniversary,

• the 2019 fall appeal letter (written by Christine Wenderoth),
• use of the 2019 conference videos by the Association as it sees fit,
• composition of memorials for recently deceased Association 

members.

The Committee also collaborated with Association staff to issue the 
2019 fall appeal letter.
